Pleasant Delivery Experience. Thanks to Sandeep for swift delivery of my Tata Safari Adventure Persona. He was quite prompt in replying to all of my queries and helped me explaining about vehicle and accessories. I got my vehicle delivered on promised date. There is just one cons which I would like to highlight is he needs to keep customer informed about any delay of the vehicle (I received my vehicle almost after 4 months due to covid) because I had to ping him every time to know the status.

When I opted for Tata to buy a new car, it was opposed by family and friends but i still went ahead and my experience was pleasant surprise, got my vehicle well ahead of schedule. I found Kul Bhushan from the sales team very genuine and honest. He gave right kind of advice and ensured all the processes go on smoothly, he has always been very patient in answering questions and never made any unrealistic promises. Definitely he is one of the best sales guy I have ever come across.

I got a Tata harrier xza+ plus recently from team leader of this showroom Navneeda and Annapoorna. I was amazed by their support and friendliness in helping me out with my queries and requests. Worst, Very bad experience with this showroom, its 2 week asking for test drive, seems the sales person dont bother to reply or return call. how can get good sales persons? We should have options to choose good sales person from past record. If before sales this kind of response what will happen after.

Very pathetic and awful experience with this dealer. I have booked my Tata Harrier on 17th Feb 2021 upon getting a commitment from them to get the delivery before 1st March 2021.After so many follow ups i came to know that they delivered this car to another customer and didnt even bothered to inform me about this!In the interim literally no response from them to my messages,calls..etc and left me in dark with no clear delivery date. Later on they promised many delivery dates as ritual of false commitments and of course this is how they work. Their cooked up stories of delayed delivery went on for months and finally they delivered the car after long 4 months of waiting in late June.You can imagine the pain i went through in doing follow ups and fallen hopes ! Finally they made me to sit whole day in the showroom on delivery day(during this pandemic situation). It was an eventful day only with worst experiences.Identified a scratch on car during delivery and car was not cleaned at all.No proper explanation of the vehicle been given,No key handover process, delivered the vehicle at dark basement area at back side of showroom.Their sales manager and team is not professional at all and if you are planning to buy a Tata car ,go for other dealers. They dont even deserve 1 star but yes there is no option to rate zero or less.This team in Kropex needs big time transformation for sure to become atleast preliminary level professionals. Such a horrible experience i had ..

On visiting 4 times and calling for a dozen times for a test drive there is nothing called a customer service and professionalism. Being customer we ourselves have to follow up if the test drive vehicle is ready or not and kept wasting time waiting for a test drive. We are now really bothered if the test drive takes so much of hustle, god knows if we will do right thing purchasing a car from Tata. We wanted to have indian brand car so we considered tata as first choice but there is no comparison of services from other renowned brands which is making us worried because before purchasing only we dont see any customer service.

I always wished to own a Tata Nexon ever since its launch in the year 2017. It was only in 2020 when the facelift variant was launched, I finally decided to book one. With this in mind I approached one of the popular Tata Motor dealers near the Whitefield area which was very close to my place and booked the XMA(S) version in the first week of October 2020. Though the standard waiting period was 8 weeks, the dealer assured me of the delivery in 5 weeks at the time of booking. However even after waiting for 12 weeks and doing numerous follow ups, there was absolutely no update from the dealer on delivery of my vehicle. Disappointed and frustrated, I started exploring about other popular sub compact SUVs. But somewhere in my heart I knew owning any SUV other than Nexon will never give me a sense of satisfaction. Thats when I decided to give one more try with a different dealer this time. I cancelled my existing booking with the previous dealer and rebooked a XZA+(S) variant with Kropex Motors. Mr. Thimmesh from Kropex Motors was allotted as the Sales Consultant and he coordinated right from the booking to the delivery. The process was extremely smooth and professionally handled. At each step, regular updates were provided by Mr. Thimmesh to keep me informed about the status of my booking. In fact the delivery of my vehicle was arranged within 6 weeks of booking. I would really like to thank Kropex Motors and Mr. Thimmesh in particular for arranging the delivery and restoring my faith in Tata Motors.

We bought Tata Nexon vehicle November 2020 and looking back I realized it was a very bad decision to buy Tata vehicle from electronic city kropex auto dealership. Kropex auto has really given a very bad experience with the servicing of our car.Disappointed and Terribly disturb after facing so much of issue with my nexon vehicle after 2nd servicing. I had issue with wheel allingment which was not taken care at 1st time when I gave my vehicle for 2nd service on 29th July car was not even cleaned and washed and given to me. After raising complaint car was pickup again on 6th July and given back on 7th july however wheel allingment was done Now vehicle sounds like 100 year old car.. There is disturbing noise coming while driving the vehicle. I dont know what test drive they have done after getting wheel allingment done and sending the car back.

Hi I have booked the New Tata tiago xz plus 2021 on 6th June and till date I did not get the vehicle test drive aslo we will tell saleman he told will arrange but not yet and we have compromise with that aslo and yesterday Sbi Bank paid the Rs 6 lakhs to kropex motor hosa Road bangalore - 560068 still no update where is my car and when I will get the delivery I really feel like its very worst and bad experience for the 1st time buyer and if in this case seriously service will be even more worst, bad, and painful to us and my sister and family members are asking me the where is the car Kropex Tata motor............................................ Called for service at 7th july 11:17 amIt was my first service ... They told me to wait for 7 days ...and told service can be done on 14th JulyI mean seriously ???? I have to travel Out of town thats why purchased Harrier spending 25-26 lacs on car and now u r telling me to wait for a week for service ???? I bought my Altroz XZ petrol from here in Jan, pre Sales is good and center has all facilities. But the worst part is post sales and service, within 2nd service I got to know that they are issues on my vehicle and the team at this center is overloaded and not able to handle issues, I still have open queries which are pending (in case of response back from TATA, I have already dropped the mail and followed up with no help). Service issues are not resolved even in my 1st and 2nd service. Post buying service assistance is quite bad managers are not responding or else bypassing all queries with no resolution.Real bad service over all with good options to improve and help the good brand of TATAs.

I have had a terrible experience of booking Nexon automatic vehicle. I have waited for 8 weeks now and there is no vehicle yet. I am sorry to say that but this is unacceptable.We understand that there can be issues but this was not informed to me even once. I had to do various followups and I did not get even one call from the sales representatives.I will never book or suggest booking from Kropex Auto where they dont understand the feelings of the customer.Sad to see Indian company Tata Motors doing this.

Visited Kropex motors twice with a friend to order and to receive his new car. The executives are helpful but there is less regard from Tata motors. The executive has complained a few times about company not giving solution or company not addressing the issues etc. I felt tata motors as a typical Govt organisation where company exhibits least care for the customer. Only sales representative/executive are responsible to answer the customer.

While Tata has come a long way in designing safe & secure cars for Indian buyers, but they have a long way to go in terms of customer service.Request 1-1Z3EJT8O for Tata Nexon EV pending since Feb 26 despite multiple follow ups. Very good experience with sales person Mr. Thimmesh at Kopex auto Hosur road, Thimmesh was prompt and knowledgeable to address all our queries and also arranged test drive at Home for Nexon Automatic variant. Also, showed us vehicles in stock to get better Idea of colours available to choose from.Had no major concerns but dealership should work to ensure good customer experience during rush time on weekends etc. Also, car brochure and price list etc. Quality of documents can be improved, will also suggest to ensure cleaning and sanitisation of test drive vehicles for better experience.

We have booked the car on November 19th, today 25th of Jan 2021, still we are Waiting for billing, they promised will deliver on December end, but now not responding for phone calls, no call backs, very bad experience, please avoid this show room.

They dont even deserve 1 star. We visited this showroom and told them we need some time to think to decide which car to book. by the time we reach home. they started calling us after each and every hour to ask what did you decide?. so after two days we went to the showroom and booked the car as they told us that youll get car in 2 weeks time. we booked the car after that no response from them. if we call them they dont pick up the call. So visited the showroom they said it will take 8 weeks time for car manufacturing. we never said that youll get within 2 weeks. so ln short they fool customers. we talked to manager . same he does not response. so we told them that we will cancel. so they were like so rude. ok cancel and pay the cancellation charges. so this how they are treating their customers. the most horrible experience we ever had.

We got our Nexon last week from kropex. My experience with them was good. Sales consultant Manu M and his team leader was pro active in sharing the technical features and making the transaction smooth.

While we were deciding on the car, they would call us, whatsApp (Good Morning and Good Nights as well) every single day. Finally we booked the car Tata Nexon on November 5, 2020. Today its Jan 23, 2021 and we are following up with them everyday. They are not sure as well when we will receive it. Have been trying to reach the GM over phone but in vain. The customer support has been useless as well. I have been having a horrible experience so far with my purchase of TATA Nexon, The team is not at all supportive and things taking eternity to get resolved. I didnt even received my number plate of the vehicle which is now close to 1 week now.

Very bad service. Had a very tough time with these guys. They will care and bother only until they get the booking. Once after the booking amount is taken, they will test your patience to the core. Not only they delayed the vehicle by 4 months when they originally promised to give in just 8 days. And also they have fulfilled any promise they made at the time of booking. Accessories was what I was promised at the time of booking and ended up saying that it was not written anywhere and they will not be giving it. They will make you wait for each and every step of the entire process. That wait is not just short. It screws up your happiness of booking the car and make you forget if you have booked one.

I recently took a car from Kropex - Tata Nexon. I did the test drive with Pradeep, he made sure to give all the details and patiently answer all our queries. We called him a few more times post that for the test drive, and he made sure to follow up and come for the test drives. He helped throughout the process of booking till we got our delivery and even post that.We faced a lot of delay and difficulty post Booking our car due to the delay coming from Tata. We were talking to everyone at that time including people from Tata. We sometimes saw that people were not responding on time or not atall responding. With Pradeep that was not the case he used to act as the listening piece for us and also made sure to always follow back as that was something which was giving us much needed assurance.He helped during PDI as well and also post delivery when we noticed that the mud flap was a little loose, he himself tightened those for us.The best thing about Pradeep is that he is very polite and he makes sure to follow up, no matter what. Pradeep was one major reason to make the experience somewhat better during the long waiting period.If I had to give a rating to Pradeep I would have given him 5 out of 5 stars.One other person who constantly talked and helped us was Kaveri. She is very polite and made sure to listen to all our queries and answer them out. Kaveri was very transparent on the situation and helped us during the waiting period.

Worst experience after purchasing 06 months...Initially I was having positive impression while sales discussion ( aggression, hospitality & timely respond ). After purchasing a car sales guy will be completely forget us ( he will be calling after 15 days to follow for the {positive feedback } Email confirmation regarding car performance, once after our Email he will forget ), if we contact for any issues he will wash his hand showing his finger to Service department without any concurrence.Later there is no proper follow up , response and especially no good hospitality provided from Service department. 1st service was promised to return my car for 04 hours but they took 06 hours ( after pushing by myself they didnt cleaned car well & delivered ).During my second service promised me for 07 hours but it was taken 10 hours . I went in the evening around 5:30pm, the service rep told me to wait for another couple of hour ( Its okay if they really provide me good hospitality, but I was really hungry and nothing was taken care, I was so uncomfortable even I cant walk and take fresh up out side also due to Covid scenario).So guys please purchase a car one who cares/Respect you after sales also. Money not matters always.Aside to Kropex please respect customers after sales also & train your employees to treat customer as Athithi Devo Bhava.Let customer feel happy and comfortable. Except money you have to build good relation with customer.Based on my experience surely I wont prefer Kropex to any of my colleague ,Friends and relatives in future.

I had Booked Nexon xz+(s) on 25th of October and at that time we were Assured a delivery within 8 to 10 weeks.We were told many dates like first they mentioned 20th December 2020, then 1st January 2021, then 4th January 2021 and now it is 15th January 2021 and neither the dealer nor Tata motors have any update.Everytime we ask dealers they have no updates and no final date about delivery. They always blame the production and the supply chain and behave as if it doesnt matter to them. Even the manager doesnt receive the call nowadays.There is no proper response on the deliver date of the car even after sending mails.The dealer has the famous answer “Sir the number of bookings has increased” I just wanted to say one thing to Tata motors: when you are not able to supply the cars on time, please dont take the bookings and dont play with the Customers feelings.We too can understand that there is a delay, but as a customer I need to know the final delivery date?We are very frustrated because of this pathetic response from the dealer as well as Tata motors.I could have gone for other brands but the sole reason to buy Tata vehicles was to choose a brand of our country but if this is the pre sales service then I am wondering how would be the post sales service? We are very much disappointed with Kropex Auto and Tata Motors as well.All our occasions for buying the car have been ruined.

Same response in both the places...They dont even bother to ask the customer what we need.. this is the response before buying not sure what will happen after the purchase... No one will come to explain the vehicle specifications.until I book the car, they promised max to max itll take 40 days to deliver the vehicle. Its been, 35days from the date I booked the car. Still not even billed in manufacturing plant. How come they deliver vehicle within 40 days?I made worst decision by booking TATA Vehicle from korpex motors. Dont expect anything good from these people.

Pathetic services of kopex.. Today I visited the service center of hosur road and was there to check one of the technical issue of my Tiago .. before going there I called them and I spoke to Arvind and he asked me to visit service center.. When I reached I told them that have a kids sleeping in the car and pls check..i was waited for 15 minutes and he didnt bother to come also he didnt assign other technician to check.. I was disapointed and and came to home without getting checked. this behaviour didnt go well with me and future I ll not visit your showroom..

Hi All,I booked my Tata Nexon XZ+ red color on Aug 19 of 2020 and delivered on 11 Oct 2020. Initially They promised me to deliver in 4 or 5 weeks. After that they kept on saying next week or so. Some point of time I got frustrated with the way they responded. But I realized and understood the exact problem with Tata nexon as the production was very less and demand was more. Due to this reason they could not deliver on promised date. Specially I would like to say thanks and appreciate the support given by Rakshit who is customer advisor in this show room. He has very good soft skills to convince the customer.Overall I have good experince with Kropex show room and hope it will be continue to be good in the future as well in servicing and maintance of my car.I wish you good luck.

Strongly recommend not to buy any accessories from any TATA dealer, they dont have accurate standard of working while we ask for extra fittings.I have experience with this dealer, very lazy service, no interest to understand what customer is asking they just make us sit in customer longue and finally when car is ready for delivery you see it is not what you expect.Ex. Illuminated logo not fixed properly, when asked it is ok for them. For me the logo is not sitting in the center of locating plate.

DO NOT BUY FROM KROPEX MOTORS! -- Receipt Attached, Genuine Review -- Booked on my Wifes Name.We have had one of the Worst Experiences of our life here when we decided to buy our first car. We booked a car with them with a promise of delivery in 3 weeks, after 6 weeks and repeated follow ups, they told that they cannot deliver us the car.After prolong insistance,they gave us a refund, nevertheless, not once apologized for being unprofessional and wasting 2 months of our time. Despite it being their fault of not delivering the booked Vehicle, we were treated as if they are doing us a favor by returning us the booking amount without charging cancellation fees. The staff here is extremely unprofessional, they are not courteous, will talk and follow up only until you pay the booking amount, after that its your job to keep asking them for your vehicles status. In terms of financial assistance, all you get is a contact number of Bank Personell, the whole process is to be done by you.On cancellation, I lost the money I paid for Loan Processing as well, which was 1,200.00 only, but it was a loss for chosing this dealership and nothing else.Please do not buy from this place, if at all you want to buy a Tata Motors car, at least chose a different dealership.

We had booked the Tata Nexon car in the month on October but till now we have not received the delivery date of the car. Its almost 13 weeks, but still our car has not yet got delivered. There is no proper response for the mails and calls also.

Terrible and unprofessional attitude by sales person Adarsh,after missing multiple appointments ,test drive was missed even today,after having spoken in the morning for confirmation,he didnt get test drive vehicle today also, Pathetic Attitude!

Service is not at all good. The delivery is very late. Not all meeting the commitment. Very difficult once you pay advance. Be carefull if you book your car there. I have on 14th June still not sure of delivery date. Hope I get soon, as I have got my loan approval today its difficult to wait.

One of the worst ever sales staff. The one who begs on streets will have more manners than that showrooms sales staff. Firstly nobody responds, they dont have enough knowledge or information about their own cars, they will say there are no offers at all when there are plenty and when that was shown to them via website then they obliged. They will mostly be sitting in a group and chitchat the whole time. They are ruining our respectable Tata brand. Atleast Prerana Motors and Concorde were doing a good job. I urge the Tatas higher authority to replace the lazy lethargic staff in this outlet with a better set of deserving people.

Mobile number mentioned is no use.You can never reach them.

They are very professional - specifically timewise. If they tell you something will be done in 1 hr it will for sure be done in 1 hr.
