Have been getting my Ritz car serviced under with Carsmith motors for last 3 years. Vishwas and his team has been very prompt and provides great service. They keep sending constant updates in terms photos / videos on the work thats in progress and this enforces and shows the confidence on the quality of work they provide. Thanks Carsmith and team.

I got to know about this place through a friend of mine, having a very old car I always want someone who is genuinely interested in working on the car, these guys gave me exactly what I wanted, they were very transparent with the work being done, gave me timely updates, overall I really liked the experience with CarSmith.If you want someone who is passionate about the work they do, this is the place to go.People might argue they charge a premium for the service, but being to both Authorized Service Centers and local mechanics previously, i would say these guys will provide a better solution and more transparency into the work.

I have used painting and detailing service of Carsmith this week. This was for my car as well as the bike. Team did a wonderful job on both the vehicles. Completed the work on promised time. Detailing is done at the Feynlab centre in Carsmith. Place is highly recommended.

Theyve managed to sort an issue out that even the Authorized A.S.S couldnt come up with a proper solution after years of taking the car to them. What I liked was they regularly send pictures of the work being done on you vehicle via Whatsapp & my doubts (even if its silly :) ) were very calmly cleared by Vishwas :)This is the first time I have taken my car outside of a VW service centre & I have now decided to go to Carsmith going forward. I had a very bad experience with my car .. when I’m on my way back to hyd frm Ooty I had issue with my rear suspension I went through their mechanic shed and gave my car first they said it’s bcoz of silencer bushes and changed it and said the car is ready for delivery when we came and checked the car had same clinking noise and I asked them to check suspension they checked and said suspension broke and they made us to wait for 3more days to do suspension and they called for delivery and I asked for car wash they did car wash and called us to take car when we came to take car my car doesn’t even started engine kept cranking but doesn’t started when I opened hood there is water everywhere in side of hood I asked them y my engine hood had water everywhere then they responded very rude saying that they pressure wash engines of every car which they got for service and I asked owner my car is not starting now when I gave it started but now it’s is not even starting then he promised me whatever it is he will fix and give us …After 2days of checking my whole car they found ecm is problem in my car bcoz water went inside my bmw ecm and got short circuit then owner said i will fix the ecm and I will do programming and give u the car he bought different ecm first when I said this is not same model ecm of my car he replaced with same ecm and gave me I clearly mentioned that programming can’t be done anywhere expect in bmw service centre bcoz my previous ecm data will be only with bmw people he refused to take to bmw service centre and do programming even I told I will pay half of the bill of bmw service even the mistake is frm his end he asked us to wait for 10days to fix the car I accepted it and waited for 10 more days In Bangalore only after 10 days he bought ecm and did programmed basic program of bmw 325i and kept in my car and started the engine later I got smoke frm my engine instead of 1.5lakh now it’s costing me 4lakh to fix the car and the car was fixed in 4 days by my mechanic in hyd .. I bought my car frm that owner bcoz I’m scared that may be there is a chance of me losing my car permanently so I bought my car frm carsmith to Hyderabad by towing and gave to my mechanic and finally got the car fixed in 4days only …

My first time with independent car service shop. Recently took the car back from service from carsmith. Seems better done than company service. Will update the review if anything changes.

I am posting this review because the hiccups which were there are not solved yet by carsmith and I am unable to post a fresh re-review using my other Google account. To justify this, I have attached the screenshot of my first review on this worst workshop. Let me share the concerns which I am facing even after paying 23000 and sending my car thrice to Carsmith to resolve the problems. So here it goes:-I got my car back from the service on Dec 4th, 2020. And I immediately noticed three things - AC was smelling kerosene, wiper was not working and the car was loosing power ( after a sudden spike in the rpm needle ). So I shared these hiccups with Viswas and he sent his driver to pick the car. He told he has fixed them and gave it back. So I again drove my car and on the very same day, the issue of power loss occurred again. I called up Vishwas for second time and he again picked up the car and took it to his workshop, erased few errors after a scan and I went there to pick it up. I was driving back home and the same issue of rpm needle spiking and the car not moving ahead as expected with power loss, happened. When I asked Viswas, he said they have changed the fuse and he also says sorry, I got confused with the other car & I have erased few errors. I still remain, an unsatisfied customer who has shelled a large amount of money on their Service yet the problem remains unsolved.Only good thing about Carsmith is that they sent me regular updates on watsapp and pictures of progress. But thats about it. I had left my car and informed them before service, very well about the problems I am facing and had set the expectations right.

Am a stickler for perfection and they surpassed my expectation.Their attention to detail is brilliant. I am blown away by the service provided by Carsmith. The quality of work they do is unmatched. Even the authorised service centers can not match their work. I got installed a projector foglamp from Blaze India here, the quality of wiring and attention to details is great. The amount they charged for installation was spot on. I recommend Carsmith definitly. Very trustworthy.

Absolutely horrendous experience. It all started last year when wed given the car here to get it serviced and a full diagnostic check up for driveability.A few external repairs were done. Mechanical repairs included -Both Driveshafts serviced. 6 month warranty given.(Sep 2020)Car was driving fine until sounds started emitting from under the hood. Loyal customers that we were, we came back to this garage to be told that bearings needed to be serviced and alloys replaced. During this service the LEFT drive shaft was also repaired( Feb 2021)Alongwith other nitty gritties, this was also done.Our roof lining was also replaced this time because of wear and tear and wed got that done too.This is when the troubles started compounding.The roof lining work was incomplete as all the ac vents were broken and the sunroof started malfunctioning. Smart guy that he is, mr vishwas says oh this is an old car blah blah blah and repairs the sunroof at no additional cost since he very well knew that it was his fault. The ac vents were also replaced and fixed in a later service for free.One day after the car was delivered to us, and after barely having driven 50 odd km, the v belt snapped and the car broke down. JUST ONE DAY! vishwas parrotted the same reply. Old car , get used to these problems. Check it up online . And in good faith we believed him.Mind you, the car has been back from the garage for all of one day following which we towed it back to his garage.He diagnoses the complaint as an ac compressor fault that subsequently failed and caused the alternator belt to snap to shreds.Reluctantly, since the garage has seen so much of the car we agree that the ac compressor needs to replaced. We replace that alongwith the belt, timing kit and a full ac clean.After working on it for a few weeks , I come to collect my car. During my testing in the garage , I noticed a sound when the car was idling. He has another excuse. The tensioner for the belt is at fault but it can be driven for another 2000 km minimum.this fact js also repeated by his head mechanic who oversees everything, Mr Shoaib.Exactly one day later, the car having been driven 50 - 60 km , a noise erupts from underneath the hood and I immediately pull over. Transmission fluid is leaking continuously. Not knowing what to do, I call up this rude arrogant person who says he has a family emergency. Accepted. The car had to be towed.By this time , having lost all faith in Carsmith and vishwas we decide to never give our car back.A mechanic from Skoda inspects the car and reports that, the left driveshaft(serviced by carsmith less than 30 days ago and still under their warrnaty for 6 months) broke and that in turn caused the gearbox to break. I assumed it would be a dsg problem Skoda is used to having but was shocked at the utter complete lack of responsibility from vishwas.He later started abusing me on private whatsapp messages and refutes everything. I have bills and proof of carsmiths work on my car.What shocked me was that this guy has luxury semi luxury cars in his garage. Customers have a right to their opinion.So I ask prospective customers to ask around if they want mechanical parts serviced or replaced.I have no idea regarding car detailing etc.This is my experience. And this is the truth. I have seen other customers that have faced issues and complained online about this guy to be replied to rudely and given his one sided sob story.Ill attach bills and other pictures of the shabby work done as and when I get the time .This post will be updated.UPDATE:My car has been thoroughly inspected and assessed by external surveryors and Skoda technicians. According to them, the driveshaft nuts and bolts were not fitted at all. The damage to my car happened right after I took my car from carsmith which means carsmith either missed out or forgot to install the driveshaft nuts and bolts and that caused the driveshaft to damage the gearbox which has caused me to incur such gargantuan losses. Never ever go to carsmith

Top notch service at the right price point.Had given them my 7 year old VW Vento for panel & rim respray. They requested a week for the work to be completed.Throughout the week they kept giving me regular updates of the work being carried out.Overall, I’m mighty impressed with the work carried out. They were able to match the paint to the factory paint perfectly.

I had given my WagonR for service and I’m very happy with the work. They update all the work supported with photos and videos. They don’t add anything that’s not needed. Been couple of years since I have been going to Carsmith Motors. They send estimate first and upon approval they start the work. I strongly recommend them for all car service needs.

Came here to get new relay and philips bulbs fitted for my car. The people did not return the original company bulbs . Also these people do not like to undertake small work which is not so important to them . I came here on 21st of October . Red honda amaze . You would have the pictures of the bulbs being fitted

Manager has picked up the call. He is not ready to take the car as he needs prior appointment. He wants us to call the owner to take the car for servicing. It was an emergency and how can we take prior appointment. Such a waste people. Pls dont entertain such mechanical shops. Dont know how these people are working in this world. Such a shame to Car Smith Motors.

The crew members are very professional. They promptly do the vehicle inspection as per their 50 check claim. They also provide the estimation before starting of with their work. Also they share the videos of the work along with the products being used. In my 20yrs of experience nobody has been so transparent in their work.

I gave my Honda Jazz to Carsmith for the regular half yearly service. Extremely professional and excellent service. Some highlights -1. A thorough check of the vehicle is done and an estimate provided upfront, only once you approve will they start the work.2. Regular updates and pics of the ongoing service are shared via WA so that you are kept well informed.3. The owner Vishwas is passionate about his craft and is approachable for any queries or issues.Overall, would definitely use their services again and recommend this place.

Fatastic, My skoda had sensor malfunctioning because of previously faulty CNG fitment.Here they did not had Heated Oxygen censor bank 1 sensor 1, they parked my car in their garage for a week and got me part from showroom and fitted and gave,Car is fantastic now. And charges are reasonable.This Showroom should be preferred choice for all luxury cars.

The owner was very rude to me and my friends. He has no idea how to treat customers. Even after taking appointment he screamed at us for taking the car and told us not to take the car there again. He has charged us extra money as urgency charge even though we informed him 4 days in prior.

Pretty much the reason you go to a non-showroom service center. Better attention to your car. Even more, I had to make a request to get the job done a little early since I was leaving town for a medical checkup of my dad. They took it in their stride and delivered early. We ended up leaving early morning after they delivered.What I got done - denting, painting, checkup and spark plug check/cleanup. And guess what, I see they did a little more cleaning than what I had asked for. Great guys. I am going there again.Very happy.

Please dont step in to this place. They charge exhorbitantly for any small work that they do. They also dont inform you the rates before starting the work. If you ask them why they are charging so high rates then they respond saying that you can leave without paying anything. These are folks with really bad attitude

Owner vishwash is passionate about cars.He did automobile engineering and previously worked in Germany.He honestly told me the problems and solutions for my car.He paid personal care.

Vishwas was referred to me. I bought an older model bmw x3, that required a few things doing, the roof need re-carpeting, the electric windows werent working, the sunroof had issues, washwipe wasnt working, also needed servicing and a bit of touch up work doing... Vishwas and team handled everything expertly.. and more to the point, extremely cost effectively. I would have no doubt in referring him to you for all your vehicle requirements.
