Worst decision is nothing but choosing excel cake display counter.Pros: Lesson learned - Not to buy any products from ExcelCons:1. They dont respond to your complaints. Moreover they will treat us like a beggar.2. Tons of complaints including bad design, you order for a particular design and they will give something else. And they will tell you whatever they designed is better than what customer wanted.3. Dont expect they will fix any problem with the products. Instead approach a third party guy and get it fixed on your own risk.Last but not the least: For employees & customer, buy ear defenders for protection against noise pollution. Lot of noise comes from Excel Cake Display Counter.After reading all these, if you still want to go with Excel, even god cant save you.

Better go to celfrost for refrigerators with half the price excel is quoting, celfrost is providing refrigerators @50k with international warranty the same is quoted @90k and its local made .... Trade links corp. is too good when compared with excel bakery equipments....Boss joseph is too unresponsive.... They give preference to Malayalam people​ only....

Strongly recommend dont buy product from excel..very worst service....
