Irresponsible and dodgy service… I wish I could reach the Apple Stores in India!- I had an issue with my Airpods what I bought in other country, so visited here to repair it. Finally I had to back-order a new, alternative item as mine was completely broken.- I went the store 3 times in total (To store my item to check the status/ to pay new/ to obtain it).- You have to issue a token when you arrive at the desk.- It wont be so much time to call your token number (like 5 min or 10 min or so).- When I got the new item, the staff on the day said We cant return your original item as the price you paid if including trade-in.. What!? I havent ever heard that before from another staff member at all and theres no description on my service record paper. I dont know its his own decision or this stores policy; I doubt they earn money to get my original item to repair/sell as a trade-in. I never wanna accept that and felt mistrust. He quickly went quiet and obedient, though.- I back-ordered an item and they said the receipt was sent via email, but it didnt come. So I asked the customer service via email and the person in charge said I can get the receipt when I get the item a few days later. After that the staff of the shop didnt pass the receipt. I claimed and finally got it. How can I prove if I bought the item here without the receipt?The item I purchased is genuine by checking the serial number and my issue has been solved finally. The guarantee period shown in apple official (checkcoverage.apple.com) is almost 1 year but the staff says its for 90 days, though... So totally 2 stars.

Amazing staff. Staff professional Miss Mamtha was amazingly helpful and followed up with me for two days till the product I was asking for was obtained by them. Haven’t seen better customer support in any electronics store. Kudos.

Reception is good. Staff are very polite and humble. Quality of services rendered are yet to be seen and experienced. Usually they take very long duration towards repairs. Else good place to visit in case of repair works pertaining to Apple products.

Apple service centers are just as overpriced as their products. First, youve to take a token and wait forever. Only one person is allowed inside because of the new rules. Next when your turn appears, theyll act all nice and pleasant and when you tell them about the issue theyll drop a bomb on your head with the service charges.My iPhone 7 plus suddenly shut down while getting charged. They told me I would have to pay ₹1.8k as service fees just for a diagnosis of the issue and that it would take 3 days for them to figure it out. Nonsense. I ended up taking it to a local repair center who clearly told me that the motherboard was damaged during a short circuit. He diagnosed the issue in a matter of 4 hours and charged me just ₹500 as service fees.Another customer had an issue with his earpods and Apple service center told him itll first have to be cleaned and the cleaning charges would be ₹600. Lol. Not sure where Apple is headed these days with products that have no guarantee and such ridiculously overpriced services.

Recently I had decided to purchase iPhone 13 pink phone which was sold out everywhere online but luckily I got them at this store.They just had one phone.I just had to make one phone call to the store and sales person Mamatha helped me to block that one phone for me. Charging Cable for macbook is not available. Instead of saying its not available they are asking me to take ipad cable 🤷

Such a worst service centre , went for a water damage and they just opened the phone to see water inside and they told us to go to 3rd party and they checked and they are charging 600 as maintenance charge. Only fools buy iPhone

I purchased I phone 12on the 7th is September the phone had issues with the microphone. I returned the device next day to the store and they confirmed to me it’s a defective product & promised me of replacing the phone.It’s been more than a week I am yet to receive a new phone. Everyday they keep saying tomorrow which never comes. Apple being such a huge brand how can they have such pathetic resellers.This is absolutely not acceptable!!! How can you have such worst resellers.Being a loyal customer to apple more than 10years this is what we get in return.Absolutely disappointed!!! DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM IPLANET JAYNAGAR WORST CUSTOMER TREATMENT !!!

Service was fine.Was really shocked to see that any additional charge of Rs 1250 towardsiPod/iPad/iPhone diagnostic service is utter looting business. I personally had informed that there is a issue with battery but charging for this is unethical. They also don’t give the break up of cost before . Please check with other authorised retailers before you visit this place. Besides that they have also charged Rs 600 towards service which is fine. Just taking advantage. Guys beware. In fact the customer care is in responsive. Pathetic.
