Great place to get your bikes serviced . Karthik is the go to man there .. they do their job well and does not up sell ... Parts are changed only if required and with consent. Been going there for sometime now.. I would recommend this place over the others .

Personally handcrafted service with spectacular behaviour and cooperation by engineers. specially @karthik the guy who always treats the bike by his own while servicing. and allows riders to see how it happens also explains why it causes. never seen any service centre how allows riders to see how its done ❤️.

Stopped over for mobile holder accessory for jawa. They have good variety of accessories for jawa including seat covers. Zabi was the technician attending . I also complained of stiffness in handle bar and break foot peg to lever height adjustment was fixed in no time. Young and energetic team. Will stop next time for the service and write detailed update. Neat and clean garage. They share space for Mahindra bike service.

THIS SERVICE CENTRE MADE ME FEEL THAT I SHOULDNT HAVE BOUGHT A JAVA AT ALL!!!Dissatisfied with the service and the staff over here, rude staff, I highly dont recommended anyone to take up any service appointments from this service centre. They dont care to update the customer about the service status to the customers. Better to give my bike to royal Enfield service centre, atleast they care for their customers and the respect the bike unlike how the staff of this service centre handles the bikes.

My brother has bought a vehicle in August 2020He has break noise since day 1..We have visited the showroom since day 1Keep complaining about this since 5 months visited the store for 5th time and strongly urged them to fix the issue ..Dated 18th Jan 2021 we have given the vehicle to rectify again.If its not fixed even this time..I will place a strong complaint.I will update again on the issue..How can you expect me to share my mobile number publicly? My bike was damaged in transit and I chose this workstation to get it repaired, I feel my choice was good in choosing this as supervisor Subash was very good in advising and suggesting me in getting it fixed without much troubles. Overall I am satisfied with their service.

The Best Place for Mahindra Mojo Service in Bengaluru.All Mechanics here are very cooperative and get things done quickly.Especially Karthik One of the best Mojo Expert in town ensures that the service is neatly done and on time. Worst service center i have ever seen...have given my bike for service on 18.12.2020, 12.00PM with couple of issued like engine sound,break noise ,oil leakage,new center stand,and new speedometer etc .They told the vehicle servicing is complete and its ready for collecting after 3 days.still my issues are not done with my bike like they didnt wash,and my speedometer not fixed properly,and when i was asked for my old accessories they told me that they wont give me that back.And the customers recieveing is too bad.Attached service photo for reference

Disappointed with the first experience..Please update the correct timings..went today to get my number plates fixed for my new bike. Reached the service center @6.45 pm but was turned back saying theyre closed..

I see most of 4 stars here...!! I really wonder If they have experienced 5 star service ever. That apart, Synergy Mojo Service does not deserve any star and its just service center with no customer focus. The politeness you experienced during sales cant be expected here as they know you dont have any option outside. :( Be it sensors or metal bolts and racks considering unreliable components of Mahindra, it is for sure you would experience technical glitch, rusts, sudden drop in throttle, check engine flash, water inside digital dashboard, rusting pinier racks e.t.c. I just named few..!! and for all these questions you will never get answer here instead a categorical statement sir, its known Issue !!! I wish if any one suggest a good mechanic to get my Mojo service done rather than getting slayed by their service experience, both in terms of service cost and value of money they are below normal.

The Proprietor Mr. Sreekanth personally ensures your booking is taken care and the queries regarding the waiting period and booking is addressed.

No issues faced post vehicle service

HORRIBLE SERVICE EXPERIENCEI have taken my Jawa 42 here for first service .The reason for nailing in this service centre, was seeing the google review and the prompt resosponse given by MR SREEKANTH when i connected him through phone to enquire about service center .But the end result was a nightmare .I have given my bike for service on 29.02.2020, 9.45 AM with couple of issued like engine malfunction symbol glowing ,break noise ,oil leakage,centre stand bend etc .By evening when i called them to see if bike is ready ,they told the vehicle servicing is complete and its ready for collecting .When i went there ,they told all issues has been resolved .Upon inspection i found that centre stand issue is not resolved .Actualy it was a defective stand given along with vehicle by dealer CLASSIC MOTORS THRISSUR KERALA,again a classic example how Jawa is least bothered of assuring quality .And to my surprise ,service technician MR ZABIR took a pipe and tried bending the stand in a totally unprofessional way and final result is that the STAND IS SPOILED and i am NOT ABLE TO USE CENTER STAND NOW,thanks to jawa .And again when i closely observed my bike , i found that the ENTIRE TANK IS SCRATCHED and they started arguing with me saying that the bike was bought scratched .LITERALLY NO RESPECT FOR THE FEELINGS OF CUSTOMER .Who will accept brand new bike getting scratched during course of service .Finally i spoke to MR SREEKANTH ( MANAGER) ,he was a pretty reasonable person and upon lot of arguments and discussions finally he agreed verbally to replace the tank with new one .He told that he cannot give anything in writing ,but he will order the tank and it will take minimum 15 days to get delivered .I am waiting to see their course of action and defnitly update once tank get replaced .To put in nutshell ,it was overall HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE ,THERE IS NO SENIOR TECHNICIANS AVAILABLE AND MOREOVER NO RESPECT FOR CUSTOMER , STAFF HAS TO BE TAUGHT HOW TO INTERACT WITH CUSTOMER ,AT ONE POINT OF TIME I WAS CURSING MYSELF BUYING JAWA IN THE COST OF LOOSING PIECE OF MIND .CLASSIC LEGENTS SPOILING JAWA BRANDAttaching service reports for reference .

Pathetic , worst ,bad experience of life is here.not applicable for any stars. Thousands of rupees is the bill,vehicle will be working fine till you service here very next day vehicle wont start if u call and ask rude responses. just checked was there any fuse issues in starting shocked to see that none of the vehicle outer cover was removed .i hope here they take money wash your vehicle take nice money.when asked for show me the replaced parts only one was show what about the rest billed was oil really changed if so why the body cover was was not opened how oil is changed.when inquired about what is meaning of service responds a guy on call in we wont open body cover to check what is he trying to say is it really service or loot.

Nice service , people received very good especially manager Lohit was best person there , who helped me with all my queries. And provided the required bike service .
