Best service centre I have ever seen. I own V90 Cross country model. This service station shifted from Hosa road. Biggest & best international quality service centre. Customer waiting area could have little bigger. Where as parking area and other space for staff is excellent. Its located immediately after Dommasandra towards Sarjapur road. Its on the main road. You can see sweedish style of politeness of the staff & neatness. I have been a Volvo car customer since 2012. I had XC60.Having fantastic experience with Volvo service staff. They attend promptly and help you with their best efforts. Most important thing is when ever I see Volvo road accident cars near service station, I m happy to know no casualties occured in such accidents, that proves car strength and safety levels. Happy to be a Volvo customer.

Worst service center I have ever been to . The service staff all are pathetic...didn’t expect this from Volvo . I own an xc90 and brought here for regular service but after the service the apps and system got messed up ...whatever apps and the system was working initially stopped working . And these people sent a technician who doesn’t even know anything about Volvo car. Today it’s the same case I drove about 360 km just for the system updation and it’s been 7-8 hours and we still didn’t get our car repaired.. a service incharge called Ashok has been rude throughout ...I hope something is done right away .!
