Poor quality fuel, they mixes water/some other liquid along with original fuel supplied by HPCL! Pathetic service! Cant even trust them either on fuel quality or in working! These guys were caught earlier for such scam, but they remain open! Must be a big shot behind it!! The BPCL should maintain the quality of the fuels and stock of normal petrol instead of premium quality petrol.
