This cake shop is very different from others. Its on the 1st floor. Normally you will find cakes in showcase that is not the case here. Also no menu was provided while selecting cake. I knew I had to get red velvet so no issue for me. They had eggless version too. I most of the order from swiggy but this time decided to go and get from there. This time taste wasnt that great. Bit disappointed.

Ordered butterscotch jar cake and ferrero rocher chocolate cupcake from here through Swiggy. Delivery was on time. Packaging was wonderful. Both the cakes were soft, moist, creamy and super tasty. We even received a small chocolate pack with our order(we thought its complementry). It was 2 pieces of dark chocolate and was really good. Overall very good experience. Would recommend to all.

Hi we had placed order of layered Chocolate truffle cake on 24th May through Zomato.As soon as we received it the cake tasted different so we kept in the fridge and later by evening we opened it. To our surprise the cake had spots it looked like fungus all over. Is this the way you make money during Covid.Its absolutely not acceptable and wont recommend anybody to this cake shop.

Initially customer care guys has denied to deliver at 11:00pm but one guy among the team came up with an Idea which helps me a lot. Cake was yum no doubt. So it was left in my online cart, and they sent me an email to complete my order.Thereon they did everything for me on the same day. Emails were sent back n forth in the morning and the cake was sent at the scheduled time that same day. Amazing service!Yet to receive an update on the how the cake tastes. But Im sure none of us will be disappointed.

One of the best cakes I have ever had in my life till now.... I was quite skeptical about ordering cake online but after ordering the cake for my husbands birthday I would never regret. I ordered the cake at around 9:30 p.m and opted for delivery slot of 11:00p.m - 11:59p.m at an extra cost. I was very impressed with the delivery @ 11:35p.m and trust me cake was super fresh & tasty too...would recommend everyone to try it...has lot of eggless cake options toooo....

The delivery was done at the mentioned time and it was excellent, but while consuming the cake at mid-night (after 2 and half hours of delivery),the taste was not as expected. This is not acceptable. My family members took only one slice of the cake and the rest was left as it is, due to foul taste. The whole excitement of the marriage anniversary got spoiled due to the cake. The 1 rating is only for the timely delivery. I have mailed the support of cakezone but no response. Thanks for providing the business oriented post delivery support. Once they sold the items means, customer is no longer a privileged customer.Edit on the review:- I have received a call from the customer support executive of cakezone. He assured me that the money will be refunded or they will give a fresh new cake . Today my relatives have received the cake and it was in fresh condition. Worst experience ever from Cake Zone.Ordered a red velvet cake 2 days back and the oil was spoiled and taste was really bad after using the oil kept for more than 3 or 4 months. Red velvet cakes tend to be heavy, but this is by far the lightest red velvet Ive had. Cakezone also delivers cakes across the city in a variety of time slots. Should you want to send cakes on occasions to your loved ones, cake zone makes it so easy. Sending happiness and love miles away and making it just as special.

Never order from here it a scam!I placed an order for a birthday cake online the order got confirmed and my account was debited tooBut when I called up Dunzo(their delivery partner) he updated me saying that the bakery has cancelled the orderAnd there is no direct contact number of the bakery or the customer care that’s available to check what’s happening....Till date I haven’t received a refund I have been sending them mails which is the only was they can be contacted but I have just been receiving responses saying refund has been initiatedI’ve still been waiting but no signs of any refund from them

When I went to the nearest store to check it personally, I was told my order was never processed. I was not notified about it at all. I had ordered cake 3 Steps Flowers Decorated. Which was delivered distorted. And the delivery guy came on 2-wheeler to deliver cake, this is totally hopeless. After complaining to customer service nothing happened. I called more than 10 time to get the same cake delivered after 3 days, as there was no other option. They have worst customer support, if you get cake right you are lucky, else you are stuck with your delivery and customer support. They would not show this review in their site. They would only show good reviews.

Ordered a new york cheesecake for my sons birthday. Delivered with tasteless & cheese less, flavor-void cake, with melted blueberries on top! Called up the customer service line. The person in charge told me that hes gonna call me back in 5 minutes after checking with the kitchen. Its been 12 hours, no calls received. I had ordered cupcakes for my brothers birthday today as a surprise and it was indeed a big surprise when it was delivered as cakes were smashed and damaged. It was an embarrassing situation for me. I do not recommend this place due to bad service. I see that they have replied to all the low stars as they will take full responsibility. Really? If you take the responsibility, then refund them.I prefer ordering from Ferns n Petals whose service is amazing, this was the first n last time I LL order from this place!

Had to cancel the order as waited the whole time of allotted slot (4.30-7) and after 7 when contacted customer support, got message that it is getting delayed as it is raining. Raining started after 7. Waited another 45 minutes and cancelled. Spoiled our sons special day and ours too. If you cannot manage time either dont take the deliveries, which look far to you or stop your service altogether. Dont spoil your special day trusting them and dont be ashamed in front of invited guests like I was.

I ordered today for 2 Cheese cakes for my daughters birthday through swiggy from Cake Zone..I got a call back and told they can provide only one and asked me to choose some other replacement..I chose another cake for the same price...Cheese cake for which my daughter was eagerly waiting was such a disappointment...it was not actually Cheese cake ..the crust had so much salt and the cake tasted so bad that it spoiled the birthday mood..we had to finally throw away the cake.. extremely bad taste..I will never order fromh Cakezone again...the other cake which came also was also badly smudged and all the writing on it was half gone ( might be delivery guy was to be blamed ) overall bad experience

Ordered half kg Chocolate Truffle cake today which was really delicious. However, a small suggestion, the cake looks bit simple and plane without some add ons like cherries etc.. It would look really amazing and satisfied if some cherries are added to garnish the cake..Over all I am happy as it was baked with sweeteness.🤗

I tried 2 cakes- blackforest and blueberry cheesecake. Both cakes tasted great.The cheesecake is a mist try and simply awesome! Although presentation is not that interesting, the cake tastes great. Timely delivery and service.

Ordered cake for my friend I requested them to expedite the delivery. Without any cost they have done it. They called the kitchen and confirmed my order will be delivered by the requested time and it got before time. Awesome service. I would strongly recommend and also great prices.

They deliver really good cakes and the best part is that you can customise too. The only issue is with their efficiency in delivering the same. But a must have if you want good cakes as per your choice.
