The service engineer are well trained, regularly get my vehicle serviced here, there have been some post service issues sometimes, but they always rectify it as soon as pointed out. Turn around time for vehicle delivery can be improved.Has all mode of payments. Very convenient at time of payment.
Showroom is fine with folks around to help. But their service centre is slightly below the mark. Quite expensive for the quality of services provided. They take feedback but do nothing of it and try to mug you by adding unnecessary bills.
One of the Worst Service Center ever. I personally recommend you guys to not go there because as of my experience they stolen around 2.5 litres of petrol In my bike. If you asked regarding this nobody is going to care. I never seen such a worst service center in my entire life.

Its a well equipped service center. Staff is good to talk. But I feel they are very pricey. For general servicing of TVS Wego they charged 600 Rs + 300 for oil change + 450 for both brake shoe + 200 for clutch oiling + 150 forced charges on consumables.Not sure if other service centers charge same.Will edit review after few days of using scooter.

Not even one star.. Worst experience.. I gave my bike for service and told them to install new centre stand.. Since I am coming from very far I had to stay back somewhere nearby.. I went to take my bike at 5.30 and they tell centre stand not there so they couldnt not start the service, well then why they hell I had to wait for entire day.. They should realise that after a particular period even if they get the stand they cannot start the service so they should have informed me but they didnt until I myself went and asked them.. Such unprofessional behavior.. Guys I dont recommend this service centre at all..
How do i contact the service center during lockdown ? None of the numbers mentioned are at use. My second free service expires on June 5th. Will there be any option for me to get it done later ?
Best place to service your RR 310
This one of the most pathetic service center you will ever visit. I gave my NTORQ for service here firstly they charge for everything which no other center does(okay accepted and I paid for that) the basic thing a service center does is wash your vehicle and give these people because the customer isnt present there they simply passon the vehicle to polish(which should be free but they charge ₹50) without even washing it once in the picture the mud on the tyres and rims and everything is same as the way I gave this clearly shows they havent even washed it once. Shame on this center honest suggestion never go to this center avoid it all costs and find any other center with a decent review because this isnt anywhere close to decent. They even damaged the logo as you can see in the picture, I noticed this a day after. Avoid this service center guys you will have to pay the same amount in any other center also better go to a place where they give good service rather than a place like this.

I would give 0 star if it was available their service is one of the worst none of my problems were solved in my rtr and their attitude is also not good need to visit 4 to 5 times for one single issue a complete waste of time and money beware they only want your money and a dont care policy for the customer issue or safety......

I bought the clutch lever from their spare part center and went for their service station, the reception lady ask me to wait as their service persons went for lunch. Once they return i told the reception lady about my issue and she said they cant fix clutch lever as they have more work on other bikes. Then i went to local workshop to fix the clutch lever. The local mechanic said that the parts i bought was for other bike model. Again i went to their spares shop and exchanged and went to mechanic shop to fix. Again they given me the damaged product once again i visited their spare parts shop to exchange, the guy in billing center started moan to replace and once he delivering the parts he throw the products to me. Their attitude shows that as they are giving for free.. very worst experience i had with this Bridgestone TVS.
The worst security guards are in the service centre, doesnt know little manners and ill treats the customer with abusive words. Never going to enter this service centre unless any actions are going to be taken on the securities. Ive been a customer to this showroom since 4 years and now these people are spoiling the showrroms reputation.

This is very disappointing period from 1 year with TVS service & by vehicle. The actual problem started from vehicle @ the stage of 15 days that is fuel tank leakages mean time we also faced some seat locking issues mirror problem we discussed the respective person to sort it out @ the first service but no response are taken by them same issues are carried till date may be due to free service. Later couple of months we also faced fuel indicator problem problem & also we cant gage milage of the vehicle. We faced 4 service with unsatisfied services below mentioned problem are still not sorted by the respective person.So I kindly request you to take it seriously & sort the customer needs in Time.Thank you
By far the best vehicle dealer to my knowledge. They remind you to renew the insurance and follow you up to service the vehicle periodically. Great service! TVS always takes their value down to even the tiniest entity and Bridgestone agency is one such glimpse!❤️

Horrible experience. Had visited the showroom to enquire about Apache RTR but the response was pathetic. The salesman was busy on his phone and when asked about the bike he chucked so much attitude.
Vehicle sales experience is good. Vehicle service is not. Some minor detail or the other is always missed or done incorrectly which requires a second visit to get right. Most commonly they overtighten the brakes. Ever since the second service Ive had issues with the rear brake sticking. After the last service they fixed the brake, but my vehicles performance has degraded.

Actually i doesnt want to give even single star.I visited service centre by towing my Ntorq 125 and asked them to look into the battery issue. But they ignored and said first service should be done.. Later they will check all the problems in bike and let us know and charge is 1400/- and i said service has done 1 week back, just look into the battery issue, Again they ignored and sent me back... This is worst conversation with that guys... I never visit this service centre only because of their conversations..

If you own APACHE RR310 dont take it here, as the RR310 is the premium bike of TVS. And from the past Experiences with other TVS Service Centers, other service centers treat your rr310 as premium and primary! Always giving priority to RR310 no matter what (not in case if already RR310 getting serviced before you). But specially this service center, doesnt care if you own RR310. They will treat you as - no you only bought our product, now wait in line for 3-4 hours till your time comes. You basically have to scold them or remind them after 3-4 hrs that you also are there waiting for chance (this happened with me not one time but twice times). Also the RR310 Service engineer is inexperienced! Doesnt services your RR310 well....Well servicing RR310 usually takes 1.30 hrs to 2 hrs max (in other service centers) but in here I had to wait more than 7 hrs (including wait time and service time) just to get my bike serviced.My last advice is dont service your RR310 here ever.

On the servivce day, they informed me about the missing of purge valve, I requested them to put the new part.since the part was out of stock they requested 1 month time. I got a call after 2 months, I left my bike to get the new part installed but again they are saying that 2 pipes are missing which they have not included during procurement. What kind of response is this? They wasted my time (3hrs). Later I called to branch manager dinesh, he gave me positive response.Guys, if there is no response from BRIDGE STONR TVS RAJAIJNAGAR,kindly call to the manager he will sort it out

I went to enquire about the price and specs of TVS Apache 160 rtr v4 and i had a bitter experience with the lady who is a dealer over there, actually in internet on road price is showing as 1.32 lakh and she is telling as 1.38 lakh, so, when i asked about this her reply was not good and am totally unhappy with the way she talks and i went back from that showroomWhen you dont answer a call whats the necessity of putting your toll free number and most important thing is you are doing business in Namma Bengaluru and in toll free number only English and Hindi option why not Kannada option...am going to protest against this...i really condemn this negligence towards our state language..i strongly suggest not do business with you people
They tell first 5 services are free.....later they e charging around 700 rupees for the service....while taking the vehicle they told we would be charged only for engine oil but later everything is added so that customer never steps back from servicing his vehicle

This is worst TVS-Service center in Bangalore.im a regular customer here. Each time I give for service there will be a problem always. I have take my bike back 3-4 times, then also problem is not fixed.
Bought my Apache RTR 200 here.Its been more than a year now.Good experience in getting bike till the services done here.Services done till now 9 times.Good customer relationship, always been.Only thing i dont like about the service is the water wash.Some best mechanics are present here for a very long since the showroom opened and they are top notch in what they do.
Its been 2 weeks since I decided to buy RR-310. I even visited the showroom. No proper response from their employees and and they dont have options for finance schemes. They provide finance from TVS itself with high interest rates and none other banks are listed even HDFC bank. Not everyone buys a bike worth 3 lacs and these guys dont how to treat their potential customers. They are not at all professional as well as organised.

I WENT TO BUY AND WALKED OUT IRRITATED AND PISSED OFF. Bought the vehicle with an other dealer who was very kind and nice with good hospitality and positiveness.Parking is the biggest headache. Better to avoid this TVS showroom. Its worse than the government offices .Vehicle Service at its WORST since decades.. your vehicle will come out with many New ISSUES than being RESOLVED.
