Hi,I had been regular to this service center for my car servicing and had been quite happy with their overall service and also the updates that they provide over WhatsApp.This time I had to visit as my car hot damaged in a accident. Since it was my first exp, I reached out to this service center for guidance. I am very very thankful for them guiding me on what are the necessary documentation neede for insurance claim.Also once I reached the center and was connected to Mr. Murthy, who guided me with insurance claim process and slso had kept me updsted with regular progress on the repair. The cost was within the estimate thst he provided. Overall quite happy with the service.

I usually prefer service from authorized service center. Its beeb 9 years for my car.This time I was giving my car for service after 2 years. I tend to trust the employees of advaith hyundai. But not anymore.Puneet insisted me to take a test drive to know abput the car condition. I agreed and sat behind the driver seat of my car. He mentioned that he had attended me last time. I am sure he didnt attend me last time. It was purely buttering efforts.The executive Mr Puneet attended me and tried to do all the service which was availed 2 years back. I didnt remember what I had availed. He kept on repeating the same thing that 2 yrs back whatever service you had availed, I am applying this time as well.He also suggested me to use synthetic oil instead of mineral oil or semi synthetic oil. I asked him the difference and he gave some vague response. I ignored thinking that he might be suggesting the appropriate one. Also he insisted to use PPE kit in the car. I asked him if its chargeable. He said no.Issue 1: synthetic oil is not required for indian cars at all. Only if the car is used in temperarue of more than -28°C, it is needed. This think Puneet did not explain. Instead he sold me this synthetic oil worth Rs 850 per litre. My car required approximately 2.5 litres. Also there is no proof if they did a top up to my oil tank or used a new sealed pack synthetic oil bottle.Issue 2: PPE kit is charged Rs 500 in the final bill. I was furious to know but didnt give my reaction at that moment.Any ways, I will not return to this place anymore. I am thinking of availing a better loyalty service from local garage.

They have large servicing workshop area. All type of works are done there. All type of genuine Hyundai motor parts are available here.After doing bit of survey on different servicing centers of Hyundai, I got to see this workshop has got very high ratings. Thereby, decided to go there and now I am completely happy about my decision. Moreover, normal garages were not doing proper inspections and servicing of my car. So, I was just at a loss. But this Advaith Hyundai Service center has finally given me the peace of mind. Great job, they fixed the wiper sprinkler pump without me specifically requesting a fix. The last service agent had recommended a replacement of the pump but it seems to have been just a loose electrical connection. That is what I call conscientious service. Super....keep it up.

I had the best experience with Advaith Hyundai Service Centre Hulimavu .. I had an issue with my car and called up Mr Prakash... Car was picked in 15 min and from then on Mr Shiva Madhu - who is the Service Advisor did a great job... He gave me a rough estimation on the service and if anything to be fixed (He would discuss it with us over a call or whatsapp us the image where there has been a damage). Overall its been a fantastic experience with them .. Cleanliness and Santization has been taken care off really well in the current COVID times.. Worst service, disappointed . didnt clean well my New Venue Car.I noticed that , after service, Full of black paint dots all over the body . It was a heart broken situation .They dont keep good technicians and dont do proper checkup before delivery.Also my Hyundai Venue had a slow pick up issue and gear movement issue. But the technician at their didnt solve my problem.Instead,. They were trying to convince me by telling fake words. When I realised, i took my car away with deepest regret for wrongly choosen this place. I never recommend here anyone.Moreover, they are not well trained people.City like in Bangalore, we expect experienced and well qualified service person.Especially while handling new model cars.If anyone s going for 1st service, they will just do oil change , thats it.Avoid going here. They dont listen to customer voice before and after service.They just ignore. Mine is worst experience. I never go there again.

I would have given a zero star had there been an option. I gave my vehicle three times for servicing, first time in the first week post servicing the stereo stopped working, second servicing, within a week remote entry stopped working and door lock had issues, third servicing, vehicle did not start at all. They asked me to change battery cable and then battery, which was changed at a huge expense, two days into it, vehicle completely stopped. No crank sound also. It is at the moment standing shut at my door step after spending 7000 on servicing, 4500 on battery, 1700 on cable positive and negative wire.This is after me posting a strong review about them on google last week. Is it that they deliberately fooled around with my vehicle?I am so done with this service station.However, the only silver lining is the store manage kiran and engineer bhim reddy
