My cars bumper (Honda City) was broken. The team here did an excellent job including body paint. The best part was they kept me updated on the status of the repair. The best place in Bangalore to get any paint or body repairs done. Ive been their customer for over 10 years. I had once given my Daewoo matiz in 2011 for a complete repaint. Since then, theyve learnt a lot and kept improving regularly. Their paint matching is absolutley perfect and get it right every time. And although many reviews say that they delay their jobs, they never actally delayed any of my vehicles and usually its a day or two job if it is easy. They now give you updates on whats app about the work process which helps the customer feel happy. Do visit for any kind of car related jobs including detailing.

Had been planning to get my new car - new gen Verna 1.6d top end - detailing.. bought the car in Dec 1st week but due to various commitments planned and unplanned, couldnt get this done earlier.Spoke to Nirmal sometime in early Jan on detailing.. He is passionate about cars and this is very evident in his conversation.Finally managed to get it done during the past Saturday / Sunday.Had asked for a mobile unit to come home on Saturday morning. They came at 11 am.I had assumed that my apartment basement would have a power outlet which it didnt. Tried some jugaad which worked briefly and then stopped. They were kind enough to take the vehicle back to their workshop to complete which they did.Talked to his team - Krishna - who managed the logistics- for delivery, picked up on Sunday though it is a closed holiday.. paid through cash and drove back home..they had turned the car into a work of art..!👍Interior, engine bay and the body was done very nicely.Kudos to Nirmal and team for the great work..Well now the challenge is to maintain this for next year or more..Will update later ..Thanks Nirmal.

Had been a loyal customer and used to recommend their facility and services for a very long time, until recently when a senior member of their managing staff behaved highly unprofessional and rude. Under no circumstance was he supposed to have stood in the middle of the road and yelled his lungs out and let off steam on me, being a customer who went there to get paint correction done.They had previously told me that they do not accept bike paint jobs and under insistence of me, they agreed to do it. The paint work came out excellent and I have no issues with it, however the clear coat had to be corrected and I was told to fit all the parts and get the bike to them for the same. I approached them for this post 3 months and the person whom I do not wish to name here, blatantly refused to do it and decided to put the blame on me! After reading a few reviews, I can see this pattern of blaming the customer is a norm here.The following day, correction was done and the paint came out to be fantastic, but you lost a trusted customer. I will never be recommending or setting foot inside this facility ever again.Regards.

Pathetic Service - Got Multiple scratches on my brand new Polo GT.A tree branch fell on the roof of my car and the insurance company recomended for Sai Colorium. Being fooled by multiple 5 star reviews in here, I agreed to handover my car to them. I also asked them to do detailing from my pocket with a hope that the small scratched I got in the bonnet will go off. After 5 day I got call from them to inspect and take the delivery. While Inspecting my car I can easily pointed out around 13 small but visible scratches all over the body. When I asked them that these are the new ones and was NOT present earlier. They tried to make fool out of me by saying that your car was having so much dust and after detailing these marked become visible - really?? you guys are professional?? And after that so many back to back wage reasoning thrown at me. I simply discarded all of them because I had the pictures that I took just before delivering my car to them.When I showed them the pictures, all of them become stunned and started shouting at their workers just to give me a feeling that they dont have any part in this but their workers have.After that their big boss came in to handle the situation and after seeing the car and my picture he too amazingly shouted to his workers and ask them to mark all the scratches and ordered them to do the paint correction. But to my surprise at the same time he shouted at me also by saying I am taking ADVANTAGE OF THIS OPPURTUNITY which is not fare as if he is doing some kind of charity to me.The behaviour was so unprofessional that I started feeling helpless. The paint correction is not upto mark and all those scratches can still be easily identified. I paid them full and took my car with a heavy heart and they didnt even have a common courtesy to say sorry while delivering my car.There should have an option of negative marking in the review, they dont deserve a single star as well.

Had given my car for a small bumper touch up. Was a very professional job at a reasonable price. Would definitely recommend them .quality of paintwork also was excellent.

I went here to repair my Polos rear bumper after hearing the good reviews. Mr. Khan gave me a quote of 3000 for half bumper paining and repair on inspection. I was given the car on the promised date but to my horror there were 2 spots upon inspection which was kind of patchy and not painted well. I immediately notified the owner and he did a small touch up job. I drove away satisfied. After 2 days, the paint started to chip off on the side of the bumper where the repair had been done and where the paint touch up had been done. Mr. Khan told me to bring the car over and he blamed me for the paint chipping off saying that I was my mistake. He just did a cheap brush touch up and now my bumper looks really bad. The only solution now is to replace the whole bumper and get it painted which will cost upwards of Rs.8000. Guys, please do yourselves a favour and avoid going to this place. I wasnt too happy with the owners and Khans attitude too.

If you ask the question, How much more time? after waiting for twice the time promised, be prepared to be reintroduced to your family. Just that you might not know their professions till that point. The customer response is that amazing here. Also please note that they steal parts from the car too. Didnt think they would steal till the last minute when one of them mentioned that they had the same car too. The work is decent but definitely not worth having your family abused and paying them and waiting for 4x the promised time.Update after a month: cracks forming on the bonnet, and edges. Will never recommend this place to anyone . Paint came off with the water pressure in a washing place on the wheel arch. Some parts of the door with corners came off. Worst place to paint ever

I had a very bad experience with this place. The paint difference can easy be seen between the painted and factory panels and the paint started cracking after just 6 months. I do not recommend this place to anybody.

Poor Customer Relationship:You have good mechanics and infrastructure but just because of having tie ups with online portals like pitstop you cant invoice a customer unethically.Inspection: 99Electrical Labor charges: 518Car Scanning: 1000+ Taxes - Total Bill: RS 1816End of the day every customer is same and you should treat them equal, today I booked a minor service through pitstop and I only walked in to the service station showed you the exact problem and all that mechanic did was to replace a broken wire with another junk piece of wire from the service station and for this I was invoiced RS 518 along with inspection charge of 99 extra which is totally funny. Literally mechanic did not inspect anything at all.I had to make two trips to your station and after I demand you care to call your online partner and for your business communication flaws a customer has to pay the price both interms of Money and Time.After wasting my energy and time both Sai colorium and Pitstop guys talk to each other and I still ended up paying RS 1414.I would not have bothered to pay the premium pricing you may have originally invoiced provided my car was ready before my second visit to your center.On top of this when enquired about the crazily invoiced bill, Mr. Bharat says he can get the vehicle to the old state as though the car engine was stalled and mechanic restored it.When someone is in the customer service business its very important to have a right mindset.When there is no value to a customers time and if a customer is impacted due to your business flaws then you cant charge your premium rates!Dear Sai Colorium Owner,I understand from your response that you are not briefed with the actual details from your staff.First of all your staff knew I was with a pitstop driver who got my car to your service station.I pointed out the exact issue that a wire has to be replaced and your people didnt identify any issue and hardly it took 3 minutes for the mechanic to attach a piece of wire.I waited for 1 hour after wire was replaced and nobody told me anything about pricing for me to approve or disapprove any work, all I was told is that my car will be ready after 2.30 post scanning and I can collect it by 3. Again I stop by your station at 3.45 and nobody has attended the car.Please let me know if the mechanic who claims that he has inspected my car for 3 hours is ready to talk face to face infront of you and prove his ethical behavior, I can come down to your showroom.Its really sad that inspite of you being in this business for 30 years your own people keep you in dark from truth and not accept the mistake.I wanted my concern to be heard by the owner and I am glad you replied and Thank you for the response.CheersSrihari

I have a very positive experience with Sai clorium team. My sedan got a dent on passenger side beneath the door panel as I hit a big cement rock while taking turn. I inquired with VW dealer /maintenance folks and got some quote, didn’t drop car at the dealer service center as I did not get a sense / comfort that he understood what’s the damage / problem. After some research on team-bhp, google reviews I shortlists Sai Clorium , visited them on a Saturday late morning. The person in charge inspected the car - pointed out few more dents, scratches which otherwise escaped my eye. We agreed on the scope of work, he gave an estimate : price and timeline . On Monday I was about to call them to inquire if things were progressing as expected - I got an update with pictures of my car on WhatsApp. That’s an above expectation experience ( given my less than desired experiences with Hyundai, Maruti and VW service centers - I had to follow up multiple times to get an update ). The damage was repaired and painted well, actual price matched / close to estimate , no surprises. He also suggested some tips for daily upkeep of car ( not using water to clean etc) , That’s yet another above expectation experience. I am considering Sai Clorium for regular service maintenance of my cars.

Really good workmanship..... most customers that come here are with hgh end luxury cars... they have well trained staff good body shop and paint shop..... also surface treatment such as ceramic coating is done here....I visited this place for roof black painting for my 2 brezzas... work is as good as factory job

This was my first visit and though I didnt get any work done, I just happened to meet Mr. Khan. I felt as if he was a nice and honest person and told me all the technical details and how much would it cost me to do the job. I am positive and I might take my car for body work there...

Pros: the work quality is great. Theyre very busy with a lot of customers brining their cars in for body work.Cons: notoriously bad while coming to delivering on time. Best case: twice the estimated time. Worst case: 3 week estimate took 4 months (to be fair my car had many other unexpected damages after a major accident)

I am getting my vehicle serviced with them for quite long . They do a good servicing of the vehicle during service but they are experts in tinkering, polishing and paint whether small scratch or a huge accident damage. Anant the owner is accessible in case any complaints and calls the people straight away. Mr. Bharath explains the details quite well and is always ready for taking the questions.Never faced issue in technical things but yeah they do not have customer care like Hyundai or Maruti. You can also visit them for car custom job. Have seen a Thar getting convert to a yellow hummer look alike.

Did a bodywork for my car there. Work was acceptable. Delivery date slipped. Lost few items from the car, however I had kept them there even though they suggested to move all valuables out since I didnt consider the items valuable enough to have the hassles of moving. Couldnt like the way they talk and behave with customers.

Worst experience gave my honda city for real door denting and painting, initially they said it will be covered under insurance and later said i have to claim my own insurance and charged 9998/- for just one door and i finally received just 5800 from insurance after 56 days from the while delivery date where as these people said only 2000 will be deducted and will receive 7800 from insurance, worst service provided by this company and painting and denting done is not at all professional. learnt my lesson and will never visit again and would not recommended to anyone.
