Recently tried this car wash. I had opted for exterior and interior cleaning only. Very satisfied with the cleaning and overall customer experience. Located in the upper basement of the ITPL park Square mall, it is a little hard to find due to lack of much boards/signs. The service is very good. The prices are acceptable. They will do a combination of water wash and then foam wash for the exterior. This is followed by polishing and wiping of the car. The interior dashboard was wiped and cleaned nicely. The floor mats were cleaned and the seats and footwells were vacuumed.The whole process takes roughly 1 hour. The people are friendly.Overall a nice place to get your car clean.

Horrible experience.. I never expected this. Will not recommended. Requested for basic carwash & polishing (Rs 999) for my i20 car. No proper interior vaccum and cleaning was done. Polishing also was not done properly (not sure if they actually done it). Also I was in a hurry, so did not complaint much. I request the staff to perform their task honestly and not just for namesake

I am giving the feedback for Park Square branch.1st time I have given my swift for inner and outer wash, they have charged me Rs 600.Committed time was 45 minutes, when I went to pick my car after 2 hours, I saw they just washed my car.I did wait for 30 minutes again.Whole car body not dried out included tyres, in that condition they have applied tyre polish.What I got..1. Lots of scratch mark in my car because of hurry.2. Cleaning was not done properly.3. Mud was there in my tyres4. They broke the plastic infront of my speedometer, basically cracked.5. Behavious was good but personally I feel very unprofessional.6. They have not dont the engine area washing.7. Not washed car underneath area.I will not suggest but you can try out at your own risk.Finally its not the automatic casrwash system. Its manual system ITPL branch.Finally its too costly.In 3M car wash center I get whole body 360 automatic cleaning service, interior clining at Rs 350.Check my review for that too and decide.

I give my car interior cleaning and sanitizing foam wash really their work very satisfied and quality of service Is also good and they do ac bacterial cleaning now I feel good my interior smell also everything good...

Service manager told me it is 299 for wash and 1hr time for washing my car ... After 1.30hr I got a call that my car was ready I went to collect engine side didnt washed , under chassis they didnt touched then I asked him is it fully washed so he told yes sir its washed and he gave me the bill of 799rs I was shocked and asked him he told outer washing 400 interior vaccum 200 engine side 200 but none of this work was done ... I dont recommend this service station .... Park square Mall itpl road

By next day given my car to Teflon coating they done a fabulous work small scratches and the odd marks everything gone with tat polish. Person approaching really in a good manner of behavior. Infrastructure is really peaceful. Thanks to 5k Network Bangalore Branch.

They are just trying to fool customers. They say it will take 45 mins for a wash and do not complete for 3 hours. Additionally you will have to pay for the mall parking as well for however long they take.Professionalism is zero, theyll fight with you like roadside hooligans.

I went for teflon coating for my new car. They broke my car fuel cover and tried to cover it using fevi kwik. When doing that, they dripped it all over the sides of my car body and now it cannot be removed. If they have admitted the mistake it could cost me 1600 for the cover only. But now I need to do repainting all over the sides due to their cheap behaviour. No dedication, very poor customer service, no loyalty. If you are going there for any services, good luck👍

Went for water service at 11.30am but they didnt open even 12.40pm also. Called 6 or more first 3 times they picked the call and told they will open at 12.00pm. After 12.00pm when I call they didnt pick me call. This is located at ITPL mall. Previously Castrol pit shop was there.
