Fake service center, shahwar has not informed the customers that they r not nissan authorized service center as of now,they use duplicate spare parts due to which the vehicle and the owner of the vehicle will be in problem, fake bill.plzz dont leave ur vehicle in this place,even in Google they still claim they r authorized, but they r bogus,I myself and my vehicle has faced this problem.due to local spare parts the engine oil is mixed with coolant due to which the radiator is full of engine oil.Plzz my humble request next time if u leave ur vehicle any brand, plz check for company authorized service center ,otherwise you will get fake service center like shahwar.

It is worst experience at this service center. i found cigarette during service delivery at my home. Called them but still they could not resolve all my issues. newly replaced bow-nut color also started fading in just 3 months. i am not sure how they respond to the issue now.

I have been to this service center a number of times never had an issue.But thanks to Mr. Vijay Dev who was giving lame excuses like I forgot to follow up, I went out on urgent work, speaking arrogantly, telling I have other customers and couldnt follow up.Number of excuses like this.If you do not have the service motives please stay away from the business.After payment I had to ask for the bill without which I wouldnt have got the bill. And he didnt talk about the work done on the vehicle he Just walked off leaving the key in the car .

Experience with Shahwar Nissan Service has been exceptionally good. I needed HSRP plates made for my Sunny Nissan. Mr Ravi was very polite and helpful. He asked Mr Faiz Ahmed to do my job. Mr Faiz Ahmed did fantastic job. From getting plates made to sending them across, everything was methodical and before time. He is very polite and knows his job very well. Thank you Mr Faiz Ahmed.

Thanks to Shahwar Nissan today I am paying a 1 lack bill for the total mess up they did to my vehicle.After repeatedly informing them about the engine stop light they refused to look into it and sort the issue out.Instead all they do is connect the laptop and clear all faults. Today after getting blacklisted by nissan India.I have been told that I can not be helped but get it fixed with another dealer service.This wasnt the only issue, when my brake pad and worn out they said we will change it after a month, and again thanks to them I paid a big fat bill for not getting it changed when the time had come, as more parts were damaged.Great job and continue to scam your customers. Thank you.

Pretty satisfied with the kind of service they provide. They take good care of your car. They are also straightforward in telling you what your car needs. No exorbitant charges either. I got my Sunny serviced here and all of it was taken care of my Mr Nagraj who guided me through the parts that had to be changed after a thorough diagnosis. Got my car feeling brand new.The outside, however, looks chaotic. Its just raw ground. It hasnt been paved. Its hectic to just find a spot to place your vehicle and makes you worried about your car being grazed or bumped

First of all they did not tell me that they are NOT an authorised dealer for Nissan. Used cheap parts and within a month all that is gone. When Chennai Nissan people are asking for the warranty details the service manager named Roy is not responding properly. Never get your car serviced through them.

I Own a Nissan Terrano and Shawar Nissan is trying to convince me that they are still Authorised Service Center which is not truth I came to know from Nissan company that they are no more Authorised Service center. There are only 2 Authorised Service center Surya Nissan Marathahlli and Honnassiri Nissan Yeshwanthpur Bangalore. Even in google they themselves (Shawar) has mentioned they are into multi brand car service center and trying to tell me that they will do same kind of service How is this possible. All Nissan car owners please be aware of this info. I am attaching the proof for the same.

The service adviser are good here but the worst part are the people who doing the vehicle/car service. When i last gave my car for service , they havent tighten the engine oil screw , due to which the engine oil had got leaked completely. Thank God i was not using the vehicle as i was travelling and was positioned at home. They charge for unnecessary items in the service item list and they talk about the number of age of vehicle and they charge per that not based on the no of KM run. This is really pathetic. Even for the vehicle spares also i had come at least 3-4 time for lower arm and for wheel bearing and have returned back . We always make our time free and come spending our money on fuel and they just send back. After asking them to block the parts , i have got the parts replacement done. In that also , the replaced part got damaged with in one week of change.This had ruined by tripRecently i had visited to get the car for periodic service , the service adviser had checked the car age and based on that he had put Rs 3000 per service + Engine oil charges extra + oil filter + air Filter+ coolant + other things.For replacement of air-filter and oil filter there is extra charge of Rs 550 each other then the service chargers.The cost of engine oil was Rs 2500 and the filter costs given was 500 each . These chargers were also extraordinarily high. The same parts if we check in open market is much more less .I really dont understand why the parts of the Engine oil,brake oil,coolant, filters and other stuffs so high despite consuming then in lots at the service station. Even i dont understand how does the labour charges increase every 6 months.I hope the service center takes care of all the above issue which i have tried to explain so that customers come back for service to your service center.

I have completed 3 services of Nissan Sunny from this service station. Till now everything is good. Only one drawback is that they make the customers wait for too long even if they have the appointment, they should improve upon this point. And they should ensure the car is properly cleaned while handing over to customer after service.

The quality of the service is terrible, believe me i have a 2007 xtrail and 2012 micra, I have been servicing these cars for years over hear, but i have never got the satisfaction, the cars always have problems after getting serviced, now lets talk vehicles parts, you need to a loan if you want changes the parts they tell you, the parts have very low quality and the service made is also low quality. The only thing which is very high is the price, the prices are very terrible. DO DONT BUY A NISSAN CAR IN INDIA, IT IS NOT WORTH IT.if you want to spend thousands for nothing,then buy Nissan

I usually get my car serviced there only. Have been going to the same service center since the day we bought our car in there showroom around 5 yrs ago. The staff is very good and they explain what is wrong with the car properly and take our approvals for every repair that is to be done. The labour charges are a lil on the higher side, but quality does come at a cost. So baring that I have always had good experience with them.

Pretty good service.Do not take appointments seriously as the service advisors just take the cars one by one regardless of when the customer arrives.They normally do a good job with our machines and also explain things well.Some touch up job was also done by them when I requested and they even provided me with some paint if I need it in the future for any touch ups.Overall a very satisfying place to visit.

Worst ever service centre i have seen in my life... I had got my Sunny serviced though i was not happy with the overall service done , they had promised to rectify and on the second time when they took the vehicle we had planned to do the body work , citing the reason on insurance they took 2 weeks , that’s fine i was in a dream that my Sunny would be completely ready ...To my surprise the issues for which i had to give back the car to rectify , they even didn’t look into... when I questioned them at their service centre they said, “ Sorry Sir we forgot”.This was pathetic, ridiculous, shameless that the main work which they took the car for, second thing about the body work only 70 percent of work done , they said they forgot to remove the dent... seriously? You people forget to do the assigned work.Dear Shahwar Nissan , do you really have any respect for a person, his time or for the money ? i had spent 35k for the service but the quality of the service is not even 1k.

Very bad service. Very rude Staff- specially Mr Roy and Mr Darshan Kumar.Had sent vehicle for service through pickup - drop service. Plan was to get regular service done in a day. However, I was asked by Mr Dharshan to keep the vehicle for one more day. He kept saying that several things are wrong and need replacement. Got a bill of 28k !!I was told vehicle will be returned by 6pm in evening and hence I gave my office address as drop location. I received my vehicle only at night 11pm next day. I had to wait in the office the get the vehicle back.Never giving them my car servicing again.

I gave my car for the service center to replace a bumper. When I picked up the car from them, they didnt bother to inform me about the crack in the windshield, instead they just gave me the keys and I was on my way. About 20 mins later into my drive time I see the cracked windshield which they inflicted, and they are not bothered to call me nor explain, even after multiple attempts.

I had a pathetic experience with shahwar Nissan service center staff. When my car was delivered after the servicing, one of the wheel cap was missing.. they very comfortably said that it might have fallen off when the car was getting delivered to my house..they charge me RS 100 for a perfume which was never provided in the car.. I could see dried cow dung on my car after the servicing.. is this the service we expect from Nissan. I shelled out 12.5 lacs for my Nissan terrano.. I m very sure poor n worst service is the basic reason why Nissan cars are not sold in the market and cant compete with other car brands..the person who attended ,, faizuddin dint even explain what complains I had earlier given n how was it rectified.. I may even sell my car because I m.not sure if I want to keep it n make it worst after every servicing done..

Shahwar Nissan service centre has deteriorated in their service and has been pathetic with their response time and accountability. I used to service my Sunny earlier till 2016 post which had a bad experience and shifted to a close by service centre. Last week 26/02/19 gave my Sunny again for service at their centre for some important work but again was disappointing because my car got stranded the very next day ... I called the service centre on the issue and they did not even bother to revert back or address the issue which was simply annoying .... I would not have not written this review but wanted other individuals to know that the place has gone for dogs in their attitude.... Sorry to say this but maintaining excellence is an art and customers need to be treated well if you want to run a successful business ... I would never get back to Shahwar Nissan again .... Thank you

Amazing set of professionals at Shahwar Nissan Service center.The service team headed by Vignesh clearly stands out and take care of your needs and ensure that all aspects are explained clearly and genuinely.I have dealt with at least 4 different personnel (Ahmed, Chandan, Saifuddin, Usman) from the service center and all 4 of them have the same positive attitude, same level of personal attention and a wonderful helping attitude.If you are not satisfied with the answer you can easily go upto the Service center head and he will personally ensure you have the explanation and understanding.Thank you Team for taking good care of my car.

Today was the worst day of the year thanks to this Nissan service Center. I was not appropriately informed about the cost to be incurred and ended up paying ₹11,000 for two fixes.Also, sadly the car is still giving issue and broke down just 1 KM after leaving the service Center.When I called the service guy Javed and Roy for helped. Roy who is the manager did not care to pick up at around 8:15 pm. Javed did pick up the call and told me to simply tow the car for ₹1,200. I was troubled and frustrated for total of 2 weeks and still troubled today as the car is still not fixed.My experience was really really bad and would request every one to avoid this service Center and any other Shahwar car agency as the management is irresponsible and greedy.Surely someone you can’t trust your car with. I am available on google to answer any questions.

Everything seems well and organized when you are a new customer. Eventually they start showing their real capability.Many instances like, the Customer Relationship Manager hardly listens to your concerns. The last time we called, she just passed over the phone to a fellow worker as she couldn’t answer the query. Quite recently they have revamped/upgraded their data base, due to which we get unwanted calls for someone else’s vehicle. Once we even got a bill for our car in a different owner’s name on it!!Another instance where the appointment was taken for a part replacement and once we reach the service station we were told that the stock was not available.Overall, the service station can be run in a much better customer friendly manner.

My car was serviced 2 months back and i cant tell you how disappointed i was with the service levels at Shahwar Nissan ..While i appreciated the hospitality and friendliness of the staff, which has improved over years, the lack of quality focus on part of the service crew, coupled with the lack of attention to detail wrt closure on part of the service advisor left me with a lousy service experience.Here are the top issues that i share -The station flagged a need to replace the front disc brake rotor and pads. Yet they had no stock !! Really? For a Sunny that is been on market for 7 years, and a critical safety part, no stock???The entire upholstery was messed up the dashboard cleaning fluid and my car was handed over without check there. Till today, my instrument cluster glass is unrecoverable, having been damaged by the dashboard cleaning fluid. Pathetic show Nissan !Front and rear tyres rotated - wrong rotation pattern used and post rotation, no cleaning of the alloys . The brake dust remained as it was when i delivered the car for service.Finally, the service advisor left me with a crew member and vanished without informing. I was left high and dry with no proper closure..unprofessional.Since then, I am averse to talking to Nissan and their service team. No Hope !I have been a Nissan fan all along, But with this kind of service, i will never ever buy a Nissan product again. I am done here !.,......,..............................................Update July 15/2020Last month was yet another opportunity for a service and this time , it was a whole new experience! Thanks to Mr.Faiz, I had a wonderful service experience. Just honest, prompt, attentive, clean job! No frills, no drama.. Just simple. loved it.
