If you feel that the dealer is trying to hide any details like previous owner details then just walk away.

Brought 2019 model car, after just 2 weeks AC stopped working, when we get it checked out it was replaced before selling with older one, we can clearly see machine printed date 2006. Worst people they don’t respond properly after they sell it and won’t even provide owner number

Very overpriced.No clearly advertised prices unlike some other car dealerships in town. Price is as per customers face.I dont believe the salesmen believe in their own pricing either. Unless they find someone to fall for it. Poor customer experience.We left very shortly after walking in.We came based on a YouTube video showing their cars. Unfortunately the prices mentioned in the video are far from the reality.

They will not give proper service we took one vehicle from this citizens cars first day it self got Major repair I called Mansoor he told me rudly they are not responsible for this kind of problem you are not paid 25 lakh you paid only 4 lakh and also he is telling he is very influential person in Bangalore he can do any thing to me such a person I never seen in my life dont buy any vehicle from him or citizen cars this is my experience with citizen cars

Very bad experience, I purchased car after 90 days they not given RC not transferred. and also 2nd key and insurance original not given. the staff are not responded properly. Only business they need no customer satisfaction. I also faced double commission from droom cars and citizen Rs. 12500+5000 lost and RTO charges 6000/- extra

There is no option to select 0 or minus rating so Im giving 1 rating for this worst hopeless Citizen Carz, We purchased a car from here, there was a oil leakage from the bottom of the car, we went to Hyundai showroom to get checked, that time we came to know that the vehicle is completely damaged and its a accidental car, rude behaviour of managers, cheating people, Please dont buy any vehicles from this Cheating Citizen Carz(CCC)

Staff was good. However I personally felt that, treatment depends on what you are willing to shell out. I feel all customers are valuable, irrespective of what category of car he is buying. Margins shouldnt decide customer interaction. Service mindset should sink in to each of the staff. There should be standardized rates displayed on all the service and receipt should be produced for all charges.

This is possibly the only pre-owned car dealer where you can get a second-sale Lamborghini. Its a everyday affair to see a BMW 5 series or a Jaguar or even a Hummer on display. The showroom is very well lit. The owners pictures framed with eminent personalities who came in as customers will amaze you. The way their merchandise moves seems to be a fair pricing model that the showroom offers.

I have been here when I was looking pre-owned cars. They have their own collection from the people. But I feel the place is congested and its at corner. Do not go with your car as their is no parking facility. You can negotiate if the car is very good. People are friendly but for some reason I didnt get the test drive as the car was parked at the last.

Place is good for used cars purchasing. They have lot of cars. We had been there for a used sedan car and we got Ford fiesta. Initially they quoted high price. But later we had to negotiate a lot to bring down the price, but still we paid about 40,000 more than the market price. One good thing is you can take out the car to any local garage and get it inspection done.. Overall i would say its for people who dont mind to pay more and dont have time to try olx etc and meet customers directly...

This show room is located near Kodigehalli Bus stop. Its easy to access from the main road. Here you will get fine branded cars with fantastic maintenance. If you have a look from the outside you are able to see famous car manuafucturing brands like Benz, BMW, Volvo, Jaguar etc. And also you can get lots of SUVs cars etc. Overall I can say is, its best play to visit while you are going to buy second hand cars with your budget with lots of options.

When will you guys give the car papers done? Its been 6 months and yet the papers have not been done! I keep calling repeatedly and everytime you guys postpone it for 3 weeks!Huge dissatisfaction ! Car is good but I would never recommend this dealer to anyone.Edit: Finally I got the papers after 6 months.

Worst car dealer, I request never try to buy a used car in this hopless showroom, number one cheat, bought a car from ther, and when cross checked the car had met with accident and had got repainted, and even the meter was tampered which had run more than a lakhAnd the price offered was very high, the people who sit in hebbal ofc are ruthless after you book the car especially the cashier, they will never see ur face after u book the car, they charge 6000 for rto, 2000 for cc, and extra for commission, and if u are taking loan from ther showroom they cheat u like anything, they charge 9k as loan charges, I ll never ever suggest this car showroom to anyone, badly recommended showroom
