Had a wonderful experience while having my Volkswagen Vento serviced. Honest in terms of what is required and dont add things just to increase the cost. I had earlier asked for gear oil change however Adarsh and Tejas checked it and gave clear explanation of wait for another 20k km before doing it. Harsha who is a co-owner has been really helpful and supportive on the overall experience. Would definitely suggest to try this out

AVOID THESE CHEATERS!! Parts used are not original as they claim!!Why I called them cheaters is because they promise you something and deliver something else. I had written a 5* positive review a year back but now Im forced to change it due to my experience post the service in the following months that was least expected in terms of the quality of spares that they use and the staffs attitude when approached with a problem.The sequence of events have taken place almost a year back and I couldnt find time to put down my experience till this day.My car Vento TDI was due for 5th service in October 2017 and I called in carista for service. They changed parts as per factory schedule wherein I was skeptical about the diesel filter since this was not branded nor bought from the vw vendors. The service advisors assured me that all is perfect and nothing to worry about. I use my car mainly for long trips and least within the city. I Have serviced the vehicle with authorized service centers for the last 4yrs but have never had a any hassles with the vehicle until I decided to go with these frauds from carista.On 12th May 2018, I was traveling with my mother and wife to trivandrum from Bangalore. My car started leaking diesel and I realized this only when I stopped at the Madurai toll at 11:30am wherein people rushed to my vehicle asking me to switch off the ignition. I did so and was shocked to see the amount of leak. I initially thought that its engine oil leak but the toll staff confirmed that its fuel and not oil. They helped me to push the the vehicle to the side and arranged assistance from vw madurai. I opened the bonet and noticed that the engine bay was drenched with diesel flowing down from the diesel filter.To Gods grace I must say that a major mishap was averted and then the vw madurai assistance reached us in 20mins. They inspected and explained the root cause being problematic diesel filter and said that this is what will happen if we choose to put in spurious parts!! Mainly the quality of the diesel filter was as such that it could not take the pressure and caused leakage.I contacted the staff from carista over whatsapp with the details of the issues and the risk at which I was put through. Her answer was The mistake is not from our end the service was done in October. Ok so I was not told that their spares are worth only 6 months and the rest depends on customers luck. I have attached the conversation, pics where you can see the diesel leak and the trail.Please dont trust these people with your vehicle. I might have saved 3k as compared to the authorized service center but in the end I didnt have a positive experience from carista be it service or customer interaction.We rather stick to the authorized service centers cos its just not worth the risk we take by putting in spurious parts and saving money for the time being and risking the vehicles performance.EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING!!

I had a dead battery and availed service from Carista to get it replaced. Customer care followed up keenly to finalize the estimate and send the Technician for assistance, same day.Technician, Hemant was prompt to replace the battery and do a check on other aspects to get my car on the road again. Appreciate the timely help. I will recommend and avail their service again.

I have been using carista for a year now.They have very professional mechanics.They went beyond their stipulated work to help me.I called them for a regular servicing. On the same day, my power window stopped working. While they were doing the servicing, I told them about my problem.They finished the servicing work, then started working on figuring out the power window issue.They spent almost an hour on it, figured out the problem and fixed it. I was surprised that they did not charge anything extra for that work .Very happy with their service.Good luck to them!

Excellent service. My Honda City had problem with the speedometer and also steering used to get locked while driving.Govind the assigned person was friendly and efficient. He was patient enough to run a thorough check.

Had a good experience with Carista, while replacing the silencer. They were timely, diligent and good at following up. The first time they had a faulty part, which was replaced promptly with another part from the vendor. Overall experience was good, would use again.

A completely satisfied, organised and professional service. The call was made at 11:00 am and the car was fixed and handed over at 5:30 pm. All conveniently done at my doorstep. Kindly keep up the same momentum in future. Only drawback is the website, doesn’t respond well.

Prompt service. I am satisfied with the service and they very well understood the urgency (as I had some unavoidable travel plans) and got the service delivered on the same day! No unnecessary process and everything done in 1 hour after two young guys reaching my place. I had asked for original parts and they told that they have original replacement parts. I am trusting them for that. Pricing is reasonable and the entire work is done in front of you..(many service centers do not allow you to watch while they work on the car)... Keep it up and keep check on the prices to be reasonable. Good job Carista.

Did a service on my skoda superb and i am extremely satisfied. Did oil change with all filters, brake pad and disc replacement too. Job was done in a professional manner. Consumables of my choice (Engine oil Liqui Moly) and genuine spares were provided..

Not sure how they got favorable reviews. Technicians assigned to me were not having enough knowledge (they were literally beating around the bush to find the root cause). They charge rupees 1003 (850+taxes) for Vehicle Inspection and claim they do 260 point checklist. They did not even do the basic checks on their own. Their quote for replacing an AC compressor is 42K.Please dont choose these guys, all they have is FAKE REVIEWS.

An absolutely brilliant experience both by the staff and specially by technician Govind.My 10 year CRV had some hiccups. Honda showroom gave exorbitant quote and a timeline of 2 weeks. Govind got my car running in 48 hours at a fraction of the price. But more than the price, its the sheer transparency of the transaction and the professionalism that bowled me over. Highly recommended.

My car was not started so asked Carista to have look and fix it. The lady send 2 technician to just check what is the issue and take 1000 RS not to fix my issue.And that too after making me wait all through my morning. When people call doctor I dont think doctor tells abt disease only but rather prescribe medicine and give medicine if emergency. What I found is true unprofessional.. plz try to improve the service. I will definitely not call you guy again but if you do like this u will surely lose customer.

These guys tried to scam me with a cheap spare part which is different from the one mentioned in the quotation charging the same price. And that lady on phone explains me that there is no difference between a brake pad of Brembo, Bosch, Trw and Delphi.

We are very happy with Caristas process, efficiency and attention to details. Right from initiating the request they kept us informed. Technicians come on time and are very focused on solving the issue. I used Carista multiple times now - AC repair (major), basic servicing, battery service and others. Had an excellent experience with the team at Carista. Stuck to their cost and time estimates. More importantly, the solution to this problem would have set me back by Rs. 13,000 at the authorised dealership - as they just replace and do not have the concept of repairing/ overhauling - in comparison, Carista solved the issue for Rs. 2,500. Will definitely recommend them.

No repair done, i had called for service they just came in removed the wheels and swapped it around .No cleaning done.Oil replacement was done in my absence, not sure if they did it.The whole purpose of calling them for service was i had some issue with silencer padding as they claim, they said they do not have spares to fix it and left .but i was charged for general service with oil replacement :-(

Spoke to Faith at Carista, Bangalore. She walked me through the packages available and duration for the service. There were two service engineers Hemanth and Anand assigned for my request. She was very prompt in her responses and very patient to answer to all my queries.Got a general service done and a thorough inspection during which it was identified that my front shock and the clutch needed replacement, which was actually a very apt assessment. The clutch felt hard to me and I wanted to see if they had identified it, indeed they did. Waiting for a quote from them to have these replaced. All in all, I wouldnt have been this satisfied if I had gone for a service with the showroom.

Did periodic maintenance. Great service! Everything as per our needs, no upselling. Ashok and his partner did quality work. Would definitely recommend.

My Suzuki Esteem VXI (2004) broke down and I had no option of towing it back to any nearest service stations, and that is when CARISTA Team did come for help.I called up CARISTA help line and seek help to fix my broken car, The Lady over phone was sweet to know the issues and set up an Inspection with the spare time of my conveniance.Next day CARISTA team has arrived and diagonesed the issue and suggested the remedy. Mr Govind, Hariharan, Hemanth & Srinivas were the team with knowledge bound to versatile brands and products. They have performed a wonderful job with great efforts to fix my car which had broken down in the middle of the street, they work under any condition. CARISTA must be proud of this guys.Stats -Problem:1-Fule pump Motor damaged.2- Fuel Float Assembly electric line damaged.3- Periodical Maintainance.Solution:Fuel pump motor replaced and float assembly had be taken back to service station and Mr. Govind had to redo the electrical line. Finally all issues fixed along with Periodical Maintainance.

Good service. Only replaced what was necessary. They reduced the bill from original quote for items not deemed necessary.

I had asked for AC expert to be sent who can isolate my car AC problem but they sent someone who just did top-up of gas which caused other issues when I was travelling to Kerala, in Kerala when AC was cutting off every second I took to local expert who released excess gas and also fixed valve leakage on low pressure line and charged just Rs.100/- instead of Carista who charged Rs.2400/-

Cartisan gave a qoute of 15k for break pads plus some 2or 3k labour charge for brembo brake pads when the reality is only 5k for brembo break pads for both front and back such cheaters avoid cartisan big time cheat and fraud company

After realizing that the Honda service center is good for nothing and is ripping me off i decided to try the service of Carista after going through number of reviews on google, facebook and team bhp. I got the service done last to last week and they didnt disappointed me. 2 service person were assign to me a day before and they came on time next day. Entire process took 2-3 hours and each / everything was done very professionally after giving due and logical reason for same. They explained things in so detail that first time i got to know the working and purpose behind different parts in my car. Was really happy and satisfied with the entire service and process.Keep up the good work and I would definitely recommend their services !!!

Excellent job of doorstep servicing done by Mr. Bala (Technician) on my Honda City car. The process was entirely transparent and they sent me the estimates before scheduling service. Not a single rupee was charged extra from me. Mr. Shailesh from Carista visited to do a surprise check during the servicing. Each and every details of the servicing was explained in layman terms to me. The entire process of servicing was handled in a professional manner by all staff of Carista i.e the customer executives, technicians and senior management. Thank you very much

After returning from abroad i was worried about cold starting my car and wanted all basic liquid changes and service done at door step before attempting to start the engine to avoid any damage. Carista proved to be just what i wanted. They promptly delivered what was promised. If not for a small communication gap between booking team and onsite mechanics which caused them to not get brakepads along, i could have given full five stars!! Nevertheless loved to see such startups springing up in bangalore. The convenience is well worth it.

I am annoyed by the way they had inspected my car. Their 220 points checklist did not find even the very obvious problems in the car.

Best place to get your car repiared

Those 3 starts for Carista billing transparency, However mechanic mani and Shankar were knowledgeable and helpful, they did their job neatly, For every stuff there is flat hidden labour charge of ₹300, e.g engine oil ₹1600 but mrp is 1300 change, and Joke is air filter mrp ₹140 what they would bill ₹485.They would charge GST on full amount but it should be charged only on service and not consumables 👎Charges are almost equal to MASS, + it will have ur service history and u get better resale, then why one should go for Carista

I have given my Chevvy aveo for suspension replacement. Not at all happy with the service. Now after 2K kms Im replacing with chevvy authorized service center for almost the same price but with peace of mind. Even though I paid for the original parts I learned from dealer, what it is fixed was not original. Not at all recommended for repairs. May be good for regular oil change etc. I learned it the hard way.

Good servicing done and car is running smoothly

I availed carista service for my Renault Duster clutch set replacement and periodic maintenance. All this was done at my doorstep by three technicians - Govind, Ashok & Anand. Few things i would like to call out about my experience1. The technicians arrived on time as committed.2. Clutch set replacement is a very cumbersome and time consuming activity requiring at least 4 hrs. They worked continuously without any breaks till the job was done, they weathered even slight drizzle, skipping lunch, working patiently through out.3. They explained the part that was going to be replaced and why it had to be replaced.4. Completed the work in the estimated time.There is difference when you witness minor repair work on your vehicle vis-a-vis something like clutch set replacement. The whole gear box is dismantled and put back together. However the workmanship of technicians gave me all the confidence. Post service, the gear switch is perfect, as smooth as knife cutting through butter.Carista pricing, what matters to most customers, is very reasonable as compared to showroom. One gets to see the genuine parts, that goes into the vehicle.This is not the first time Ive availed carista service. Approached Carista for servicing my VW Ameo. Since my car was not driven much , they inspected it and said that I can drive for another 2k kms before going for service. Happy with their straightforward and honest approach.

Bad experience.. They ruined the engine spare part during service.. I sent an email to them regarding this and no one is botherd to even acknowledge it and customer care no is not reachable..I got a call from their mechanic(not an authorized person to handle such situation) saying they will replace the part. I requested him, please have the authorized personal contact me or atleast respond to the email stating that the part will be replaced... No response yet... Pathetic service... If you love your car do not fall prey for CARISTA... PATHeTIC!!!!!

One of the worst place for Service. For Clutch plate replacement which cost Rs.4500 for parts they have charged Rs.8500 as labour. Labour charge oil change RS.500, Air filter Rs.100, In addition to Clutch plate change Rs.250 for transmission oil Change, Rs.50 washer fluid top up, Rs.100 for oil filter Change, Rs.1000 for Brake Pad change. Their website Price is fake. Website Price with Parts and Labour came around Rs.13,000 and finally my bill came around Rs.25,000. So please dont get cheated by Carista. Its really a worst service I had seen in my 10 years.Response To Carista for their Reply:-As I have referred my friend Akhil for Servicing his Honda City, I have all the right to comment on you.When Estimate is given, you have not provided all the items for eg. Salve Cylinder Cost and when you provide the estimate the Clutch Plate (Rs. 9,215) and Replace Plate (1,450) from Bosch Brand.Where as product delivered is Exedy Clutch Plate (Rs.) and NSK Release Bearing (Rs. ) which is Suitable for Brio, Amaze, Jazz, Mobililo. Before starting the work, we have asked the Engineer for Breakup bill and asked this product is right for Honda City. He informed that Estimate given is tentative and final bill will be provided with Actual Labour Cost and MRP and same is not provided after 1 month and still.As you said about warranty its just 2 months and same is not mentioned in your reply.I have attached my bills and Products which is used for my friend car (Honda City).As they Owner replied that my review is bullish and fake, its upto the individual to consider my review and our experience.Regards,Mohanraj S

The estimate given by Christa for door sill welcome light fixing was Rs.4800. same i have fixed with local car care shop for Rs..500.Also they are not clearly mentioned the initial estimate is only for visiting and inspection. Looks like they are not open to customer on estimate and charges...

I serviced my tata indica for wiper issue and brake . The service was awesome.Two guys Teza and Muthuvel were skilled enough , explained me the problem with good depth of technical .professional in their job . And service chargers are very competitive with such skilled guys.

Incorrect diagnoses and repair work for the issues with the vehicle.

Poor service, overcharging customers, Rs 440 coolant is being sold at Rs 840 saying Rs 400 is labour charge, did same for other components.

They messed up with my cars fuel filter, they broke the hose and put a tape and left silently without even informing .. dont go to these guys if its for any repair or replacement of parts
