I had a dent on the right hand side rear door and took it to this place after reading the Google reviews. Met with Mr Vijay who patiently listened to all my questions. I happen to see an XUV in the ceramic coating studio and enquired about it. Vijay explained the whole process of what a ceramic coating is, how it is done, its benefits, the 8 layer polishing, coating, cleaning, the entire life cycle. I was extremely satisfied with the explanation and decided to get ceramic coating done. I also spoke to Mr Leo who gave me a very handsome discount. When you go here ask specifically for Vijay, he is a great guy, very patient and calm. In fact he came on a Sunday to hand over the car keys to me coz I couldnt go to the workshop the previous day. True customer service!Went after 4 days to pick up the car and OMG I was blown away with the work they had done. I couldnt recollect the place where the dent was earlier. And the ceramic coating was just brilliant. The finish was smooth, the coating gave it a beautiful shining look. All the earlier imperfections were smoothened out. I was apprehensive initially after getting the ceramic coating for an old car like mine but it is totally worth it.Check out for yourself in the pics below and let me know in the comment if you think the car looks anything like a 6 year old car.

A special thanks to Mr.Joseph.Update: After I got my car back from its service, I noticed a squeaking noise coming from the left side of the boot.Took the car back and Mr.Joseph explained that there was wear and tear of other parts that were connected to the part that had been changed. Long story short, parts have been sorted and my 7 year old yeti feels like I just drove it out of the showroom. Kudos to the team!

April 2019: Went there again for a general service. Was happy with the work done, no unnecessary pushing for part replacements and tunings, did a very decent job indeed. One thing they do excel is car detailing and body repair work.. Mine is almost 5 yrs old but it looks as good as new!Oct 2018: Very good body repair work. Great customer service.

Amazing customer service- the shop closes at 7pm. I called the customer care that I am stuck in traffic will come late by 30 mins. They waited patiently. Understood the problem clearly, explained how they will go about fixing the major repairs in my car. Once I dropped the car the person walked me to road find transport to reach back safely. Got intimation on service done, detailed bill etc . No fuss no need to follow up. Cheerful n happy staff willing to go xtramile to help. Thanks Joseph n gang. Excellent service.

I have given my car twice to this garrage. The first time was to get my cars front panel repaired and the second time was to change the entire front panel. Both times they did a wonderful job. Not only was the car in better shape but they were quick in getting the repair done. Repair costs were high for me since it was a 11 yr old Toyota Corolla a comparatively bigger sedan.

Had a dent on my car and it was done so well and at a good price.

It was my first time with Koovers and that got me in touch with Mr. Joseph from Car Bellaza. The experience was beyond my expectation as my car was picked up from my home by Joseph himself. I had met with an accident and the damage to the car was severe. Dickey was smashed and my car battery was totally drained. He took the pain of toying the car himself to nearby shop and getting battery charged. This was the first time i tried anything outside the authorized showroom and i must admit the repair charges were very nominal compared to what i endure with the showroom repair charges. I would surely recommend to my friends as i am sure everyone will have similar experience as mine.

This review after 1 year i am giving because i wanted to check the performance of my vehicle and i want to say that I am not happy with the service quality of CAR BELLEZA because my car has the brake issues and the brake pedal was going fully down and then only brakes was coming. I got the reference from one of my friend and i went to car belleza and met with Lio. They have done my car brake service and polish and took around more than 9000 Rs. but still the same issue i am facing and i met 2 times with lio and got the same response from Lio whatever i got it after service that it will fix after running the car few kilometers. But still after 1 year i am facing the same issue.I called 3 or 4 times also to Mr. Lio but everytime i got the response Sir I will call you back but still did not get any call. Uploaded image part disc brake oil reservoir of Indica car they have replaced but it dint work. But polish of the car was awesome.

I was skeptical with moving to new multi brand car service and all the more concerned as it was a major service. I am glad that I opted for Koovers. Mr Deepak explained why it was a major overhaul and reasons to replace the parts. The service is very reasonable and quality is top notch. What I like the most is that I was informed about the parts that are replaced due to wear and tear on whatsapp with pictures of new parts fitted in the car. In the end I dont regret the decision.

Visited Car Bellaza for the second time when I was happy with their service , they committed to complete detailing, full washing, rat repellant, scratch removals for my SKODA RAPID, i am surprised with the detailing, my black car was so much shaded before and now its shining black 🖤 , and cheaper compared to other car cares, Thanks to vijay and team for changing my car to brand new look.Explained everything frankly and filled all their promises, packages are pretty decent.Very well satisfied with the service.

Very pathetic experience.. they have cheated me not once but tried twice ..I gave my car to fix the ac due to rat bitten.. when they delivered the car after servingI checked the ac as it was not cooling.. when I asked the their manager named Anotny.. he told we just serviced the fan and I need to refill ac gas which will cost me another 2500. I didnt agree to it as I know it does not cost that much. I tried with another service centre and when they open the dashbaord it was full garbage in ac vent which means koovers hasnt done anything they just took the money..not only that when I checked about ac gas they told its fine no issue with that.. this is how koovers Car Blezza is cheating the customer .. I tired to reach the owner of the service centre but he didnt even bother.. If you dont believe my experience thats fine.. I just want to one should be cheated like me after all its all heard earned money.. please be careful

My car was dented back rear door and fully scratches other companys and dent removers are asked 2 days to give vehicle but in Koovers i requested the faculity to give my vehicle on evng before 6 behalf of my emergency work i left on 11.30 morning and the people who has been staff their they are completely conivinced and happily they accepted my opinion and they delivered my vehicle on evng 5.00pm superb quality work in koovers i request my friends to contact Koovers wilson garden branch if any problem of ur vehicle they completely do the job very best and reasonable price finally am happy with their work thank u koovers😍😍😍

These guys are a bunch of thieves. Ive given my Chevy Cruze for my bumper and front side panel. Theyve agreed for 12K initially but charged me 15K saying that they had to do other panels as theyre interlinked. They havent informed me that but had asked for more money when returning the car. Theyve also stolen my car USB charger. I didnt ask them for any interior cleaning but theyve done it just because theyre good at it. They said theyre not responsible for whats inside the car. Also, theyve spoiled my car key as one button popped out, which is more expensive to fix.The whole experience was unworthy. They lost all the trust. I dont recommend this place anymore.
