I got replaced my Honda City all 4 tyres including 10000kms periodic service done.all completed in time.process is very smooth. They have customer lounge for waiting.one can wait till service done if have time. I recommend this service center.

Given my vehicle for general service, first of all they are not doing any job professionaly, they are simply money minded..my honda city roof light was not working, they checked and told have to change full roof light assembly it will costs 4.5k..wen i got my vehicle back I checked that by myself with help of continuity tester..i found the problem was only with my bulb, i took new from local shop which is 100 rs only..this is just an example.they are making ppl fool in the name of geniune service..guys pls dont give your vehicle here. They will charge like anything...

I have purchased Honda Amaze from Magnum Honda in 2015.1) When I chaged the tyres at a dealership, to my surprise I was told that left front tyre was fixed inside out and Magnum Honda has failed to notice this simple thing for 5 years. In every service from beginning, I have been complaining of some problems in front left tyre, nothing was done.2) This service centre Magnum Honda in Yeshwanthpur focuses only on spare replacement. Once I was asked to replace brake shoes, due to lack of time I didnt opted for it. After a week, when I went to Mysore, I happened to get this thing checked at a honda dealership in Mysore and was assured that this brake shoe can work for more 5000 km.3) Inspite of taking an appointment, every time I was made to wait for a minimum of 45 minutes for a technical advisor to be allocated.4) Service at Magnum Honda service centre in Kanakapura road was very good compared to Yeshwanthpur.

Mr Adarsh from Magnum Honda was my initial point of service advisor and he took time to help me with initial trouble shooting of starting my car and guided me to the service center location. Mr Thomas who is the in service advisor in charge along with this technicians was really helpful in accommodating my request for replacing my Honda city CVT Starterthough it was closing time for them due to lock down regulations.The team had replaced the faulty starter part in the car within 30 mins.Thank you team and I appreciate you addressing the issue immediately for me.

Dont leave your vehicle here they just try to convince you to change the parts itself and they dont repair existing parts even if it can be repaired, If you leave also just take the feedback and get it ready outside..

Mr Thomas the Service Manager is very helpful and cooperative. He oversees the customer needs personally and so satisfaction guaranteed. The technicians are also well trained. I have been using them for nearly a decade and am very satisfied.It will be convenient if a right turn is made opposite the main gate of the garage. Now one has to travel half a km and take a U turn to reach the garage from Main Road.

Had an issue today whith my honda civic car, where the break and clutch pedal were getting jamed due to dust issues & was in a scarey condition to drive.Was not able to enter the service center due to one way / construction issues and cops. Technically the car was a death machine on the road and the cops very not able to understand and just asking me to go around.I decided to park the vehicle on the road side and walk to the service center for assistance. Immediately technician MR Swami attend the issue and the with the help of his fellow mates we convenienced the police and decided to push the vehicle backwards on one way and enter the service center.The vehicle was immediately attend and found out the issue was dust and stone partials which was causing the problem and was resolved immediately.Tnks and appreciate the support and the helpful customer friendly staff of Magnum Honda

I had gone there to get my car serviced and also to get a broken quarter glass replaced. I was expecting this to take at least a week. But my Service Advisor Shashi Kumar, not only got the service done within the day, but he also sourced the quarter glass from the nearby body shop and got it fixed the same day. I was more than surprised when I received his call in the evening where he said that everything had been done.

Not a safe place during Covid times. They do car sanitization as a formality to charge customers. Car is handled by multiple workers without even having a safety cloth on seats to avoid stains. Hv been a regular customer here but really disappointed by the way they handle car cleaning and Sanitization. They just mop car steering with a dirty clothing in name of sanitization plus ask extra money for this.

Service has been good and the charges are nominal even after close to 3 years of purchase of my City car. Timely service is provided, reminders and scheduling is done properly without fail. Thomas has been very caring and does attend to any minor grievances in person. Chandru, the service advisor is very polite and courteous.

The staff listen to your car problems and resolves them at the earliest. Just point out in detail you expectations and it will be taken care by Ms Divya. They have chargeable pickup and drop service with online payment which helps.

My car had a rat bite and the engine was getting switched off. Called up Jixon (Sr. Service Manager) at MSR, Yeshwantpur service station. Asked what the issue could be. He asked to open the bonet and got onto a video call. He suspected rat bite and suggested to get the vehicle towed to the serv station to ensure no further damage. He also proactively checked if I had taken the roadside assistance. When I was unsure, he asked for the vehicle details and promptly called back once he verified I had indeed taken up the same. Helped me with the contact number to book for towing my vehicle.There was a prompt action taken by the vendor and within 15-20 minutes had my vehicle picked.At the service station, Jixon himself came up to inspect and highlighted the issue. Then he assigned Shashi to have the issue fixed. Shashi ran the software to check the damage and provided the estimate for the repair and also recommended to go for a coating to minimise revent future rat bites (he also promptly uodatedaupdated that if its rodent then it may not work) and also that it usually lasts for 4 to 5 months.Assured me to deliver the vehicle at the specified time and re-confirmed the same an hour in advance.The customer service team is also very helpful and overall a courteous staff. Doing their job amidst the covid situation.A wonderful experience indeed and a smooth resolution of the issue and service for my car which was overdue.Thank you !

I had given my 2014 Diesel Honda City for Clutch Replacement here in Jan 2020. They quoted a Reasonable price over phone (Senior Advisor Mohan) and the final bill also remained close to the initial quote. Initially they had asked for 3-4 days time for the task but they gave the vehicle back in 2 days itself. The Work done has been excellent. They also included a complimentary Car Wash before returning the car back to me.The Service Advisor Chandru, listened to me and my problem thoroughly and understood my needs. Overall happy with the Service provided and I would recommend them. Appreciate the great work done!

Overall it was a good experience.Suggestion- The rest rooms must be provided with tissues and air driers instead of a Single Towel for people to use. Especially under the present Covid-19 situation.

I moved to Brigade Honda in Yelahanka after trying them once for two reasons1. Very money minded, want to extract money out of you and service is not good, my car starting to eat tyre, they started to get worn out quickly, because they botched up the alignment. This after getting new suspension job done from them. They did not take responsibility for the mistake.2. They dont support on weekends, Brigade Honda does.

Service center is near to people in North Bangalore. The staff are friendly and the service manager welcomes, says Hi to every customer. The waiting lounge can be improved. Also the service advisors can be more knowledgeful on cars than merely be sales person. Overall good place for getting your Honda car serviced.

Worst possible service centre I have been to. These guys only beg and plead to give our car for service but when it comes to returning the car no one is bothered. They picked my car in the morning promising to return in the eve. The concerned person who called regarding the estimation also promised to give the car back by eve. Later they call around 7.30pm and say it won’t be possible and promises me the next day around 10am. Wen I call them around 11am they casually say the driver will leave in 10 minutes. Absolutely no professionalism.. because of these guys I had to cancel my Christmas dinner and the next day I had to sit at home without going to office just to get my car back.

Good work ethics, people follow up and get issues to closure. Moved from another dealership to Magnum Honda and their service surpasses others by miles.

The quality of service is good in terms of work quality. However two biggest issues are wait time to get someone to attend to you is high and the location of the place is the worst. You dont get taxis or autos to drop your car and pick up your car. They dont have a pick up or drop facility to nearest metro or bus stop. They also dont have enough drivers to pick up and drop off the vehicle even if you book services a week in advance. You end up losing an entire day.
