Had ventured here to enquire if I could get my car with some maintenance work only, like Engine oil and filter change. The response by the people were very good. Unfortunately they did not have the auto part in their stores. True to their ratings , you seem to get a good experience even to have an enquiry like mine ! ( Because nowadays most of the service centres are out to loot !!) Its a multi brand service centre so I know I can rely on them if the need arises !🙏😇

They replaced my brake pads with faulty ones, thus endangering my family as well as my life. Absolute sham. Also no hygiene is observed. Something to keep in mind during Covid.

It was nominal if I look at individual parts & service charge. The employees were very knowledgeable & right to the point. Of the issue.I however strongly recommend United Motors to have a person who can speak Hindi & English well as need of the day. I had a hard time explaining her the things as I myself am not well versed with Kannada.

We had given our car for servicing few months back and the bill was around 7000. The worst experience ever, local garages are more loyal than these people. Before handover of the car, i forgot to take my jacket (Nike - Black) and the shawl from the car (my bad). I realized about it 2 to 3 hours later, but i did not worry much about, as i assumed this to be a well reputed service station and they will keep it safe. When i got the car back there was no jacket in it only shawl was there. This proves that some one picked the jacket from the car, being a reputed service station these people flick the stuffs from their customers. When asked the staffs over there, they behaved very blank. When i contacted the person who was responsible for the service he too did not have an answer, he said it might be in the back seat. I checked the whole car and found nothing. I kept following the with the people there but no use, they keep u on hold for hours to gather just to say i will check and call back, and then there is no call back. The jacket was of 4000. Do u have any answer united motors?? Is this what you people do?

Good service station with great service and people. I have given my Hyundai i10 car for service. They really good great job and very reasonable rate. Interior cleaning is very costly here.

Its a Bosch service station.. means tools and spares mainly from Bosch.Good technical knowledge, listen to the problems carefully, they offer good suggestion then give owner the choice. Quite professional people. Am servicing my Chevy spark here since 2 years. Never had any issues .. delivery always as promised.

This is one of the best car service centres I know. The manager and their mechanics were incredibly friendly, professional, well skilled and knowledgeable about cars, spare parts and servicing . They managed to assess and fix my cars problems that several other centres could not fix. I would definitely recommend United Motors and completely trust them for doing an excellent job for any car.

Dhiren Patel who is a managing partner of this place is an awesome guy. Always makes the right suggestions. He loves cars and is not the typical Mechanic/Owner of a business you come across. Take his suggestion anyways, if you have the budget to afford it. You will see your car run like new.

I like this place as the owner of this service centre knows the automobile stuff really well. His diagnosis of the problems has been excellent and he has a team of reasonably good automobile engineers and mechanics. The labour charges are slightly in the higher side, but very reliable.
