Worst experience. Arrogant staff. Zero professionalism. Do not answer calls nor give any update. Kept my vehicle for 3 weeks for a simple issue and converted it into a major issue. The technician Abhijeet Shetty behaved like roadside rowdy. Had to tow my vehicle to another garage to avoid further harrasment. Gomechanic escalation team has zero control over their ground staff. Dont fall for their attractive offers and damage your vehicle and reputation.

Had given my car for full AC service with Dashboard removal and vents cleaning and cooling coil replacment through Gomechanic ... The dashboard got squeaky noise on the right side and then had to revisit the workshop to fix it with again certain expense due to their mistake of wrongly handling of parts while fixing....now post driving few kilometres, noise started on the left side.... Also theres some noise coming from the engine bay when AC is switched on.... mileage dropped from 24Kmpl to under 17kmpl for same driving condition and style on Highway... Pickup feels like a tortoise moving now, compared to earlier pickup like a rabbit..My car was completely spoilt from silent cabin to noisy cabin, fuel efficient car to fuel sucking car.... Have completely lost the feel of my car post this workshop visit....

Dont ever give your car for this workshop.. you will come to know after few days ..

I booked service through GoMechanic and it assigned automan car spa... It was very fine in the beginning.. communication was clear regular updates were given I thought I am getting good service... Next day vehicle delivered full payment done. I noticed few work is missing and spoke to people, they said they will pick the vehicle back and get it fixed which never happened after a week followup....now I have visited my self to push these guys to complete the work..i have bad experience getting things done from this work shop.. after payment..

ORDER ID - 202101094219243Note- Order marked as completed and stating Technical error.I am sharing my experience from GoMechanic Team, The car reached service station on 30th December 2020It’s been 2 months and you call this an urgent delivery???I have not received any genuine updates from GoMechanic or Service center from day 1.This is very frustrating and I am fed up dealing with all your false commitments.Every time I will have to escalate to the next level to get the updates and will only get false commitments from all levels.After dealing with you for about 2 months I got clear picture on how worst GoMechanic deals with the customers.The response from GoMechanic and Service Center is pathetic, even after car being with service center for this long(more than 2 months) there isstill no clear picture on when the car will be delivered.I am a member of team bhp and I am going to write a detailed review in team bhp and in all possible online forums on how worst the experience is with GoMechanic.It’s been almost 2 months and you still do not know when the car will be delivered?If you cannot fix the car let us talk on other options.Simply keeping the car without knowing or without responding how to fix it will not make any sense.

They didnt even perform any service, the payment was made on time , but no one showed fup to perform a check uo for vehicle not starting, also mailed you the details, but no use, none of you have responded and taken this seriously

Dont not Oder any battery u lose u valuable time and money

Mr. Abhijeet has profound knowledge on the problem that the car may have and he has done an excellent job in fixing my car. No matter where I live in India I will now only come to him.

Pathetic service. They do half service and return the car. They charge 10K for comprehensive services but God only know what they really do. My car was ruined after their service. Many leakages, poor brakes hard hand brakes and wheel jolting...Pathetic and frustrating experience.

Gomechanic is a cheating service center,worst center, fraud & cheap, unprofessional local car service centers are attached / listed . They will will not have any genuine spare parts, put used parts, cheap quality oils , parts . complementary things will not be given .I paid 8 thousand for my skoda service. They just did water service & gave back. I wanted to save 3 k compared to SKODA service center. lost 8 thousand, no wiper replaced (complementary). No bill , total bogus company

No proper response from this service station.I dont know what they do after taking the vehicle for service.

Never go for gomechanic if under insurance.. they take lot of time. It took more than 20 days just to fix a bumper.Absolutely unacceptable
