Service is good. But the process is too long. They test your patience whether it is receiving or delivering your vehicle. If they reduce the wait time, it will be much better.

I was searching for local car garage. A very small local garage near my home asked me around 6k for service but Popular Automatch did this for 4.7k. Without any second thought we can give it to Popular Automatch if you dont want to give it for Authorized Service Centers

I spent almost 70 thousands,1st I went for car starting problem, they told there is control unit problem need to change all 4, then I spen 50k nearly,Returning to home I got again got engine heat problem they told need to go to lath and spen 20 thousands.Now again same heating problem, oil mixing with coolant

I went through the reviews here before approaching for a major work on my vehicle post hereIt is one of the multi-brand service station which is also related to Nandi Toyota and shares the same management. Multi brand is a new crop of businesses coming up all across the country. Unaware and dubious at first. My opinions have changed a lot.The benefit is almost 50-60% reduced cost I incurred compared to an authorised dealership along with great quality of work. While dealers focus on changing the whole part even for a small defect. These people prefer to fix the defect and are equipped with stations to take care of that.The managers here have a good network in procurement and arrange original parts at mrp prices from OEMs and a great working staff. I was a bit doubtful of their ability to deliver my vehicle in a brand new state after it required such rework and needed so many parts but man I was wrong. Conservatory they promised a 95% restoration of vehicle but I received a service better than their promise.A big shout out to Rajesh, who like others have been very vigilant and took care of the work diligently as someone would for their own vehicle. I liked his approach of building good trustable relationship with his customers and multiple partners who provided parts and services, also making sure I am kept informed with updates every week with pictures and messages.I can confidently refer them, after experiencing their service firsthand.Great work Popular Automatch keep up your work at the same level of efficiency and quality. I will be back for my next service due.

A very good multi brand car service option in the area. Friendly staff who are prompt at their work. I wouldnt trust any other car workshop for body work and painting. The color matching is perfect and the painted part always completely matches with the original colours.Final cleaning and handing-over process needs improvement though.

Good service response & update the vehicle status on alternative days, all employees are cooperative & polite.My suggestion : During delivery of the vehicle please explain to customers for repair work & replaced items, they will be happy.

Im a permanent customer of Popular Automatch now. I get my 2013 Skoda Rapid serviced and repaired ONLY here. Mr. Prince and his team are friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. Most importantly the charges are very reasonable, while maintaining high quality of work. I would recommend Popular highly for multi-brand car service. I think they are much better than the authorised service centres. At least for Skoda. They update you during the work in progress, so you know EXACTLY whats happening with each step of service or repair.

I have been servicing at this place since 3 years and I can happily say that, they are more professional, they know what they are into and they know the value of customer, they have some mean machanics(very efficient) who deserve a big applause.. I recommend all the car owners to try here once than Showroom. They do have all the facilities required..3 years back when i first visited, i was surprised to see an BMW undergoing service n an maruthi 800 next to it.. After frequent visits i can vouch that, they give the customer what they need, and they do not differentiate.I want to add special note to my service advisor(ligil) thank you man for taking care of my car...

Positives: You can get your car there easily.Negatives: You cant get a person to communicate with.The promised time will be exceeded by twice, so plan accordingly.The vehicle will not be the same, their finishing of works is sub-standard. The only driving factor for you to accept it in that condition is that you would have already waited for you vehicle for a long time for you to wait again.Wouldnt recommend.
