They entered a wrong pin code while booking my courier so it returned to office after an week. Very bad service. They talk very irresponsible.Speed post is relatively better.

The worst delivery service I hav ever seen. They are so irresponsible to notice that the parcel has livestock in it and doesnt e1 bother to deliver on time e1 though it just takes 10 mins to drive to my location.When I track my parcel its still stuck der dont know what are these people doing.Regretting for using this service.And the mobile no provided is the wrong one 😡

Very worst courier centre , 4 days gone still they asking 3 days to deliver normal courier. when i called to office for asking about status they disconnecting without any response . At the time of booking also one girl writing destination details as her wish, by speaking phone with her friend/relation . very bad customer service. normally i wont review like this. this is first time im writing review , also with full frustration .

The worst courier service I have experienced. Extremely rude lady sitting in front office. Has no sense of customer service even though she is front office staff. Always on her cell phone and never answers any question clearly. Does not give any options or suggestions and just shrugs it away when asked a basic question like transit time. Please remove this lady from her work. She is useless and inefficient.DTDC are a big scam anyway. They have a policy of “ Insurance “ where they collect a premium for a booking to “ cover “ the package if lost. Lost ? So DTDC cannot trust it’s own service and say that packages ( some having expensive and rare items ) can get lost in transit ?I later found out that the “ insurance amount “ will be equal to few times the courier handling charge and all this was inside the documentation. The lady on the lady on the other hand says “ we giving the phull rephund saar “.So what if they “ lose “ your package on purpose. They know the value of the contents because you declare that during the booking. This is the most meaningless thing ever.

I booked normal booking only to Mumbai but its reached next day only I am happy with this service, good

Pathetic Service. Called up Balaji Arcade (whitefield office) that for two days courier is not being delivered with false updates. Lady who picked the call was rude (forget being apologetic for delay in courier delivery). Getting courier via DTDC after 6 years and facing the exact same issue. Got speed post from same location in less time which was sent on same day.

Please dont consider DTDC ,if you want peacefulness in life

The worst courier service ever. Ordered a package from a site, that is stuck in the same place for over 3 days. They claim to have attempted delivery and are claiming that the customer has refused the package. I received no phone calls or intimation whatsoever. The branch customer care never picks up and the city level customer care number is rude to the customer and says Call me in 2 minutes and hangs up the phone, and never picks up after.The package was meant as a gift for a friend, and I have no idea of where it is, and cant reach any customer care at all.

Very bad experience.....one of my important courier came from Agra.....address was to deliver to my office....not sure where they deliver because office reception has not received it. Also they did not call me before delivering.

Can i give zero rating for this stupid service. i dont want to give 1 star. important costly books was delivered to someone else and they didnt even call me to confirm and none of DTDC guys are picking up the call. What should i do now ?
