The manager Mr.Thushar is good and friendly.. he helped me get my vehicle in 3hours and they meant it.. though it was my first service.. they were on time.. Liked their timely service.. and there is a interacting service point, where you can see what they are doing and even know few things about your car from the mechs.. The service advisor also helps the vehicle is ready by the said time ! The customers can wait in the customer lounge as well.. The lounge is clean and has TV and others.. The only sad part is the place is located very far away from the city..

Before going there think 100 times, recently I have taken my car for body shop initially they said intercooler issue , later they broken two of the angles deliberately and charged around rs 60k all put together which initially Pradeep told can be claimed, after paid cash by me there is no claim received from insurance. Its hurts me a lot till now.all they want is increase the bill amount and not customer point of view, fraudsters. There is no call from them ,just name shake replied by owner and that no is with some one else.

Service was polite and good, complete update was given on time.. Keep going in the same way

Visited JSP ford fr first time on 9th SEP , I had purchased pre owned EcoSport n hence wanted to do general check up with one rare side indicator replacement. Manoj from team was very professional n helped in addressing all my queries n he insisted not to change few parts which I thought may need change. I am using my ford classic fiesta and given to JSP ford service center in Kudlu gate & C.K. Palya. I came to know this service center thru my friend contact. I given for 50km general service in kudulu gate and for body shop work in C.K. Palya ( as I need both the work to be done at the same time)Regarding the general service and body shop work, they have attended all my concerns and given the right advice under reasonable cost.Even I requested to replace some of the parts but they have double checked and suggested parts are looks good nothing to replace.Also they are very friendly and responded to all my calls.There is lock down during this COVID 19 situation and service center closed, so I thought my vehicle will be delayed. But once lock down released, they worked full fledged and ordered the parts etc.. and they made my delivery happened On time as well.Really I am thankful to Mr. Srinivas who supported me a lotAnd his team Mr. Thangaraj, Mr. Ragavendra, and Mr. Rajesh from body shopso you will get right advice with right price and I am very happy that my car delivered as I expected 😍🤩🚗🚗.KUDOS to the team 👍👍👍
