Good place to get Toyota car serviced, they do have complimentary pickup/drop. Service was done to my satisfaction. As usual with any service center SA try to add lot of unwanted value addition service and you need to be careful to approve before approving the job. I was able to remove 50% of my bill and ask the SA to stick to schedule service.Also getting appointment via their call center is pain and you need to wait for minimum 15+ minutes even to speak with agent. Hope they improve this.

We had got our car serviced and painted a month back. We had requested that the wiper be fixed.When they returned the car to us the painting etc was done well but the wiper was not fixed properly. Moreover, the hatch door wouldnt remain open and kept falling on our heads while removing luggage etc. This wasa new problem created by Toyota service centre.Now here starts our ordeal. I havent still been able to get the issues fixed after weeks of chasing Mr. Darshan. Parts are not available and with the rain we cant use the wiper!!!So much for a Toyota Brand!!!!

Mr Aadesh has been a great service advisor, not only he has good suggestions he is also patient to listen and understands the requirement and instructions, overall its a 10/10 service and can be blindly trusted for car service, I have been here since last seven years and have a feedback to share.

Worst service center. They have charged 20k for a service without oil change. I could only see labour charges for almost 15k. If I had given it outside the same would have cost me half the amount. I do not recommend this service center.

Bad experience, not professional , poor value for money. The expert provide very bad advices and looks more opportunity to make money after you hand over the vehicles. Failed to delivery on time. Since I informed the advisor that around 35K was blocked with service center, he started to suggest to change all the parts to make sure the amount is covered another 12K for labour charges were taken. 60K Service for Etios hardly takes 10k, instead I paid around 24K for services( 13K parts,11K Labour charges)

A team from Nandi Toyota had come to my apartment to provide anti bacterial treatment for those cars which were not used in the last couple of months. I thought of checking with them and they offered eco washing as well. I opted for both services and I am happy the way they have done the job. Good work and pro active approach really satisfied me.
