Am purchased swift new vehicle . from last 2 services, 1st is in JP NAGAR saraki BEML service center and 2 nd time Bannerghatta BEML SERVICE center am complaining about break issue but no one can resolve . still am suffering.....

I am facing battery issue after servicing in Bimal. Does anyone else facing the same? My car had no problem with battery. After one week of service when I on the vehicle it was not switching on. Initially I thought since the service just done this happened. But even after driving many km the same issue is happening just after 24 hrs. The lights, stereo, car window roll up/down everything is working but not switching on. This is the first time I am doing my service at Bimal by seeing the rating. Now I have doubt about this rating.

Consistently higher standards of service experienced at Bimal for more than 10 years of being their regular customer.As per my personal experience with 3 Maruti cars in our family, The Maruti Esteem, 800 and Zen Estilo, Bimals garages at Whitefield and Kanakapura Road have been better than all the other major servicing brands for Maruti cars in Bangalore like Mandovi, Keshkamal to name a few.Better response to queries, timely delivery, condition of car after delivery, troubleshooting are some of the evaluation parameters I have considered.

Bimal Auto Service in Kankapura Road is the worst service center i have visited till now, i given my Wagon R car (Car No. KA05 MC 4316) for service, reporting the issues with service center guys, they have solved the existing problems but created new problems.1) First of all they promised to return the car with in one day, but they took3 days to make simple service and solve small issues.due to this ipostponed all my travel plans.2) Service center guy has called and informed some lathe work to bedone on material near front wheel so that wheel balancing will be ok,after getting it done, some strange noise is coming.After paying 7k service amount, in addition to above mentioned issues, so many other issues i had faced. so guys better to give your car to some other service center, rather than giving it to Bimal Kanakpura Road Service center.

Worst service ever receivedI have left my car for service, gave details of what all details need to be looked at along with wheel alaignment work. The service advisor was also advised to look into the issues which was also detailed in the service request sheet.However, completely disappointment that only the major work of alaigment was done. Rest everything was untouched. None of my issues were looked at.. The car was in a filthy situation, very dirty from both inside and outside. Also asking for information on the bill there was no proper response.Following all this hassle I raised a complaint and its been like more than a week but there is no proper response. I strongly believe Maruthi Suzuki is no more a reliable brand and my observation is that they are only focused on sales and not after sale service. Very surprised, shocking and disappointed.I will never leave my vehicle with Bimal Auto agency at Kanakapura road for service nor suggest others. Now I am even doubtful if there was a complaint raised. Wiring such a lengthy message so atleast the top management is aware of the issue.If anyone looks into the complaints portal please check out the details... Nice place to get the vehicle serviced, staff very friendly they explain all the technical part also very well so we can get most out of our Maruti vehicle. I purchased a new Swift VDI which is going to be a year old in June 2016. The service managed Mr Erappa is too good in his customer service from the time i bought the vehicle till now the bonding i built among all the staff there is amazing out of expectation. They take good care of your vehicle, cleaning, servicing from the time of accepting the vehicle till delivery the service is amazing. Periodic sms about status of the vehicle keeps your mind free, i know my vehicle is not in wrong hands. Finally a nice place to get the vehicle serviced must visit.
