I have been with them for 5 years.The labour charges are equal to that of the parts used. My last two service charges are too high and not value for the service.Inspite of my previous bad experience, i thought to give another chance and gave for issue of water leakage in sun roof, Service engineer suggested the panel and the pipe needs to replaced instead of cleaning the pipe alone and making necessary correction on the block. Other request also had a similar advice of having replacement instead of repair.This time delivery was also very bad, the car delivery was brought without even proper cleaning and had to resend to get it cleaned. Disoriented the FastTag, shabby windsheild, dashboard. Asked them to take back and then they returned with cleaned. Finally parting off with them for good.Highly recommend not to go with them. Not the value for the money you shell, since the motto doesnt seem to be customer value oriented.

One of the worst Authorised service station I have seen. Non of the mechanic are qualified and trained the know only to do free service. I gave my Scorpio for over heating and they took one month to rectify and at last the removed the engine without my permission and charged me 83000 RS. It was just small problem .Just because they get incentive the cheat the customer. It is better to give it in local workshop.

Its a shameful thing for this India Garage.....I have been waiting for a spare part of Bolero plus (9seater) since 14th January 2020.And.....its 05 th of febFebru... And Mahindra still has no parts to provide.... Very very poor service..... funny thing is that.... irresponsible people who work here are thinking themselves wise n telling me, it vil take another 4 days to arrive..... People who believe in India Garage n Mahindra , may turn away because of such disgusting staff.....

Mechanics working there are not sure what d issue is and billed me approximately 50k in this month, but d problem still persists.Brief: There is some sort of noice that comes from the base of the vehicle first time when I left d vehicle I clearly told them to get it fixed (person informed me that they have to change some rod which will cost 12k. I agreed to it and told them to change it. Car was there in d garage for 3 days)Received a call after 3 days stating my vehicle is ready for delivery with a Bill of 38000rs. It was not even 10min after d vehicle was delivered I got to hear the same sound again. I immediately spoke to the person who attended the vehicle and I formed him. He said that they have lubricated something and it will take time to get adjusted.i agreed to wait for 2 more days and see, but the issue was still there after 2days. Meantime one of them from IG had called for a feedback.I again explained him the issue and he Informed that the rod needs to be changed. I was shocked to listen that it was not changed.That person informed me that he is going to give a call once the part was available.(Till then I was in a assumption that it was changed with a new one) I agreed to wait for his call, but there was no call for a week. Later I called them for an appointment.This time it was a new story. They informed me that the issue was because of left lower arm as it was damaged. Initially when I left d vehicle 1st time I myself told dem to change it which was not done. They changed it and this time the Bill was 9800rs. But d issue is still ongoing. They want me to leave d vehicle again for d 3rd time in this month again with the estimated price of 15k, but still they are not sure where d noice is coming from. Its better to get d vehicle serviced by a local mechanic rather then paying this guys who dont know where d issue is but still billing me with uncessary changes.....
