No one to fill petrol for cars, waited 5 minutes no one bothered. Better is to fill in other Indian bunks. At least somebody will approach to fill.

Good friendly Staff. Very good quality Fuel with which vehicle engine is well maintained and gives good performance & durability.Have option for shell go plus for regular customers and get benefits with points based on amount you have spent on fuel. But this takes your time as you need to scan your shell go app code and produce your fuel receipt to get the points added at the shell counter.And sometimes due to network issue it takes more time for this process.

Needless to say, Shell always delights its customer with their service. This is a all in under one roof facility. The place has services like petrol and Diesel (obviously), tyre pressure, car wash, restrooms and also a mini Super market. Staffs are very kind and this is located next to the ramamurthinagar main road. Overall 4/5. This facility is 24 hours and also they have 24 hours cafe.

Good place with nice customer service and superior quality of fuel worth every rupee and also have a clean surrounding with a small cafe for your needs while refuling. They also offer oil checks and oil change if required for your vehicle. Windscreen cleaning also available for four-wheelers is asked. Overall they give a good service to the customer with quality assurance

When they started the station 3 years ago, they were quite good. As time passed, their sevice started coming down like indian oil/ bp stations. People visit shell mainly for service namely 1) free air 2) no cheating in petrol quantity or quality 3) good staff who attend customer requirements.Unfortunately, in recent times things started drifting away from their earlier maintenance like 1. No manned free air 2. No free front mirror wash. 3. Non resposive staffI have a simple question: why one should come to u paying more , when services are as normal as in othet places

It is good and service also very good. Staff are behaviour wise good. Rate of shell petrol will give better milage compare to others. Basavanagar and near to HAL colony, this is best place to fill the petrol. Bike oil changing also done here free of cost except price of oil. Light snacks, journey requirement, water bottle are also available at MRP.

Highly recommend the Oil change service. I got the Engine, Coolant changed along with engine flush. They provide cost effective and transparent service.

Price difference for normal petrol it is costly 93.3 per litre but in shell 99. Which is really a big difference if you are fuelling full tank so it would be really gud if its just one or two rupees difference not 7 or more then that

One of the best petrol stations in Bengaluru

Never expected this kind of services from them. They put petrol showing zero in the meter, but in reality the petrol was never filled. Just the empty has that comes out of the funnel. My petrol meter never increased, when went and asked they behaved rudely asking for bill (which he never gave). These are such kind of people who decreases the brand value of the company. Please dont ever consider this bunk.

To fill petrol they are open by 6.00am but check air they are not the, because previous one they earn, next one is freeUndependable

Place is maintained pretty well for it’s still a few months to about an year old since opening. The area is big enough to accommodate the queue of vehicles that line up for refuelling. The place is right in the middle of an already busy street where traffic hog is a common scene. No specific complaints on the fuel in itself as it’s Shell that we’re talking about but on the staff, I wish they were friendlier. The guy who serviced my request conveniently reset the machine after refuelling without even allowing me look at the amount of fuel or the amount that I needed to pay. He also tried convincing me that there was no other way to find out the amount but to just trust what he quoted he had seen before resetting the machine. I had to go talk to the supervisor and have them go through their system or CCTV before making the payment. Turned out, the guy who refuelled my vehicle was a trainee. For putting someone unqualified at the vending machine for servicing customers, I am taking out a star.

Newly opened shell petrol pump at RM NAGAR. Good service by the staff. Petrol filling is quick. Separate counter for bikes and cars. Free engine oil change is also good. Mechanic does good job in checking oil and also suggests if oil change is needed. There is also a convenience store which sells basic grocery items, snacks and soft drinks.

The individual who operates the air filling station is not trained at all. This has happened to my car twice and only when I got my air filled at this particular shell.The first time, the gentleman forgot to close the valve leading to a terrible puncture. I thought this was a one off and I decided not to go ahead and judge the place. Although this morning this very same thing happened once again.I think its important for shell to think of better customer service which is great but get your training right please.

As always, Shell is a charm and your vehicle destination for a hassle free fuel filling. Even-though the station is fumbled abreast RM Nagar society, it is a place with void regrets. the convenience store is cool. staff are polite and do the job amicably. Fare-thee-well shell !!

Higher quality fuel. Good service offerings in terms of wind shield cleaning, oil change etc. Air for tyres available free of cost. 2 stars are missing due to lack of expertise of the workers. I normally fill a full tank for my bike but some of the workers do not know how to adjust the nozzle to reduce the flow rate as fuel level approaches maximum capacity. I have noticed this quite a few times at this station.

Great service however they try hard to get you to buy their additive added fuel which is close to Rs 90. I dont think it is worth it. They are the most expensive fuel selling company. That said their staff are exceptionally trained.

This is a big well maintained station. Shell offers better service than other brands. The fuel is of premium quality they also other services such as..Engine oil change.You can even get Snacks , beverages, helmets, car and bike care products which can be quite useful.

Though I am not a big fan of Shell, this place has decent space m enough area inside the pump and can get in and out of the bunk easily. I do not prefer fuels from Shell pumps as I never noticed any milage improvements or refinement. Instead noticed oil getting black at a faster pace.

An important petrol pump in this area most people prefer this around the area as it is the only people prefer it. It is well maintained with being a lot busy most of the time. But overall it is a good petrol pump nearby and most important one. The staff is really very good and helpful as Shell is a really well known company its really very good.

Always wished a Shell bunk to come up in RM Nagar and Im glad it finally did. The fuel, although a bit pricy, is of the best quality as far as Im concerned. The bunk also has a small store to pick up some quickies and engine oils and coolant also is available to pick up. They also have a free service for engine oil change for bikes and cars. Theyd also change your coolant if you want for free. Overall a good bunk to visit.
