Its a sham. They gave an appointment for 7 am after being given assurance that they will provide service even in lockdown and when we reach there, there is no supervisor available, few boys who are clueless about anything and everything, dont know a thing about car service.No proper reply ,no proper service, clueless workers making me think if its a genuine center.I gave it a try because of the good reviews but came out of the centre totally disappointed.I would never ever recommend this place to anyone. Dont go by the reviews.

I have recently did a paint/dent job for few panels and overall extremely happy with the outcome. The customer service department is very professional, the systems they use to manage pickup/drop or invoicing are extremely professional. Local garage prices and professional quality work and processes. I would recommend this team over other apps like GoMechanic, PitStop or AutoBRIX etc.

Amazing work by these guys. I had given a WagonR whose quanterpanel was completely damaged, and the rear bumper was also damaged from one side. They restored the car to its original state at a fair enough cost. Thank you guys!

Car service experience was really good. Periodic updates during the service with photos on whatsapp ... Updates over phone...promot pickup /drop ... Gave me lot of comfort that the car service was being attended to with care, unlike the routine car wash and oil checks.

Excellent as always, the pickup was getting delayed but the guy managed it so well by sending another person within 5 mins. Thats called customer care!

Their booking system is quick and call you very next moment, on the flip side too many faces to talk to.On service-was not offered the promised service at very first time. The issue in my car (humming noise) is still undiagnosed, the undercover cleaning was promised and not done to my car in fact they just cleaned and gave (By the way using pressure water gun for car cleaning is prohibited in BBMP area).Electronic city garage is opposite to a lake and these people continually polluting with waste oil, muddy water and plastic.I just pray for these people that God give them some better counsiousness and they become responsible.I would not suggest people at this point to book a service with them.

This was the second time I entrusted my car service with BookmycarService. While first one was a Honda City CVT this time it was an old Chevorlet Beat LT Petrol. Both times the experience has been great. From doorstep pick up and drop of the car, explaining the service and providing service for issues (didnt charge anything as issues turned out to be minor in nature for which an authorised agency would have charged labour as well as a bomb for the same). I would recommend anyone to use their service if they are looking for car to be serviced at a fraction of authorised dealer cost and still have a reliable service and good experience.
