The cake delivery was in great condition and and taste was very good.If only the communication with the guys in-charge could improve, still a lot more can be done. They somehow forgot that they are the delivery Angels who have the magic to make occasions special.

Recently I ordered for cake and along with that 5 Dairy milk chocolates for 99 Rs, then after receiving the product I got to know that they are selling 13g chocolate worth Rs 10 for Rs 20 each.I didn’t realize this before booking.So guys do not buy Dairy milk chocolates from bakingo and get cheated in broad daylight.

Horrible experience after ordering two cakes for my daughters birthday. Ordered a pull key up and a butterscotch cake, but they sent old stock. After having the cake, we fell sick (our stomach start aching and my daughter kept puking the whole night) and the syrup given for pull me up cake, was just a colored water and it just flowed down, the ultimate purpose of cake was lost. Pathetic guys..

We ordered a cake through Bakingo for our kids birthday. But disappointment was 2 fold, firstly we didnt order what was promised in their website, instead we got a diff cake which is ₹500 less. Initially they kept insisting its the same cake (funny), then agreed to give a credit for ₹250. Why are they still optimistic that well return to Bakingo (by offering credit). Secondly the taste is not great, definitely all us would have tasted better cakes.

EDIT 09/08/21:This was something I did not expect from you guys. We ordered a Red Velvet cake and we really hoped that this cake would be good but the cake tasted like bread with frosting. The spelling of “Congratulations “ was wrong. Really disappointed ... Downgrading my rating. I sent you a review on your site, but knew it wont show up there... Wont be ordering here anymore...Amazing cake. The cake was an exact replica of what was shown in the pic. Would highly recommend them. The delivery was on on time. Bad experience from the cake till the complain. I did not get what I ordered and when I raised a complain they gave me a resolution of 250 cash points to use with them which I will never use. And they didnt even accept their mistake first and after I shared the pics to compare they accepted it.Cake itself was not that great and we felt it was too sweet.

Unprofessional customer service and worst experience of BakingoOrder Id:889287I ordered for a Birthday cake after looking at the reviews for my sons 5th Bday on the 4th Jan 2020 through their website, but was shocked to see the cake that was delivered was not at all like the one ordered. when I chatted with the customer care their response was like sorry sir its freshly baked and only difference in the color kindly adjust with it as we cannot change or cancel the order.When I asked them to make changes and have it delivered they said that the delivery is out and nothing can be changed.when I asked them if they find any difference they said not much difference.can you spot the difference.... I understand that it may not be as perfect as shown but the finishing is what is expected from a bakery who has the best reviews.I had to order for another cake at the last minute for my sons bday.I then called the Bakingo Customer care and they again said the same thing and only when I asked for a supervisor or a manager, the agent requested to give 5 minutes as he would check and get back to me.After sometime he called and asked me not to consume the cake and they will replace it with a fresh one the very next day but at any time as per their convenience before midnight. When i asked why not a specified slot like 3-6 pm or so then he replied it depends on the chef what time he would give. I have had the cake till today (13 Jan 2021) without consuming and and its completely spoiled but Bakingo has not replaced and neither called back till date even for courtesyNow being a customer who pays for the order ends up getting a wrong order and then again I have to wait for the whole day on my sons birthday just for the replacement as per their Chefs convenience.. this is a very unprofessional and poor customer service from BAKINGO.I would never order from them again.

I had a great experience with Bakingo, particularly with their customer support on WhatsApp chat. It was a custom cake midnight delivery ordered on the same evening. There were some minor challenges, but every issue was dealt with amazingly. The customisation was perfect, and the cake was delicious. Kudos to some amazing team work!

Ordered a happy 6 months theme cake. And turns out to be totally a disaster.. the whole theme is spoilt. The cake is displaced from its plate. First time from bakingo and what a disaster. Customer care doesnt respond. The cake comes almost 1.5 hrs late. You are excited, you open it just to get your mood spoilt. Would never recommend anyone.

I had ordered Rich Rochers Cake. The cake was delivered on time. I am disappointed on two things, first the picture showed six Rocher Ferrero on the cake, in actual it was five and taste was normal like other chocolate cakes nothing great.

I have ordered Coconut Craziness cake and it was Ultimate in taste. Right from the packing, a small card with message printed, timely delivery, taste and what else !! I was perfect for the occasion and they also have a good spread of cakes for events, theme parties etc. Bakingo... way to go... :)I will recommend you guys over any other site like chef bakers, just bake, warmoven etc.. etc..

Had placed an order for fresh fruit cake for birthday, it was the worst cake I have ever tasted, the cake seems like it was very old, it was like the cake was made atleast 1 week back and they have put sweet lime on top of the cake which was weird. Had only placed the order cause I have seen the ratings and reviews was nice but it was very disappointing for sure would never recommend anyone to buy fresh fruit cake might be other flavour cakes might be good.

Generally, I dont put reviews on google review, i write reviews in two conditions either, it is too good or to too bad so here is my experience I ordered 2 cakes from bakingo on our first marriage anniversary and both are pathetic, one is creamy red velvet cake and other is Rainbow Rosette Cake and both is full of colour. tongue and leaps will fill with colour and had to brush your mouth, it seems like 100 rs cake, which we use for playing. I suggest you all dont spoil your money and your great days by ordering from Koramangala bakingo branch, even picture is totally different as shown on website. for more please refer my attached picture .

We had ordered Ruby Rose designer cake for our Princess first birthday.. The Cake looked 100% similar to the pic but the taste was very bad.. There was no flavour at all and they have added sugar crystals dont know why.. Have thrown away after taking pictures..

Unpleasant experienceTheir delivery agent called me 2 hours before the delivery and told me he would deliver the cake by 530 pm. He finally delivered it by 7 pm.He kept on extending the delivery time by 15 minutes . Also they did not use navigation. He was on call with me for 7 minutes .Not a sorted delivery this was. Even if takes 100 more, would recommend to order it from elsewhere

I ordered a box of personalised cupcakes . Firstly they delivered it so late around 11PM when the birthday celebration was over (It was supposed to be delivered between 6pm to 9pm)Secondly it was in very bad condition , the cupcakes were inverted and the photo was slipped . There is no option here to upload the pic otherwise would have done it . Never going to order from here again

I have tried their vegan cakes. One of the few bakeries who has it in India..they did an excellent job of making them without egg and dairy which is very hard to do.
