I got an worst service to my xuv500 unprofessional they couldn’t even check water in wipers ,they removed my suspension they couldn’t replace correctly it’s getting sound when i go in normal road full metal sound still it is repeating , who is responsible for it now i got unnecessary part to be replace in my car but problems didn’t rectify twice I have reached to showroom but there is no use if i call and tell they are like you need to change overall parts in your car when I gave to service they told your car is in excellent condition and after service if i tell problems they are like need to change parts if i ask part’s they have simple reason we don’t have that part in our unit silly reason after service i got many problems in my car they spoiled my car what solutions will Mahindra people give me and if this continues no more hope on Mahindra

I have serviced my TUV300 here and they have charged around 7500. After driving the car for 5km i have faced the same problem forwhich i have serviced my car. After raising a complaint they have found out the actual problem which would have costed me around 1000. This guys actually dont know how to diagnose ur problem. I suggest u can visit the jakkur mahindra service center for better service they might serve u better. But never in Hunsmaranahalli station

One of the most efficient and courteous services I have experienced by mahindra so far. A huge shoutout to Anant Cars for doing such a good job in maintaining the standards of the service center. Anyone looking to service their vehicles in and around yelahanka and the international Airport can ahead and do so without any worries and you wont be disappointed. Lastly a big Thank you to Rupesh for looking after my car and being available for me at any given time when I end up having queries about my cars services :)

Being able to catch only a quick glimpse of Anant Cars every time I drove past their ‘quick’ service centre off the New Airport Road, I was pleasantly surprised to find out that what always appeared to be a pretty nondescript set-up was actually a full-fledged workshop!As it was conveniently located, I decided to give them a try for the first time with my then new TUV 300 back in May 2019. Needless to say, one year and a few months on, I am a very satisfied customer with confidence that my vehicle is in good hands every time I leave it with them, be it for periodic maintenance or to address any other vehicle issues.The staff have always been very courteous and professional, and for someone like me who’s very particular about keeping my car in ‘as new’ running order, I always get the feeling that the folks at Anant Cars can sense that level of passion and treat their customers vehicles as their very own.They may not have a very fancy looking or large setup but it’s adequate, and the staff at Anant Cars more than make up for their rather confined workspace with great attitude, professionalism and technical know-how. One thing to be noted is that they do not have a body shop at this location but will send your vehicle to one of their other service centres if any body work such as tinkering, painting etc. is required.I would like to make a special mention of the folks I have had the pleasure of interacting with during my many visits and who have provided excellent customer service: Mr. Rupesh – Service Advisor, Mr. Athif Nihal – Cotek (or Technical Expert), Ms. Manjula – Receptionist and Ms. Ashwini – Customer Care Executive.I give Anant Cars 2 thumbs up and a full 5 star rating!

I have serviced my XUV500 today (17/2/19) at Anant Cars in airport road. I have choosen this placed based on the reviews. But the experience which I encountered is not a good one. They have changed my wipor blades without checking with me. The blades were actually changed 2 months before. Even the rear wipor set is changed which amounts to a total of 2k. And they have charged labour costs for fitting each of these wipors. These kind of behavior will actually defame the entire service experience.And they have also informed me a discount of 20% for service, which my service advisor after service rejected by saying that they have done system updates which are chargeble.I am completely fine without having a discount which they only offered me initially. But stating silly reason like mandatory updates are chargeable is not at all acceptable.

Awesome attention to customers. Syed how attended me is a real nice guy. Its less crowded and the waiting area is decent enough for long wait times. If you plan to wait for a while, carry something to eat or drink and there is no shops or hotels close by unless you walk about 500mts.
