Worst experience.Service quality is very low above that everytime one or other spares not available,When I asked to Rectify problem they said part has to be replaced so I said okay. after that they said part not available, indirectly they are not ready to rectify problem.Very poor Service, Bike quality also reduced.Mag wheel paint is chipping, dono what kind of quality they are giving.

Very responsive team and excellent customer centric service. At the first visit I was greeted by Mr.Chandu and then Mr.Hemanth and when I asked for a test drive for the FZ they immediately arranged for it and next when I visited them Mr. Hemanth was so patient enough to resolve my doubts on the FZ. And Mr. Abhishak from the service department. Unfortunately I didnt get my FZ F1 from here cause they said that it would be coming by the mid week of September, that just one part I feel bad about. But I suggest anyone looking to buy a yamaha bike should get it from here. And I m sure to give my bike for servicing here. Thank you all

Their coustomer service is excellent. I had given my bike to change its sprocket at 3:00 in the noon and I wasnt sure that they would have taken my bike for the repair because they have other bikes waiting for their turn, because I was in a hurry and I need by bike on that day itself they took the bike on a priority basis and returned my back within 4:30. You guys had done a great job❤️❤️

A very neat and tidy showroom. The place is quite large and the staff is polite as well. Totally recommended.But only thing is they dont provide purchase through CSD yet. Hopefully soon they will.Kudos!

Earlier used to live in horamavu and from there I shifted to thirumenahalli. I was searching for one yamaha service center but was confused as earlier service center which is in rk puram i yamaha automotives is very awesome and very professional but now I have to do my servicing somewhere I can trust.Here I got in touch with Abhishek. Very professional and very communicative from the Srijaya yamaha service center staff. All confusions and issues he cleared and delievered like new one.Again i went to hometown during covid came back after 8 months. Bike was not starting and too much dust and bad condition.Abhishek immediately took the bike and delievered it same day with excellent condition. He always suggest customer friendly things. I asked one more place. I know not all yamaha service center are not good but srijaya yamaha service center and i yamaha automotives rk puram one are one of the finest one. No need to get it serviced from outside. My friend had and By looking at his bike condition in 1 year I can say please visit yamaha authorised service center only. And please use either hp or shell. It will keep your engine healthy and lubricate your chain after 500 km. And always take suggestions from yamaha experienced staff everytime you visit their center.

I took my R15 for radiator service, unfortunately radiator was not in stock for replacement but Mr Arun managed to get it from other place and replaced it, he was very helpfull and skilled mechanic iam happy with the service provided by him...Thanks arun continue this good work..cheers!!!

Staff are not committed for quality work

I bought my R15 v3 at the same show room, despite complaining about engine sound during service they did nothing, and now when I asked last time they were saying its crank shaft problem and they also said waranty could not be claimed, for just 20k km my bike isnt performing well.

There is no contact number for service center.And the one provide doesnt work or reply

Pathetic service, all they did was clean my scooter and somehow managed to inflate the bill to 2k. My speedometer stopped functioning and my indicator went berserk after the maintainance.

The review which I have previously mentioned is actually a small mistake due to some technical issues they delayed my bike service so rather than that its actually good and the staff are very cool and right now due to this Covid 19 situation they are running out off staff but then also they try to give us there 100% in the service or products or bike issues resolving .But one issue I have been saying them from before is there cleaning of bikes is not actually good u can see the dust still on the bike so pls srijaya yemaha service center i request u to once check out this cleaning problem because when u give a bike to coustomer he wants his bike to be clean and well polished so pls give preference for cleaning and polishing also .

The worst service of my 5 customers experience with Yamaha. The full engine work which was not solved noice of my engine. As attached they have not fitted engine bolt,, they delivered without fixing the general issue. Like this many mistakes they have done while doing service. This dont have experienced professional. They dont have professional ethics.

Good and big showroom & service station.. service is very good & comparatively very fast.. All employees are serving well and polite at most.. No one is kept unattended for a minute.. Thats what customer expects..

Its been 2 years I got my RayZ from this showroom. Initially service was of good quality . Now since the service is paid one, recently I had a bad experience with the service. This time they took 2 days to return the vehicle. As it is covid time, we didnt question them anything. While giving back vehicle to us they said battery has become too weak and if we charge it, it is not staying for long time. They suggested us to change the battery. As my pregnancy delivery time was near, we thought we will get it checked some other day. After a month when we thought of taking out the battery ourselves and getting it charged , we found out that there is no battery in vehicle. As we were starting the vehicle by doing kick start, we had never thought that there is no battery at all.Immediately we took the vehicle to service center. There they are questioning us only that why you took 1 month to get back the vehicle when there is no battery. How on earth we will know that is no battery when they had already told us battery is weak and we were starting the vehicle by kick start. Hey asked us to come back after sometime as they needed some time to check with other workers. When we went back after an hour, they have put some old battery dont know if it is ours also or not. They said that battery was in some corner and no one had seen it. Is this some kind of joke or you people think we are dumb. If we had asked to put a new battery back during the service, as they said battery is weak, we would have not got to know this.We come and give our vehicle for service to the company service center because we trust them as they will do good job in servicing. Hence we wont go to some local mechanic shop. This center has lost our trust completely. It is the mistake done by their end and they are speaking as if it was our fault.At one service time, they had not put bolts and had to get them back to service center as the vehicle was too noisy and we ourselves had to detect that.

Very worst service. We can not believe service provided by them. Useless and hopeless. Not at all advicesable. Dont go. Even road side service shops are better when compared with them. Very bad service.

The service advisor shafi who was assigned was very knowledgeable and informative . He serviced my R15 really well. Cutting one star from rating as the receptionists did not behave well and were not communicative. Overall, bike feels good. the service centre can enhance last minute finesse like drying the bike before handing over to customer.

Bought my new bike here for first service. They didnt care bout it and the stickers were torn. Being a limited edition it had monster energy decals but due to manhandling they tore it. Paid 3k more than normal model for a limited edition but its of no use now. After first service mileage is also giving less which is ridiculous never crossed 30 kmpl. Before first service it was 31 but now 28 with same riding habits

You having sitting arrangement here. You can see your vehicle getting service from far. Having coffee ... in air condition. Just perfect. They will show you if something need to be replaced. Its again your choice if you want to do so. Still after service if you think you not happy. They ready to go on drive with you to understand your problem while driving. If it can be solved they will do it.All based on 1 time visit. And without any special request. This is normal

Its a sales showroom with a service centre. One of the best two wheeler show rooms Ive been to. Excellent and courteous staff. Nice ambience of the showroom and very well maintained test ride bikes.

One of worst service center Ive ever seen they even dont know the basis of service. Condition of my bike totally ruined meliage of my bike dropped rapidly they dont even know to lubricant the chain, think before you service your bike here.

Very unprofessional,costly,no guarantee of proper work done.they left my vechicle unwashed after paying 1500 of servicing.cant say weather they are really doing anything to the vechicle as they are to casual with so basics of servicing.

An OK service center. We took a Yamaha fascino and didnt get the relevant documents for more than a week. The choices are not too many. They do a nice photo op while delivering the vehicle. The staff needs more training in better people management as they struggle with multiple clients at the same time. Has Yamaha gearless vehicles and bikes as well. Has a decent collection.

Service is very poor and bad, no response, reception lady is no response the customer support, I am purchased Yamaha fassino at the last year they given the damage vehicle some scratches I am asking sales man that is Transport problem what I can do ok I am also sales its okay no problem not ask any thing but who is the responsibility person they take care. Totally yalhanka Yamaha is too bad.

After you take the bike here people will treat you totally different you will not be getting responses from them when you need a help. Worst after sales service please dont buy a buy a bike here

Good service and ontime delivery

Service is good. They take limited number of vehicles per day for servicing. They do not service vehicles just for the sake of it, they take their own time irrespective of the rush they have. They take feedback of the servicing done & also resolve any problems which dont get fixed post servicing also.

I have been to couple of places in bangalore but all the well established yamaha center just dont care but Srijaya yamaha service center took extra care right from the wash and i could see the difference.Also for oil change if asked they will do it in front of you . Very customer friendly service center.

Today i gave my bike for service worst service ever..... for customer service 3 star but ... for the bike service they do is the worst dont clean the bike. most of the place the dust was like that only and they say me ...... we cant do that much cleaning ..... a local mechanic does a awesome job then you guys ....go and learn from the local mechanic ....

Utterly useless. Under Company given free service they just do waterwash n polish and additionally they charge ₹400. They just say stories y d problem occurs but never resolve it untill d paid service is done..

Unprofessional, technically low knowledge, high billing, rough handled my fz25, totally disappointedNeed to think twice before going to them.

I would give - 10 readin. Worst service centre ever. The mechanics dont even know how to identify a fault, they give you several different probabilities but none of those would be the actual cause of the problem. They simply make you change unnecessary parts, and whatever is worked on is also a very crappy job. I cant believe the best mechanic they have could not do a simple job like tappet setting. Took more than 5-6 attempts after them giving it to me in a incorrect inlet-outlet timing 4 times and me having have to reach them why the setting is incorrect. I piety those people who absolutely have no knowledge about engines cause these people just do some random setting and give it to you trying to convince you its perfectly fine after what they have done. And stuff like this will ruin your engine in a few thousand kms.I also had a very bad experience earlier when I had left another bike which was supposed to be deliveryd in 2 working days but I dont know for what they took 15 long days. Even after that there we so many things that were incorrectly done. And I had to demand for a rework instead of the management having the courtesy to get it fixed.Plzzz dont risk your vehicles with these unprofessional people.

Worst service centre in bangalore guys please dont go there. if u go there your byke will go to scrap. i spend my fz byke service in there 20000 rupees .its no use .still it is having issues. they will not put some bolt and nuts in my byke engine. after spending 20000 rupees some one is asking for 25000 rupees my byke .what they will did my byke i dont know.........
