Worst service station. Simply charge huge amount for service without doing anything. Twice I given there and not satisfied with the service.

This place is an absolute fraud and Im shocked that Bosch is associated with them. We had to pull into this service station because of a sudden issue with the gear on the highway. The car was running but the gear wasnt shifting to first.The owner agreed to help though he was overworked. He changed the problem 3-4 times, changed a part that cost several thousands, then changed the reason again and said the car had to be left overnight. Turns out the real reason was a minor issue, costing a few hundreds for the part. And he used a part that isnt for this model for the car. And screwed up other things in the process.Due to his mistakes, I was forced to spend several thousands to replace other parts and in service.The whole time he was not ready to listen to us on anything, and he kept complaining about his other clients.Dont go to this place even if you are stranded!

Do not go here . Dont be fooled by the Bosch service brand image .

Not a good place, is only good if you get any service from them being there present right in front of them and getting it done.. Apart from this the behavior, welcoming, greetings everything is zero. Their maintenance package is also not worthy, everytime you have to mention to polish and clean everything properly.

Took my VW Vento for servicing at Silicon Cars Bosch in Yeshawantpur for the first time after the company warranty period came to an end.The service advisor was very helpful. He noted down the complaints and suggested appropriate repairs. One of the front shock absorbers which had worn out had to be replaced. The service centre procured the spare soon and made sure it was replaced the same day.The service technician who handled my car was also aware about the subtle but the specific changes across different car manufacturers. He changed the shock absorbers in no time and carried out the complete servicing efficiently.However my car could not be given a full wash post servicing due to an issue with water supply on that day But the owner apologised for the unforeseen shortcoming and has promised a free full car wash and cleaning on any convenient date.My first time experience has been a pleasant one and touchwood I hope it will continue to remain so in the future as well.

One of best workshop I have ever seen.They dont simply misguide you, very helpful guys, they use only genuine spare parts.Do visit once.Thank you ☺️

Out and out fraudulent services are delivered. Inspite of holding a ‘Privilege Membership’, I was thrown out by the incapable workforce when questioned for billing me without carrying out any of the services on my car, apart from just wiping out the dust. Even a wheel alignment was not carried out, which is said to be part of the privilege membership program(1000/- bucks for doing nothing). I strongly recommend not to drive your car to such unethical service provider, you may also get humiliated.

Really very good staff with excellent stuff.. they have premium service for the customer who have their membership card.Very inexpensive if you buy this card

Multi brand car service station. They are doing good job. Comparatively cheaper than the authorised workshops. They are said to be Bosch Authorized Service Point.
