The evaluation personnel just switches on the engine and starts taking pictures inside, outside and under the hood. Measures paint quality with some instrument and checks tyre tread wear out. Does not take car for a test drive. After that they make you wait for 45 minutes saying some fictitious auction is going on and quote a ridiculously low price. If you refuse to sell, they call you everyday increasing the price by 15% to 20% everytime.

After a detailed inspection and test drive vehicle price is decided. Whole procedure takes about 60 minutes. Staff here is very responsive.

Worst experience with cars24 Banshakari branch. I got my car inspected few days ago but later got a call from cars24 that requested price is finalized and vehicle can be handed over the cars24 Banshakari branch. But when I took a vehicle for the handover, team told me that no price for the vehicle and it cant be accepted and no proper customer support and team was kind of rude. Finally I sold my vehicle via different car selling company.

Last feb I had sold my car to cars 24,Banashankari branch to agent named Prashanth, still my RC transfer is not done and person incharge(Prashanth) is not responding to my calls.. It is almost 11 months that I have sold my car... Can you please tell me when r u planning to convert the RC.???

I booked an appointment for home inspection of my car. The appointment was between 4 to 6 pm on 14th October. I waited for 3 hours. No information and no call. When I called up, someone informed that the appointment will be rescheduled for 15th October between 4 to 6 pm. AGAIN NOBODY TURNED UP OR NO INFORMATION. WHEN I CALLED TODAY, SOMEONE INFORMS THAT IT WILL TAKE 24 TO 48 HOURS. VERY IRRESPONSIBLE BEHAVIOR FROM CARS24.

My cousin sold the a car to cars 24 and my frn purchased the same. But 6 month over the documents of the car still not transferred. If we ask the same they are telling the executive who was done the deal left the job. We have sold through cars 24. So its the responsibility of cars 24 too. This is the worst service of the cars 24. Please dont go with cars 24. My frn is not using the car because of not having the documents.

We bought a car through cars24 Nov 2019. They did not apply for RC till Feb 2020 and finally applied after all discussions. ThenWe didn’t get RC yet, more than 10 months over If we ask the same thing they are telling the executive who was done the deal and who was applied RC, he has done fraud So they terminated him from office (important thing he has my RC when he left the job)I am not understanding how cars24 people allow him to take a customer RC when he was not employee with cars24Today I came to banshankari Office I got to know all these.. now what should I do ??These people are not responding properly simply saying he left the job...he left the job...Then you u people allow him out with customers RC ??This is the worst service of the cars 24. The Experience of selling my Car to them was Good. Many times we sell our cars to buyers and if they don’t register then the Seller is still liable. In case of any incidents during this period the Orginal seller is responsible.Good thing about Cars 24 is that they give a Customer Protection Agreement where the Seller need not bother of legal or claim expenses till the RC is transferred.For many who don’t know the legality involved let me give a brief. The Seller is responsible till the Buyer registers the Vehicle. During the Testing of vehicle, if the car meets with an accident, then the opposite party makes the Seller responsible. At Cars 24 they protect the Seller with Customer Protection Agreement which clearly says that they will take care of all legal and accident claims. This is Good. Peace of mind to sell old vehicle, instead of local known brokers .I wish them all the best.

It is located in a good place. Staff are nice though some of them do not tell everything the first time. The guy who evaluated my car was okay. One needs to be careful with the car evaluation results. The guy had mentioned that my cars clutch was hard and he found suspension noise. Both were not true. This can affect your selling price. Finally, got a good price. Documentation was easy and no hassles with money transfer.

But it’s a hugely time consuming process...you have to answer so many calls, prospective buyers come and check the car and never call back...the most important drawback being that the seller has to continuously follow up with the buyer to transfer the ownership which is risky it doesn’t happen. They’ve the most worst service possible. They’re there to help out the clients but rather they put all in their might to trouble them. I’ve taken two cars so far with cars24 and they’ve some illogical charges if at all you decide to go through them to sell your car. But before that let’s talk about the service they provide when you register for inspection. They advertise that you can sell the car within 5mins but what they do is they take almost 2 hours starting from inspecting the vehicle to letting know the auction value. People in this cars24 are extremely rude and they treat their customers like they’re nothing. We leave our asset with them and their value for us is zero.
