In one word, Pathetic service, No responsibility of damage they Do.1) Damages to car, Destroyed cars central locking system: Before giving for service my car central locking was working perfectly. After service they damaged it and now card doors are not locking by central locking, we need to lock them individually and open individually.After car came back from service I noticed this problem. This problem was told to their service and post service people and also to their third party vendors, but no one is taking responsibility. Before delivery they collect the money and so you dont have any option left, but to just accept the car in whatever state they return.2) More time, less work, More damage: They took car on Saturday afternoon and returned on Monday evening. When we told the new issues they created, they took it back and returned on Tuesday evening without fixing central locking issues.3) Your car, your responsibility: They take the car, give it to third party for repair, damage the internal systems and then return the car. I learnt a lesson that when we have bought a costly car, its better to give it to your brand service centre. Even if your service centres are costly, they will always take responsibility. When we give car to third party like pit stop and then pit stop gives to another local service centres, nobody takes responsibility in the chain.4) There is one saying, the person who buys costly thing, cries once, but one who buys cheap, cries again and again. pistop may offer some discounts, but if they damage internal systems of your costly car by giving car to their third party vendors and dont take responsibility of the damage what will you do?

It makes me wonder how come so many positive reviews when this new venture is not even close to customer satisfactionLooking at all the positive reviews on google (& thought theyre real) I booked for their doorstep service. It didnt take too long to figure out all this is just fake. I could see my car was delivered the way it was taken but they claimed full servicing has been done.Disappointing to see the real guys missing out on the opportunities just because of such scammers !!

They are really money minded and no technical person was there they are only good in body polishing but worst in engine and transmission work and their customer care service is worst in worldDon’t go for any engine service thing for them.

Worst place who broke my car captiva.I gave my car in working condition for a minor clutch sound. They quoted 4.5k for clutch overhaul. But after 24 hours they called me and told my flywheel is broke and it will take 55k to fix. I chagned new flywheel just 6 months ago. Look like this mechanic steal my new flywheel or broke the car without knowing how to do work. Now the car which was in complete working condition and now they made to towing condition. Am fed up and still fighting with them

Pitstop is the worst and I recommend everybody to stay away . I would like to highlight MR Richard who was in charge of my vehicle . I dont understand why he is employed my vehicle was serviced , one of the part was not available so I took delivery and placed order for the part its been 1.5 months they dont answer m calls or messages . Whos going to give me my money or the part I need a reply pitstop

Service point of view is good & experienced guys ,but status of billing is not prompt ,I got mail from pitstop around two days later bill of 158 rs ,but the guy taken 700rs from me ,it shows not trustworthy when it comes to billls .

My car had a noise from belt.I asked pitstop to inspect it.But after the service, my car is not even starting.I wont recommend pitstop to anyone. They dont have customer support.The guy who fixed appointment is not attending the call.No response even after sending email.Worst service .

My Swift ZDI general service done here, I was very much satisfied with the service. Everything done in front of me, main thing was changing the oil in the showroom you cant be able to see the oil which they change, and the bill amount was also very reasonable.

Failed to rectify the problem. Broke the dashboard compartment in addition to that. Absolutely worthless

None of the service centre are not feasible to recitfy my problem for oil leak. 1) Cherish Motors 2) Nithya Motors 3) The Mechanics Nagarbhavi. No one from Pitstop to assist me. I have taken holiday on 13th June and visited The Mechanics Nagarbhavi and waited for 1 hours and no one ready to speak with me. I told that I have appointment with you but still they only told to wait for one hour between 9:30 and 10:30 AM. Finally I got one service center(Auto Care) on the way which they clearly ask me to come at 3 PM for inspection and do lift will be free during that time. I went there at 2:50 PM and they put my vehicle in lift and after lifting up they identified there is a oil leakage from crankshaft and removed clutch box (only inspection labour will be Rd.1,000) and shown me the oil leakage and they also inspected clutch plate, loading plate and release bearing. Then they asked my opinion on replacing the all with complete labour charge. Now my vehicle is ready on 17th June and they given free checkup after 3,000 KMS. PITSTOP is not good for big work. Capable to do only minor work like oil change, painting,etc which any one can do. This garage is not open for 24 hours and they dont have any space to keep your car. They have dumped waste materials inside the complete area.

Hi,I had issue with my wagon r, wherein maruthi authorised service ppl quoted for around 30k for replacement of all four shock absorber and steering rack assembly. The same was quoted around 15k by Mr.Fahad Khan n trust me... I am happy with service they provided. It was around 50% of the cost reduction compared to maruthi authorised. Best place for the service.
