I gave my mt15 at morning 9 and i was the first one to give , mine was free service i was not having any other extra issues than normal service just one small bend in my front alloy for that they took 200 as service charge even tho its free service ,at 4 i got call its ready I reached there in 10 minutes they told wait for 10 minutes they are polishing after 15 mints they called and told didnt polished okey its not good for bike😑 i was like okey leave it before only take took the money was ₹1800 i was like what 🙄 last time i did the same service from other it only costed me around ₹700 even tho they changed the air filter still it cant be this much and moreover they delivered back to me and i was about to go i noticed somthing that they didnt applied chain lube i asked them first they were like YAH later i touched and see then they brought it and applied a bit for namesake and about the chain lose i already mentioned in the morning still they didnt fixed i again asked them almost 3 times to fix it but they were like no its not necessary BUT it was really touching the other sideSo bad experience from there should find other place

Good service.. They addressed all of my concerns this time.. Last time they failed to fix oil leakage from the gear box, chain noise etc..I hesitated to give for service again, but this time they paid close attention to every concern and fixed it.

Worst experience ever , Guys here are so arrogant if you ask them anything. You will be looted here for sure . Good customer service but the service staffs are not having decent knowledge on certain specific things. I have R15 V3 and I had had requested them to do some specific checks and the service staf was confused as how we can do that, the proper procedure was unknown I had to explain him. Hence 4 ratings

A good place for servicing vehicle near kammanhalli , Banaswadi and HBR layout. Its close by to all the areas and is a genuine partner of Yamaha

Im really impressed with the service they provide over here. They are ready to listen and help us with suggestions and wont loot money. Also they have most of the spare parts available in this service centre. They also have an awesome air conditioned customer waiting lounge.

No R3 bay here so only small bikes and moped serviced.

I have purchased Yamaha FZV3 on February and I given my bike for second service to this service centre on 21st June 2021.when I came to take delivery for bike after service I have noticed that my bikes front guard got scratched. It was not there before at time of giving bike to service.I Suspect that the original guard has been changed or stolen.but staff was not accepting it.So be careful and make sure you have taken photos of your bike in all angles before giving to service.

There is no less than 1 star to mention here, unprofessional staff, arrogant behaviour, they will charge you like anything for unnecessary add on services which not required for my bike condition.After the estimation he informed 4900Rs for service my bike i.e yamaha FZS, especially people over there his name is Arvind employee over there who gave this quotation and when I wanted cancel the job, they charged me 50rs as cancellation charges, I have asked for the bill, they made me wait for 15 mins after that they gave some normal cancellation bill where nothing mentioned in that for what and all...

Servicing and staff were good, but little pricey.They will suggest you to replace few parts, but you just stick with your requirements.

Unethical behavior from staff, not at all friendly. I gave my bike for service and went back home, later called them back for a clarification on my 1st bike service, they cut my call in between for questioning on service amount and again called back no answer from them. I regret dealing with such unfriendly staff.

I bought the bike from Pacer. It was in good condition, smooth in performance, as marketed by Yamaha. However, after 1st service from this place, the bike started to perform terribly. Unbearable vibrations on the bike. I moved on to different service center after this incident. Yamaha india customer service was not helpful either. The free service costs more than a quality service from your local mechanic.

Service for the bike was done average but the staff is pathetic in behavioral terms I would recommend others getting bike serviced from any other service center rather than dealing with unprofessional staff

Almost all were good except for the last moment delivery when several electrical issues came up like not starting, tail lamp, buzzer. I had to wait further to these rectified. Hoping to see more professionalism in future.

My scooter had a missing when starts first time in the morning (from the day of purchase), given there once it did not fix, given again no charge. So I tried a local workshop, he just cleaned carburettor and there it is working.So I do all my service outside workshop (Note: I do stay at the shop when they do service).1 year total service I paid only 600rs so far.Just to add: Most of authorised service centers in India does the same, bad service, high bill.

Got my FZ-25 Serviced yesterday. The Bike feels new again. Once you explain your issues to the service agent it will definitely be taken care of.

They charged me extra money called hygiene, I used to love this service station but after corona pandemic they are charging more money which I would not recommend at all. Cuz even one rupee doesnt come easy way to me! That extra charge for hygene is a loot by this service center.

The bike had starting issues after post pre-covid lockdown. They claimed they changed the spark plug and serviced it. After covid unlock again starting problem. Again they changed spark plug, month and 100km later again bike not starting. This time they did not charge but noise everywhere. When I went again they say give for full service even though you have run only few hundred kilometers you have to service it again. My point was all these noises were not there before I gave it to you. Obviously fell in deaf years. Took it to a local mechanic and the spark plug cap also not fixed properly. Save yourselves some trouble by finding an alternative! Excellent bikes, very poor after sales support!

The service centre was run by Kiran and Karan earlier. It was so good back then.Now it is being managed by some unprofessional people. They don’t even know how to talk to customers. Yamaha being such a reputed firm, need to take a little care of who they franchise their outlets to.Not just the way they behave, even the quality of work is very poor.I would not recommend anyone to give their bike for service here. It would be better to buy bike of any other brand if this is the only service centre option of Yamaha you have.

They do a decent job overall. Better than the other Yamaha service centres based on my experience. Delivery does get delayed sometimes but overall I feel satisfied that the bike is taken care of properly.

High labour charges..for a normal service + disc pad replacement,spares parts cost came around rs 2000 but labour charges came around rs 1900

Bad servicing.. while giving for service there was no scratches or damages on body of bike... after serving there is dent and scratches...and blaming us it was already there... pathetic people...

Felt extremely happy with the customer lounge.They had an A/C present in the room which was open . The room did not have a roof like I could get all the air along with the air conditioning when it was switched on.Service and staff are very friendly but customer hospitality is extremely bad.Please do check it out.Pacer Yamaha might be the first service centre to have an air conditioning system where there is no roof for the room.Do check out my pictures for evidence.

Dont waste your time and money. They dont give a dam about you and your bike. They have lost their interest, when world is trending on online and home delivery, they expect you to toe your bike regardless of the condition. You go with minor problem, they tell its major problem. They will empty your pocket.

They charge you exorbitantly and service quality is pathetic. I went for a regular service and the technician told me that there is a problem with my bikes engine and it needs a major overhaul, fortunately I worked with an engine manufacturer and I countered him since I knew there was no problem in my bikes engine, eventually he got embarrassed. Later on when I took my bike I found that few parts were not tightened. Also, in 20 days my bike developed multiple snags. Had to raise a complaint with Yamaha to get it sorted out. Go to this place at your own risk.

Poor service and communication. The last time I dropped off my bike here, a number of my vehicles issues were not addressed, and it took 2 extra days for them to complete a single task. Ive had better luck with third-party service centre in town.

The attitude and interactive skills of the guy who receives the vehicle is absolutely rubbish. They dont have qualified technicians as well. If your requirement is only changing oil and washing the vehicle, then fine else look for other better options.

Horrible experience! They charge so much for every servicing and also they will delay the delivery. I will never go to this service center ever.And guys if you want a better Service Center(Yamaha Customers), please do visit 5S Bike Service Center. Its near Kalyan nagar and the staffs are having a great attitude unlike Pacer Yamaha Service Center.I would never recommend this service center to anyone.

It was okay. The service was delayed even after the vehicle was in the service center for the weekend and when I called before collecting the vehicle at 5 pm the representative informed that it will be ready by 6 pm. But when I reached there it was yet to be washed and some things need to be taken care of. The vehicle was ready at 7 pm and I was charged for wheel alignment which they werent sure if they did it and said you should have informed us before billing that in last service it was done. So be cautious and verify before they give you the hardcopy of the bill.

Like the other reviews say they will try to over bill you by suggesting changing parts that are slightly bad but thats to be expected just ask them to do what you want them to do and explain the estimated bill beforehand so there are no surprises during delivery.

When I reported the discrepancy in the fraud bill prepared, they did over writing and tried matching the bill5.They just keep listing all non existing issues and try to show our vehicle is scrap and need lot of Operations6. For a simple service they charge more tha 1000 rupees extra as compared to other service center. They simply say this service charge that service charge loots you.

Worst services center. for serving they took 3 days, ask to replace part unnecessarily and charged a lot in the name of services (took total 8000/- including 4000/- towards various services, for chain sprocket change charged 531/- outside i could have done in 100/-) now i know why review rating is low better avoid this. one good thing they check once properly before handing over the bike.

Less knowledge about bikes, without running any basic test, they gave false statements for parts replacement.Also less experience serive engineers. Most of part are out of stock.

This place is downright horrible, they took more than 15 days to give back my fascino. The manager has very bad attitude. I didnt check the reviews before going here, if you are nearby please give bike to local guy, they will do better job and be more professional.

Service was good. Its satisfactory for the amount paid. Still they didnt kept everything perfect. They asked to do few service which was not actually required. As kms run is more they forced to do those changes. Chain spray cost is more when compared to other centres.
