Kunal, the franchisee is a great guy and most of their fare is reasonably good. Im a regular there for the past 3 years but my last two purchases have been a horrid experience. Celebrations arent celebrations without a cake and its an unredeemable sin to be served a bad cake. Well. Just Bake did it twice in a row. For a birthday and mothers day no less.We were delivered cakes that was full of fresh cream and a poor portion of cake.The after sales is a nightmare. First we have to return the cake to the store, ignoring the disappointment of having a cake you cant eat and a ruined celebration. Then their FBI standard investigative team will take forever to decide that theyve done no wrong and are just short of throwing the cake right back in your face.Ive struck it off my list and will never ever visit or buy from there again. Ever.

There is no way to give zero star, so one star, cheese cake was spoiled, still the lady had the audacity to explain about cheese cakes. She was trying to say that we might have never had the cheese cake so we don’t know the taste. Never go there, all cakes are not fresh and zero customer service. The just bake chain should take away their chain franchise.They are famous for selling spoiled cakes, cakes are not fresh. They just change date stickers to convince that cakes are fresh. Food department should check their products by raiding them.

The cake was awesome...But the grumpy lady spoilt our day on Jan 1st newyear.. I dont why justbake is hiring such useless fellow... I am a regular customer of justbake and this is the first time getting such a very bad response.... That lady was shouting at the customers.. thus spoiling the credibility of justbake.. We bought 1kg but she gave the bill for half kg and debited 1kg price... Such careless lady.. Also not clean, unlike other justbake stores... But the cake was good...

What a delicious cake! I ordered Vanilla Chocolate Cake from Just Bake, Hennur, on the occasion of my son’s birthday. Kids are really particular about their cakes, and I wanted it to be the best. This place has amateurs facing customers. They have no clue of what’s happening within the store. They say bags are banned so I asked for paper or cloth bag and offered money for the bag. But they say that paper and cloth bags are banned too. When asked how will take a cake the manager Chhabhi says the Just bake brand does not provide paper or cloth bags. We have to hold the cake box on the bike and take it home.

Hi, I purchased a 1kg cake yesterday for birthday celebration from here assuming itll be of a good quality, little did I know that the quality was pathetic and I had to suffer stomach pain. Im guessing they gave an old stock. Very disappointed!!!

They have a horrible customer care service. For a 10 min distance delivery they are saying still on the way. Please dont buy from these losers. They have spoiled the surprise which I was planning to give. The person doesnt even know how to speak.

I had gone there to order birthday cake almost 5-6 kgs and hence needed a dedicated staff to at least listen to me .. the counter guy had such bad attitude and was determined not to answer my query for free ... When I asked him something he was giving one word answers and busy looking at his phone or monitor not sure... den i jus told him we prefer cakes with more cake and less cream to which he answered you won’t get cake like that ... really ??was inside the store for only a minute and when I politely left he had no courtesy to utter a word... anyhow i placed order in another nearby place where the lady spent some time in discussion showing options giving choices.... Guys that’s how you need to attend to customers if u wan dem to come back .. This is India every lane u will have a competitor so do d least ... give respect !!

Pathetic service. Went yesterday to buy a cake for my daughter. The guy managing the store was more interested in watching the IPL and gossiping amongst themselves( there were 4 staff there) than to attend to me. I had to request multiple times, even to get my cake packed after selecting it. The guy was not wearing a name badge hence cannot name him but the purchase was made on 11th May 2018 at about 9 pm. Hope you train your employees better.

Ordered hazelnut chocolate cake for birthday yesterday, all you can taste was sugar and ordinary cake. Hazelnut flavour was missing n chocolate flavour was lame. Quality has gone down big time.

So we returned both the cakes and were really unhappy . But Kishen who is in charge took over and called us and won us back with taking responsibility for the bad quality of cakes. He not only returned our money for two cakes also gave us a complimentary chocolate orange cake. Giving it 3 stars because though the cake was tasty it was dense, nevertheless cannot ignore the generous response and left us feeling so heard.Thank you Kishen.

Very rude AND Ammy the store manager also doesnt understand or really care about.. states sweet words but at the end of the day once payment is done they are least bothered or care about the customer.Would preffer using their competitors(warm oven or Ammas or the chef bakers) or other places and avoid using Just Bake in Hennur AND Gubi cross as both are managed by same people who are always least bothered about the customer and quality.This is not first time but the fourth time experimented with them. Worst place and worst people in management.

Happen to purchase a chocolate cake from hennur road just bake store and it came out to be a stale cake, no longer fresh and pleasent to eat, cake was hard musty and dry. I got upset and discarded the entire cake imdtly, it was 12:30 am bday celebration of my family member couldnt contact store at this hour. Later when i contacted the store/franchisee owner Mr. KUNAL he denied the fact of cake being stale and asked to present the sample for testing and just bake representative (Ms. YAMINI) the other day they too wanted a sample it seems. Very rude behaviour promptly denied to do anything on this. This made me put a blog and appeal other beware of just bake franchisee @ HENNUR MAIN ROAD & better avoid purchasing very often. I was a regular customer of just bake now after this incident I boycott just bake as they upfront denied resolving and acknowledging my complaint. Utter waste of money. I wud say JUST AVOID JUST BAKE. HORRIBLE Cakes of just bake can lead to serious health issues. Mark it.
