Worstest service center ever seen including staff and their services

Everything okey, but in terms of booking new vehicle you wont get any discounts and offers. They will make you pay more. If take loan from them to the vehicle then it is worst because they are costing more and more.Lets come towards the service, if take your vehicle for any service they wont do any service or repair correctly but finally they will put lots of polish or diesel as a polish then when you go you should think all service are correctly done. But only they done is making it shine and reflecting. Since my brother he took pulsur 180 from here, and every experience I have shared here.I dont want to hurt them so I am giving 4stars.

Hopeless people and place. They charge unnecessary, dear friends never ever visit this place,they told 8,000 +GST bill for my bike, I got it ready in local garage in mint condition just at 950rs... This people are not professional, they Tel u to change parts of bike if parts or good and working also..

Too much cost, wste of time to give service. Simply they will charge but they will not adjust any thing in the bike.

Total bill was 8000+tax. Moreover, oil from my bike was leaking continuously and starting problems. I visited them thrice for this issue and they use to do jugaad.Also, what they said was totally different on what was there on bill.Only reason I went to them as it was walkable from my place.

Very good service centre better than the one in Kr road . It’s more professional and big . Was super satisfied with my service and the mechanics were all kind and knowledgeable. Have to recommend it .

Came for a test ride at afternoon , not only the staff advised comprehensively on the offers , pros and cons , heard to our queries and also on request arranged a test drive even when it used to be on evenings. They also demonstrated with pillion driving.Bajaj showrooms must further look towards providing extended warranty options during bike purchase.

Found ok compared to other service centers, Have good facilities good in conduct and work found to be ok and convincing. I found my vehicle to be ok once serviced in this one found issues with kasturba road here its best compared to them... Least issues and low charges ok. Worth for money and good mechanics and good faculties

Overall a bad experience. The only reason i opted this is because of walkable distance from my place! It’s been days and m still following up with them to get my bill!! I don’t recommend this place.Staff are polite but it is useless when there is no professionalism!

Super bike

The worst service ever. A few staffs in there are very irresponsible. The people never respond to the calls or give back the vehicle on time when taken for servicing (Its been 2 days and they say theyre still checking things, god knows what). I have had pathetic experience here. Not even once I have felt they have provided good service. Only 1 guy is friendly over there( I dont wanna mention his name). All others act like as if they are bosses there. Disgusting.

DONT GO THIS SERVICE CENTREI explained about my bike complaints, About pickup, Chain loose,Oil leaking near head, Break light continues on,Gears problem,No mileage (35kmpl giving),Break setting. They charged to free servicing RS1606. but nothing they did and bike also not clean properly. i checked after servicing and shown them, they are saying we did everything, What you say complaints that problems we cant solve and cant clean properly we are cleaning like this only saying, and staffs have no culture and behaviour. 3d class service..... (this is second service only). (SERVICED DATE/8-8-2019)ಫ್ರೀ ಸರ್ವಿಸ್ ನಲ್ಲಿ 2 ಅಥವಾ 3 ಕಂಪ್ಲೈಂಟ್ ಜಾಸ್ತಿ ಹೇಳಿದ್ರೆ ಸುಲಿಗೆ ಮಾಡಿ ಬಿಡ್ತಾರೆ ಹುಷಾರ್.BAJAJ BIKES ARE GOOD, BUT SERVICE VERY POOR.

Service is just fine, few staff are good, no transparency. Most of the time u would be over charged than initial estimate.
