Service executive Mr.Lokanadham was very helpful and had a good knowledge about the cars. Had a good experience. Best place to get Maruti car serviced including Nexa cars too. If any one is planning to visit avoid time between 1- 2 oclock as its lunch time. Have a waiting room with water, coffee and washroom too. Its always better to call and visit.

Ive gone here around 4-5 times and my experiences so far have been positive. Pleasing friendly service, willing to handle requests for urgent service and delivery. I have mainly interacted with Service Advisor Mr Venkatesh, Service Manager Mr Santhosh and mechanics Abhishek and Shekhar. Thanks to them and all the other mechanics and service advisors that have helped.

General Service Advisor and body repair service advisor advised about all possibilities and they took initiative for all issues and called me for each and every issue... The vehicle was delivered with all repairs done and vehicle was in superb condition... Service advisor advised me about additional points that can be claimed in next service... Power window will not go up and I needed it repaired urgently. They had part (Glass machine for power window driver side for Alto K10) but in store elsewhere and it was closed on Sunday. So repair could not be done. Please keep store open if workshop is open. Attention was prompt and courteous. But job was not done.

I have been with these guys for more than 18 years now and they have never given me a reason to look elsewhere. Ask for Mahadev Swamy to help advice you for all details pertaining to your car. Rest of the staff are also very competent and professional. Their spares division is well stocked and their body shop is one of the best I have seen in a long journey. If you are claiming insurance then this is the place to be at.

Very Bad and unethical Maruti Service Station . Body shop is worst , almost spent around Rs 45000/- for my Maruti 800 car painting but paint and metal paste peeling all over. Around Rs 25000/- spent on engine and other body parts , still performance of the vehicle is not up to the mark.

Untrustworthy people. When I said, I want engine oil to be changed at shell, so a general service without oil change is enough, they said the software will not allow that; it will charge for engine oil by default. I checked with another Maruti Suzuki Authorised Service Centre who uses the same software and understood that what Mandovi Motors Goruguntepalya people said was a lie. I didnt give my vehicle for service then.

Seems there are no skilled professionals in body repair department, i gave my car to fix the dents on Baleno and they have completely changed the color of the car, half of the car looks a different color. Quality is very poor and i really doubt if there are any professional technicians or skilled people working here. Please go find another workshop if you really want No-Discrepancy. Got a big disappointment from Maruti and Mandovi :(

Hmmm what do I know off this place other than the fact that this used to be where I would get my car serviced, until it became so bad that I realised it was the service stations fault that my car is always breaking down. Ohhh yes, I remember, this is the very service station which shot to fame when a customer posted a video from his Maruti Suzuki cars dash cam, which showed the mechanics and managers at this place doing nothing at all, screwing around on the car and charging the customer a bomb.
