Bleed blue totally captured from this place, it flows of Yamaha blood and the sporty history of Yamaha. Mostly comprising of mopeds, bikes, super bikes, helmets, suits, servicing all of Yamaha. One of the 3 under MSP brand cause they have grown from one and this showcases their true blood for services and sales to customers.I have been proud owner of Yamaha branded bike from close to 10years and it hasnt brought the joy of riding down any day. Its well done and systematic and technically they are trained by Yamaha so no doubt about it.A super bike customization of accessories showroom is right above the showroom so all in all you have everything here.Servicing starts from 8am where you drop off the vehicle and they get it done by evening. Second batch is in noon so please note its first come first serve so dont be amazed to see people from 0630am for giving their vehicle for service.

I have purchased Yamaha ray zen from this show room. With a lot of assurance of service and all.now it’s months now every time I go service the staff behavior is worst. The vehicle was delivered with out foot mat, when I asked for my foot rest mat they tell that they scrapped it. Bottom line it’s a worst customer service experience I have ever faced. Suggestion is please never buy any vehicle from this show room as they don’t have basic ethics of how to talk to customer...it’s the same behaviors every time I go for servicing

Best place to service Yamaha vehicle and they have trained technician. Recently I gave my fz vehicle for service they did very well .before this I visited many dealers like crystal Perfect etc .Service staff was very good . Dont go on review visit and see.

I visited MSP Moto World for planning my purchase of FZS FI 3.0I wanted a test ride along with my wife (as a pillion rider) so I called them in advance and I was invited to come down.The lady at the reception gives me quote, explains breakdown of charges and after some checks, asks another staff to facilitate test ride.That guy brings the bike, then says for test ride either he would sit with us as a pillion,if that doesnt work for us, then he would come in another bike wherein test rider would have to just follow his route and speed following just him!It appeared to me as if the reason for them to follow us was that they dont trust these test riders, Reason why I say this is because he even asked me where have I parked my personal vehicle!I refused to take a test ride after some heated discussion as I felt the whole purpose of taking a test ride was useless at this dealer center.So the service level was pretty clear with these folks just with a test ride request, let alone making business with them.This is my honest feedback shared here - Take your decision based on your experience.

Service is always on time. Good workmanship and they always keep you in the loop. Service everything from RXs to R1s. However they do not keep stock of Higher model, and during services. They forget to completely tighten certain bolts and clamps. However they offer immediate assistance

Had a not so pleasant experience during vehicle purchase. There was no vehicle for test ride for the model I intended to buy and had to test a different variant. New vehicle delivery dates were missed. I had to do multple follow ups and escalate to get vehicle delivery. I have had better buying experience in their competitor brand showrooms as well as in other four wheeler showrooms. I wish they treat new customers with respect and not take them for granted. As the saying goes, it is nice to be important but it is important to be nice. After all we are in a post liberalization era and it is a buyers market now.Vehicle service is OK.

Worst service.. Before servicing gear shift was smooth but after servicing it became hard.. I asked them to change my rear danger bulb which was not done ... My bike was better before servicing here.. worst experience.... Next time for sure Ill never leave my bike here for service..

Very unhappy with my last service. Gearshift became hard and clutch wire tone just a day after the service I had terrible experience with my last free service apart from that it was ok. Am charged around 4.5k for the service but the quality of service is really bad. To retain the customers you have to make them happy. I used to service my bike regularly here, will think of an alternative if the service is not up to the mark.Hope I can get a proper service this time and based on that I will give the review again.

I could say the best Yamaha service centre in Bangalore. I had experienced bad service in other service centres but when I started giving service in MSP i I have seen the differences and my bike is smooth as new. Service team is good here, I have interacted with Vasu and Gowtham from service team and they given the proper details on the issue and get it fixed.

Worse service i ever seen till now. my small suggestion is better dont visit here and also bike delivery isnt on time. Here Only the few people are just good at talking but not on work.

The servicing is just perfect, the vehicle will be brought back to stock condition, but do not forget to inform the problems you are facing with the bike so that the analysis is made easier.

I don’t prefer MSP Moto world for bike servicing. Recently had given my scooter for service. They took it for 3 days and were not able to diagnose what the problem is. And I was given random answers about the problem. They called me in morning and said scooter is ready, but by the time I went to collect the bike, it was is the same situation as i had given to service. I am not happy with their service at all.

Professionals service the bike here.Have tried in other Yamaha service stations but none like MSP.They address your query to the fullest and results are fruitful too.I definitely recommend MSP to all Yamaha users

Don’t even think of visiting this showroom, the staff has no courtesy nor they care about customer Delight, they try to judge you if you are going to buy or not. Yamaha should look at servicing customers not making business first. the staff is nothing but worst over here. I had gone for test ride once I told him I am looking at options and planning to buy in 2 weeks, think his name was Mahesh, he said all test drive vehicles are not available as person whoManages it is not there, but when I came out of showroom, security guard said this is the test drive vehicle and this Was available. . Staff is not faithful to treat customers properly or tell the truth, in fact I told him that my father has Fascino, I came to Yamaha as it was good quality, still Mr Mahesh dint show interest in retaining and getting me a test drive. Due to this experience I decided not to buy Yamaha, I will go to someone who welcomes you..

I feel quite unhappy with the service. I have made a payment on last Tuesday and requested for delivery with Reg No on Saturday They have promised me to deliver on Saturday(14-Mar-2020). Still I am waiting for my bike.

Rubbish team at service centre. Cheaters. Marketing team is little rude but still manageable. But servicing team is bad and they just want to cover more number of vehicles in a day not really caring about sorting the issues in each of them which are reported by customer. multiple times same experience so changed rating from 2 to 1.

Service is average. They do not check all the parameters and parts during service unless you mention it. My vehicle performance seems better before service from here.

Service was done perfectly on my yamaha r15 v2.0. All the credit goes to VASU, the service manager and GOWTHAM, staff. they handled the insurance process and guided me through every step. My vehicle now is smooth and good as new.

I wanted to service my R15. My friend suggested me this place and I went there for the first time. The showroom was spacious and it have all the latest equipments which are used for servicing bikes. I met Mr. Harsha as my friend want me to. He is a keen observer. He was observing whatever I was saying. The service was good. He suggested me how to maintain vehicle. That was very helpful to me. After servicing the bike is so good. He had solved all the problems prefectly as I requested. Done it completely which many showrooms failed. Fully satisfied by the way he approached the customer and solving all the problems.. If you people decided to go there, meet Mr. Harsha and he will help you definitely. He is polite and humble. CHEATERS AND A BIG SCAM @MSP MOTO, Katriguppe:I was looking for Yamaha Fz Matt blue v3.0. But these people told they will get me do the Pre booking , so I paid Rs.1000. Later when i asked they said they dont have and if i need they will give shiny black else no option they said and they made me pay extra Rs.23000 additional apart from On road price of Rs.1,17,000 .saying EMI charges. Also they applied for 1,03000 loan from Bussan auto finance with 20,000 interest amount which added me to 1,23000.They selled 1,17000 bike for 1,50,000 nearly.Dont go to this showroom even if you have black money!!!!!!!!!Worst Service. I had to wait for nearly 20days (from the date of vehicle delivery) to get my vehicle registration done.Most irresponsible executives and least bothered about customers problem.At the time of delivery they got me polished vehicle with sticky wax. They didnt even wipe properly.NOTE: LADY NAMED SANDYA WILL CALL AND ASK YOU TO REMOVE COMMENTS FROM GOOGLE. It is having service station on same premise . customer friendly staff . you will get best price but need to Bart brag some time . you will get best discount also. They are tie up with Liberty Insurance and it ia one the best insurance and will get best service . Thia dealeris oldest dealer so all staff are trained and good knowledge in vehicle servicing . You can reach the owner of rhe showroom in case of any problem. Owner also very friendly and passion. About the two wheeler. I can suggest this show room for any new buyers. For gals Fasino scooter will be good . most of R3 models are suitable for college student s.You will get service in case of any accident. You can renew your policy in showroom itself.

Went to see a 2 wheeler of Yamaha Fascino.Executive asked did u bring ID proof and i honestly said no i did not bring that day. So he gave a Test Drive not on main road but side roads.Helping people what ever we ask patiently answers all most all the time.Everyone are well behaved. I want some new colors so that executive directly took to the upstairs where there are vehicles which has been brought just now and if u have choices can select he said.Finally a behavior friendly showroom with helping and guiding executives for some add ons really require or not?All my answers were done and selected gold color Yamaha Fascino finally.Especially Mahesh staff was good in dealing with new vehicles.Thanks again!

I had been there to enquire about chain replacement, to my surprise they told it will cost 2500rs.. while in other yamaha service center they charged 2000rs..I dont understand why spares of Fz is expensive. Duke will charge close to 2000.Friendly staff... Happy abt tat..

Worst service i have ever seen ...They will charge more compare to any other Yamaha show room...I paid around 70k for Yamaha FascinoI strongly recomand do not purchase even helmet also in MSP motors and they took 1006 rs extra ..And they told me will give invoice but finally..They agreed to give 1006 ..But iam not happy with their service and iam telling and told to my friends fo not visit that show room..

Yamahas ​quality and care is all okay but these guys are careless for new costumers , as they have reached saturation point know thats why! If they take care of costumers i can give 5 out 5.

The staff suggest changing or fixing bike parts that are necessary. In case of any issues they find with your bike which they havent anticipated while receiving the bike, they call you up and confirm whether or not to change/fix it.

Worst place to purchase ur vehicle. The Sales manager acts like he is giving ur vehicle for free. Not even worth a single star. The most customer unfriendly place I can tell. The worst experience for me till date.

This is the second time I am facing the poor service provided by the Yamaha msp motor .The oil is leaking again after the servicing.And the service center people are not taking any responsibility for that .I have all the proofs and photos . And now I am going to put that in social networking sites

Yamaha is an awesome bike but once you give it to this service showroom you will start cursing as to why you took Yamaha. My bike was absolutely fine but the supervisor advised that few things needs to be changed since its run a few thousands of kms but after it got services I had a weird sound problem of my bike and gave it back and they took 5 days to give my bike back with a charge of 4500 and with the sound problem again coming back. Supervisor tried to show attitude since I came back with the same problem. I thought I was the unlucky guy but later was happy that one more irate customer like me had a similar problem. WORST ever after sales service MSP motoworld will provide.

Ull be treated good untill u make the payment for advance booking.. and after that you will be surprised the way u get treated. You wont get wat the deal was made for. You will be charged unnecessary things afterwards at the time of delivery. Never visit this place if u wish to purchase Yamaha vehicles.

My relation with MSP Moto World is 5 years old. I bought my Fazer here and serviced the same Fazer continuously for 4 years here. Since last year I moved to different location in Bengaluru, Im giving my bike in different Yamaha Service centers and believe me, no one has ever scored even close to MSP Moto World.SALES: It was really painful process for me. At the time I bought my bike, sales person was not so knowledgeable about the bike. He missed so many key factors which I found over Internet and it helped to decide the bike. However, sales process was not so comfortable for me. I issued the cheque to book the vehicle but 2 days before delivery, they called me and insisted to pay in cash. It was really inconvenient and adding to that they charged 2% extra (nearly Rs.1700) for using my card to pay them plus they also charged me cheque bounce charges of Rs.250 despite of their own request to withdraw cheque payment. Above all the invoice they issued was 20-25% less to the ex-showroom value they quoted.SERVICE: This is the only reason for giving 4 stars to this place. You need to bother only till you push your vehicle into their garage, after that it will be worry free. I use to go there by morning 7.30AM to get 1st token and it was worth as there was maximum chance of getting your vehicle back on the same day.They have implemented computerized vehicle record system which enables them to assign your bike to the same mechanic most of the time. Mechanics are very disciplined and so the staffs. They treat you nice, they listen, mark and address the problem very well. Above all they are very honest and dedicated at their work. Whether its a small work like chain lubrication or a major deal like reforming accident vehicle, they do their job with equal dedication. Especially I remember the Chief Mechanic named Mr.Harsha who once opened whole garage to takeout my bike since I turned up very late and he use to genuinely suggest which parts needs be changed.I never encountered problems like petrol theft, miscalculation or any kind of malpractice in here.Service charges are bit high compared to other known bike shops, but its really worth as they use genuine parts and being a tourer I know that sense of satisfaction when you ride worry free hundreds of miles in inaccessible terrains. That kind of trust I had on their service.FINAL VERDICT: This place is too good for servicing your beloved Bikes especially Fazer, R15 or premium Yamaha Bikes. But I dont have any idea about sales quality currently. Hope they have improved in that section and stopped charging 2% extra on card transaction. Because I have spent around 5-6k in all these 4 years just as card transaction charges.

Its ok. Main problem here is @9 am only we can give our vehicles for service. And they will charge more similar to all service centres

Their service was good at start. Out of 7 service 5 was good.Then y 1 star!. ya last 2 service spoiled my ride, so many things have loosened inside i am feeling it while ride & lot of screw found from under seat, when asked about it areoly is screws from other bikes. then what about them.Lot of scratches newly appeared!I had to give to other service to fix all issues.They were good but now a lot of new gen trainees just dont care & seems seniors are totally unhappy with management and they pour all frustration to customer.

Doesnt have a R15 test ride bike. They dont even allow you to sit on the bike.
