It may be hard to find as there are no boards on the road. Located adjacent to the boundary wall of defence land. It is a good place where staff are friendly, service was done on time. They checked everything I mentioned. After service was finished all parts used were also explained.Would recommend.

They dont adhere to time given, no estimate given, nobody picks the number updated in google, after the bike is ready billing takes an hour, billing includes things like chain lube 500ml (can you believe it) without giving the lube to us, fork oil billed though there was no need. So in short, nothing is right there. Well, you need to have deep pockets, ok with poor service and good in meditation to go to them.

I bought Royal Enfield 350 classic in October 2020.After 15 days, bumper paint removed andI went to service station Mr. Hussain rectified my problem.Again, I faced some problem after running 2000Km in engine oil leakage.Then I again went to same service station, same expert I met Mr. Hussain andHe again solved my problem. Today, I again faced problem in starting of My RE.That problem has also sort out by Mr. Husain.Unbelievable service by Husain, he has great knowledge of Specially in Enfield.I drove 30km, I didnt face any problem in my bike. If you want to get your vehicle new scratches and dents. Kindly visit here.I gave my newly 5 months old bike to this service center. When i reach there to collect i am shocked to see parking lights not working, there is a bent on rear mudgaurd, scratches on front mudgaurd, no dry wash done, electric wire holders coming out, leak in brake oil.I wish i would have given to a local shop, with the same amount he would have done a better job.I wish i could have rated them as negative stars.

Very very high lost and they are replacing good parts to damaged one soo that 10 to 15 days again some problem will be there in vehicle soo that we should again visit the service center soo be careful while leaving the vehicle into the service center & simply telling that is damaged this is damaged & making more bills and they will not call also this part is damaged soo we are replacing like this issue they are not explaining so the customer

Gave my TB 350X for service on 8th and despite constant follow up they gave it on 11th only, had given full list of work but tried to give back bike without checking the work list with only thook polish work. Totally unprofessional and no coordination among staff, all are clueless. Even basic wash was done half heartedly. Their work lack heart and soul, looks like they are unaffected by any negative comments because they are getting adequate work irrespective of shoddy work.

I would like to rate 10/10 for the supervisor here named Mr. tousin. He is very interactive, polite, understanding and a very respecting person. He helped me throughout my servicing of the bike alot.When it comes to the location and the condition of the service centre, it sucks. Literally not at all clean. No proper equipments. Make us wait alot. The road conditions are worst. The moment you get the bike out it gets dirty af.The manager here is fine. But a bit rude with communication. I would not rate more than 2/10 for the service centre.In solving the issues, they were pretty good at it. Mechanics are experienced. And they charge hefty amount of labour which isn’t worthMr. Tousin, you are great. Loved your communication ❤️

This showroom in on outer ring road and close to junction where sarjapur road and outer ring road meets up. Showroom services are good with a trial run of bike which you want to buy now a days customers are aware and updated more than a sales staff so wont mention here service standard. But when they tell you that delivery happens in 7days but due to high demand it gets delivered in around 30 days only. Raju is best manager there.

My service experience has been great. A special thanks to Tousin for being extremely professional and giving a personal touch to the service. Would also like to appreciate the guy who actually serviced the bike. I came here for my third service which requires a lot of replacements. My problems were thoroughly understood and the fixes were done accordingly. No unnecessary parts were sold to me. Infact, certain things which are supposed to be ideally changed in the 3rd service were inspected and eventually kept unchanged as they were in a good condition, like the brake oil and air filter. Cleaning was done in every possible part. Very satisfied with the experience. Hope the vehicle also performs well now!

Most of the times, I am a bit apprehensive about service stations. Specially , the ones attaches to the showroom. ...But this one was different.( Let me make it very clear that I have not even got my vehicle serviced even once. I had just visited 3for some minor adjustments.This was a different world!!!!People here are very courteous, they understand our concern and passion about the vehicle.They listen carefully to the problem and then give us clear cut solutions.I AM A VERY SATISFIED CUSTOMER.Special mention to Me Subhash and Mr Arun. Look all service centres make mistake and these guys are no different. But the thing with these guys is that they accepted their mistake but dint apologize which I think is not great customer service. Plus they are not very warm and caring. I told them that water seeps into tool box and damages the fuse and wiring and it has happened twice to me but they dont agree. They wont even do a water pressure test to verify my statement. I came home and did the test and the water seeped in. I have put photos. I told them to report this issue to head office as manufacturing defect but they dont agree to report.they say they are not allowed to report. Once I came home I realized that my break light is not working which was working earlier. But this time they cleaned my filter channel and taped all wires and replaced broken pipes due to which my problem of vehicle switching off in running and vehicle not starting immediately after rain has been solved. I think the best way to take care of your enfield is to go to different service centres both company approved and outside. To be honest I have not found even one thorough enfield specialist in bangalore in last six years. Also be a little shrewd as a user. Enfield has lot of starting problems especially due to its exposed wiring and defective design. The system is not water proof. when such a thing happens (especially due to lot of rain water) ask them to conceal the wiring, check fuse, starting coil, eda coil, spark plug, plug adopter etc. And always do a water spray starting test before you leave the service centre. Tape the tool box so that water doesnt seep in . Filter box there is a big opening in the backside so I really dont know what can be done about it. But if dirty water enters, then engine sound will change hence that is the time to change the filter . When u give to servicing, always ask them to remove both tyres assembly and wash it nicely and then grease it and refit it. It keeps the assembly healthy. Remember if u give to service outside royal Enfield authrosied centre, then please ensure that u buy the spares and give them.

Awesome service center, told them 4 things to do, apart from general services, and oil change, they didnt do anything, got a message saying bike is ready, when i came here, bike was not washed, parts even after giving part number were not fitted, i guess the average rating of 3.6 justify this place reputation.i have a Himalayan and local worshops are not used to this model, prefer to giv in service center, else would giv it outside.

They change parts of my vehicle (head light blub) without prior information to me. The bulb was working fine. I think they scam me. And there was a loose screw on my vehicle side glass, the servicing guy told me , the whole cluth system need to be change, whose cost around ₹750. I didnt change it. Later , I fix the screw myself, without changing the whole system...

Had travelled to banglore from Mumbai.Faced issue with the O2 sensor. Clearly had informed the mechanic and the service manager regarding it. He kept the bike with him the whole day and didnt even do anything even after explaining him what the issue was. We had to ride back to mumbai the next day. Called him in the evening to ask him about the bike thats when he informed us. Rude , unprofessional guy who doesnt even know how to talk. Finally had to call up one of the RE Manager in mumbai do get some understanding and clarity of the problem with the bike. I clearly dont understand how Royal Enfield such a well known motorcycle brand hire managers and mechanic who first of all are not capable of handling situation, who take one whole day to pin point a problem. The manager had this attitude has if he is doing us a favor. Really disappointed. Whats the point of buying such bikes when the service staffs are incompetent.Have recorded the conversation with the manager and have forwarded that to the concerned department .

Third class service. Got free services with the bike thats why I am. Going there. After my 4 free services are over I wont even think to go there. They will add unnecessary costs to the bill. Which I have to get removed every time. While giving the bike for service they dont listen what to do and what not to. Even after the things are written in Job card then also they wont do things. They had not changed the engine oil!! they claim the oil turns black as soon as it is poured. There was hardly any engine oil left in the casing, I had to get it topped up. Extremely unprofessional behavior, They do not even give a printed bill and say internet issues. Carburetor had to tuned outside as the job done was pathetic, I had to ask them to clean chain after I went there. I do not know if they even did wheel truing or not.I had asked for Wheel truing, carburetor cleaning and tuning, oil change, brakes check up and chain cleaning and lubrication. Most terrible RE service center I have experienced.

My bike had an issue of the O2 sensor when was alerted to me at the Hubli Centre. When I got the bike to Mangalore I told the service manager the same. He said dont worry il take care of it and I will sort out everything and give the bike at 5. I had to call them sever times after which they answered. From here starts the worst experience. When I reach there they are again mentioning the O2 sensor issue. I told the manager that I had informed you the same why at 5 you repeating the same. He didnt have an answer neither an O2 sensor nor solution. I told him this us wrong after which he tried calling other royal enfield workshops. They too didnt have it. He wasted my time as I had to leave for Mumbai the day after. I asked him to do something. He very rudely said I dont have it please leave my compound.

I know this place from 2012, when I gave my first bullet Royal enfield Machismo 500 cc , for general service. But the quality of service was too bad . They just gave me a bill of nearly 7000. When I asked them , that you didnt told me in the beginning about this type of bill, they just started fighting with me. They will not do major service. They will just replace the parts and will charge extra for each any every part. They dont even check the spark plug and other part. they will just do something here and there and they will wash the vehicle and will handover to you. There is no discussion about the service, that what they did, and why they it. Very Bad.

I am writing this review regarding my experience during Service. Review is not about the purchase as I have not purchased from this Showroom.1. I went there to replace some of the parts. Basically they start saying they dont have parts and they are yet to receive. I visited 5 times to there service center, almost every visit i have spent 3 to 4 hours just to talk to them. Every visit i could see some customer fighting with some issue happened after Service. For entire 22 days I dint get a single call on updates. I used to call them for follow up.2. They are pathetic. They have dont care attitude. They spend with you 2 min and jump on to other customer keep you waiting and you need to literally beg them to listen to you. First time you drop your vehicle you dont feel this, your later visits you will have to spend more time waiting for them.3. I was speaking with the service engineer in Kannada and the guy asked me if I know Malayalam, I then spoke in English to make him understand but he asked me if I am a Tamilian or I know Telugu. He know Kannada as I heard him speaking in phone. Me being native of Bangalore felt very bad, I dont understand his problem, atleast I was not rude with him to behave such way.4. Finally I got the bike after 22 days, even after waiting for so long quality of the work is poor. The bill was sky rocket just because I was claiming insurance but unfortunately insurance was also not completely approved because of their ignorance. They just told me words they have done wheel alignment, I dont find any difference, I did asked for the report but i dint get. I just walked out and told myself not to look back.

Lack of communication, there is no proper communication someone ll receive the bike and someone else give back. I hv explained what need to be done to the first person but 3rd or 4th person ll give the bike. But when I ask what all done the person doesnt know about it. *I SUGGEST 1 OR 2 PERSON SHOULD HANDLE.* Also billing ll be very slow(no communication with co-workers) he doesnt mind, I hv waited more den 1.30hours to take my bike back.

I visited Teknik motors service center sarjapur for my Interceptor 2 Services which was charged Rs 6174, My main purpose of this service is to do my final Ceramic Coating which I purchased along with the bike, I travel all the way from my native to do this coating, The vendor refused to procced with coating saying it was expired on May 2020 and cannot proceed with coating and Service also cost too high and I personally felt and got the feedback the service has gone down and really I dont see the customer is not treated in professional. I am not sure how they expect to come for coating on Lockdown and I am not satisfied with the service also, My Back Wheel was wheel wobbles occur due to Disc change I guess, and not aligned properly after replacement.Today 03-12-2020 , I got alert SMS cost estimate bill Rs.5,583 , But they have charged me more than that and refused to Ceramic Coating which i have paid earlier , I dont have words to talk.Never ever visit again Teknik motors service

Awesome team, SHANKAR ANNA was just superb with amount of knowledge he has along with very helpful team Ranjith too. They can be tricky with delivery time but need to understand they not robots too and as long as bike has been looked after we cant complain much. My last service experience with this center was horrible. They are charging incorrectly. I went for paid service they charge around 750 for service which includes lots of things, while servicing they changed my brake shoes and for that they charged mechanic cost extra. I paid the amount but after paying when I saw one board where they mentioned the meaning of general service, there it was clearly mentioned that brake shoe changing cost comes under servicing. I complained this issue with manger, at first sight he refused my claim and told its not possible, then I brought him to that yellow board and after reading it he was telling might be its outdated. After some struggle and since I got the proof also, they refunded mine 192 rupees but I am just wondering about this mistake. I dont know how much they would have looted till now with this kind of things.Question is, if we are paying for service, why mechanical cost extra for changing parts. If anyone is going here please double check your bills. FYI I am not a new customer, I am visiting here since last two years.Worst experience, never going here again 👎

I have a 50-50 satisfaction rate with this service centre. On a good day, the service is so good that youre bike is happy for a long time. On off days, the service will be such that youll have to visit the centre multiple times for follow up. Definitely a service centre with potential but needs to increase consistency of good servicing.

Very unprofessional. 2nd free service was done here. The entire vehicle including mirrors was covered in grease marks. When asked 3 times to clean one person with full attitude came and just cleaned the tank. Never again.

I have been to Service centers in Chennai, they are so humble and and take every customer seriously.Teknik Motors Service services include :• Anything looks like troubling lets replace the parts without hesitation. They dont even bother to look at it.• No technician are there to check, a small boy, don’t know why they kept him. He is rude, doesn’t document problems mentioned by me in job card.. why !!!• After 3 days you receive message that, your bike service is done. When you reach to collect you bike . “Sir wait washing is pending”. They completed it in 10 min and charge me with polishing also .... !!???• 4 things i asked them correct it. They didn’t corrected it stating lame answers.• No service person or technician came to explain me why we charged you this much.My request to management, please treat us in same way you treat us when we buy new bike.

Bad, just bad.. inspite of seeing previous review, I made a wrong choice, by taking a chance. My first service was done here, not at all satisfactory. Got ceramic coating done at a cost of almost 3k, with a false promise that the tank wont have any more scratches or very least scratches, but scratches came in just 3 days with just my office bag. My service book was left behind, and while I went back for the book they gave a different book, when I told them that the book is exchanged, every day they tell a story and delaying in returning the book, now they have stopped answering calls too.At the service station, employees fight among themself, no co-ordination.Visit at your own risk..

Its a decent place. Once free services are over I recommend you to visit local service centres because, they have more experienced mechanics. This service centre takes too long to service and deliver your vehicle. Sometimes it is more than 3 days.

Not a good experience. I gave my bike at 9:00am and the time promised was 6:00pm not sure why the delay, they would have other bikes that are yet to be serviced which is acceptable but still fail to understand why 9 hours is required even when I was the first person to give the bike for service. Secondly when I called them to check the progress they tell me it will take two more hours(they hadn’t even started), not sure what has been done throughout the day. Horrible experience ,waiting to see if the bike will be delivered as promised and the quality will be up to the mark or not.

Worst service. I gave my Thunderbird 350 for full service and got billed good amount. When I went to collect the bike, it wasnt even washed, but theyre so eager to settle the bill amount first. Engine still felt rough after full service, God knows what job theyve done. To my surprise again, back disc break got jammed on a highway after a week of service, thankfully no accidents happened. Got it checked at a local mechanic again and came to know that the brakes were not checked or repaired and break oil was not changed, yet I was charged for full service. Who is responsible if some accident had happened? Never giving my bike here again. Pathetic experience!

I have given my interceptor for master cylinder issue they have replaced it in warranty and they have replaced it with a classic 350 mc. No matter what you say they will do whatever they want and give back your bike in same condition. I seriously never recommend this service centre or RE brand itself. None of the service centers were doing their job perfectly.

Horrible service and no professionalism at all. I had given my new bike for regular service, it was most regretting decision took by me. I had started facing issue soon after servicing. I had to give my bike 7 times in span of 1.5 months for repair, and each time I have to pay hefty amount of some parts being changed even for 3 months old bike. No problem is fixed in first attempt. And when one problem is fixed another one shows up. I am scared to take out bike on long ride as I am unsure when it breaks down at no where. Once I had given with a list of problems and I was returned bike only by cleaning without addressing a single problem. As no other authorized service center near by Teknik Motors service center running monopoly. Hope to see another authorized service center near by.Unsatisfied customer.

Overall satisfied with the service. Staff was supportive. I gave my Thunderbird 350 for service and it was done perfectly.The executive (wasim) first listened to all pain points and made sure they were addressed before the delivery. Best experience so far in 3 years of me owning the bike.

Ashraf was very warmth and welcoming, took care of all my concerns. The chief engineer who attended my interceptor 650 was very cordial and good. Good place for service and recommendations. Had also fitted handle bar riser which made my ride more comfortable.

Very unprofessional service center I ever went. There is no proper process here. No service agent will monitor how you bike service is happening. No body is free enough to talk to you. You will feel helpless. They will charge extra always so be care full and check you bill and parts. I dont recommend this service center. I got many problems in my bike after service.

Their service is good. Its very fast. And they deliver it on time. When I gave my new Himalayan for first service, they didnt water wash it. They said compressor is not working. They could have asked me to bring my bike after few days to get it done, they didnt. And they dont have all the spare parts available all the time. Rest everything is fine.

I have been serving my bike here for the past five years. The staff there are very courteous and helpful. The quality of service has been a gamble. Sometimes the bike runs very smoothly after service, and sometimes it is exactly the opposite. It mainly depends on the technician who gets assigned for the service. One more issue is the delay for delivery. It is wise to set aside at least half an hour to collect the bike, even if they give you a call saying that the bike is ready. Delays have been mostly due to the bill not printed on time, water wash not complete, or the extremely slow front desk.

While the quality of service was good they have absolutely no respect for your time.While the advisor was willing to listen to issues and rectify them, there was constant miscommunication.What was promised to take 90min took 5 hours to complete. Most of the time the bike was not attended to and took 3.30 hours to get a simple sump guard installed while the other accessories were not installed.

Service was good, staff is also good, Recently done RE interceptor bike service, but initially they were saying it will take whole day, but after some convincing they agreed to do it quickly and they completed in afternoon.
