Warning: Very Long Review.Pros:The best part of the service is that you can watch your car being serviced/repaired in front of you, through Gallery. You can even go to workshop in-between if you feel. They dont mind your presence. This is very important now a days, as we all know that many service centres are cheating their customers. I have read somewhere that you can even watch your car being serviced in real time through their workshop cameras but not sure if its possible.Attitude & behavior:Attitude & behavior of all the staff & mechanics are really good. The centre supervisor Mr Anthony was very helpful & friendly. The service advisor Mr Amal was also very helpful and of good nature. He kept me updated throughout.Workshop:Wrkshop is very clean and impressive. The staff do some set of exercises (warm-up) before starting the work in the workshop. All staff looked very professional and dedicated to their work. I was continuously watching them working not only on my car but also on others cars as well.They did a commendable job to service my car. They did through inspection from bonnet to boot of my car for its periodic service. They also checked the things I have asked them to. They recommended a few things to be taken care of but also told me that these things are not urgent and can be taken care next time. They even took me for a test drive and identified a particular thing which they asked me to get it done because of safety concerns. Things done in my periodic service are: Change of Engine Oil, Oil filter, Air filter, cabin AC filter; flushing and change of Brake Oil and Coolant; Brakes pad and drum cleaning; dry car wash. Wheel alignment and balancing was not required as this was done very recently.Cost:This is a NEXA service centre so I was skeptical whether they do service to non-NEXA Maruti cars or not and if yes then the price is more or same. I have cross checked the prices of my current invoice with one year old invoice of my car service done at Mandavi Motors. The majority of the items costed almost same or little bit more. Overall, the service costed me 9500/- including taxes for my Alto. Its a bit on higher side but I guess this is price you need to pay if you cant rely on a road side mechanic or cheating service centers.Over all:The location of the service center is only 100m inside from the outer ring road. The service center is very good and clean. Theyve ample sitting arrangements if you want to wait and watch the service. They keep offering you water/tea/coffee for your entire stay there.Try to be there on a weekday if u dont want to rush things.Cons:~I feel like there should be more co-ordination between the different teams i.e. service advisor, mechanics, cleaning team, etc. I have to ask them a few things which were missed. Door knob greasing was not done so I asked them to do it just before I was about to leave. I was wondering if they forgot to do it or they dont even do it at all. They should install screens in all bays with a list of things which needs to be done in a car. Thisll make sure to identify which things are done and which are pending.~They remove the tyres after jacking the car at a height and tyres are dropped to ground frm that height which I didnt like. Mechanics were continuously standing on them while working on the cars.~Price wise Maruti Authorized Service Centers are very costly if compared with some regular/road side workshops. I think if Maruti company can reduce the price of parts & labor charges a little bit, then more people will come back to Authorised Centres.~They work on Mon-Sat only(9 to 5). If they can extend service time to early morning & late evening then itll be good. Yelahanka service center works 24/7 which is really good to distribute the rush.~I saw them filling engine oil frm an old white can, from which one cant make out brand and quantity used. They might be getting it in bulk at a cheaper price.They should use branded packed items for engine oil, coolant, etc and the leftover should be handed over to customers.

My new car Maruti Baleno Automatic was due for the First Servicing. The car was collected by the staff of Maruti Kalyani Servicing Dept after checking with me the date and time for collection. They did an excellent job and returned the car promptly by evening. I am extremely happy with the services rendered and their personal touch

I recently got my Ciaz service done here. Over all service was good.I would like to highlight an incident which impress me alot and a perfect example of professionalism. Even though i took out all the removable items in the car before giving it for servicing. I received a call from the service manager saying he found a gold chain in the car. It was shocking and overwhelmed to experience such an excellent staff behaviour.My sincere thanks and gratitude to service manager Mr. Amal and Nexa Banasawadi staffs. This shows the integrity and makes customers like me to trust Maruthi Suzuki for the life time.

A state of art service center dedicated exclusively for Nexa vehicles. The staff is very attentive and they operate in a very professional manner. Had dropped my Ciaz for service and they had done a brilliant job with the servicing of the car. I liked the timely delivery of my vehicle and how they attended to the problems we had mentioned to them. Not to miss their warm hospitality when we were in the waiting lounge!

I got the first service done for my Suzuki Baleno. The manager was really helpful and friendly and he also helped me solving some problems in my car. Its a good Nexa service center. Overall it was a very good experience.

This service center was previously managed by Garuda Motors. But now Kalyani Motors manages it.. And they are very bad at it. They are very unprofessional. My car was simply parked there for whole day and they didnt even touch it for servicing and returned it back in evening. Dont go there.

My experience is very bad here they charged me a lot here for first paid service of BALENO petrol car , I told my them in my car has no issue , they made bill of 11800 Rs after telling many thing they made bill of 10091 Rs that also lot and bill they didnt mention any discount , I felt kind of cheated here .see attached bill photo

Forget about how the vehicle is after service. I dont even feel like sitting in it. My car is like it has been to City market area with open windows for 1 week. So much of dust. Team lacks basic sense. My car is being cleant and polished next to a car where the blower is being used to remove all the mud from a cars tyres and mud guard. Naturally, all the mud got into my car. Now anywhere I touch I feel the mud sticking. Feeling disgusted to drive. Gave to my local car cleaning guy. He did a better job. Now planning to take it to 3M. Pathetic experience... Sent messages and pictures to Service Invharge... No response. Customer care lady calls and asks. What happened sir no intro, no manners... Not able to attach pics. Else would have done

Didnt have a good experience. One of the spare part was not available during the service. Manager confirmed that it has been ordered and will be there in few days. Even after multiple feedbacks and complaints, no one is interested to call and fix the issue.Didnt expect this kind of service from Nexa.
