One of the best Pan-asian restaurant that I have been to. I try different dishes every time I had been there and all of them were super delicious. Must try for all the Asian food lovers.

Shizusan is one of the best Asian restaurant we have been to in Bangalore. This place has never disappointed us till date. Both veg and non-veg offerings are really good. Sushi is something to die for at this restaurant. The prices are a bit on the higher side but the food is worth the price you pay.

The restaurant was well decorated for Valentines day although I went th next day it felt nice to have the decor around. The food is slightly on the expensive side but the taste and quality of the food is good. The service could have been a bit better. The Staff was courteous and helpful. The food was very delicious and very very satisfying to the taste buds. This restaurant not only serves Japanese food they also have a wife variety of all Asian food. A must try place if you are a Asian cuisine lover. They also serve Alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages. Thier teas are also very good. Must try. Will definitely go back again.

The whole experience was changed only and only because of Bharat. He helped us to order right to make our dinner awesome. We order couple of dishes and they were really good. Tried sushi first and it was fabulous. I think Im have very less words to express my happiness. The ambience was good and very calm. Attendants were very much curious to attend customer. I had my first sushi experience here. Well, I was a little u know scared. But it went well. To be on a safer side we took a torched one (fish N chips). And the cordial waiter helped us to mix the soya to the perfection. Apart from sushi we tried shrimp and lobster dumplings. Lobster dumplings were just amazing. And last but not the least, we surely loved the tender coconut cheesecake. The ambiance was impressive too.

The portion of each dish was very less. Food was good but I dont think it justified the price. Ambience was nice.

I went for the sushi, hogged on the sushi, wasnt thoroughly impressed. The sticky rice quality is not at par and the overall sushi tasted alright. Great presentation but definitely scope of improvement as far as sushi is considered... The tempura prawn were to die for, really good. The tawa fried noodles was equally good if not better. I would visit again but not for sushi. Lil pricy.. descent ambience..

If you are looking for Authentic Asian cuisine, this is the best place.., First time I tried maki sushi in India(I have tried almost all Japanese food during my stay in Japan) I really loved it.., it gave me nostalgic feeling.., Thanks Shizusan for letting me feel the Japanese food here in India.,Notes for Indians who haven’t tasted any Japanese/Korean/Chinese food before.., Most of the Asian country’s food are bland, half cooked or raw.., If you can really appreciate such taste, then visit these types of cuisine., Also don’t order food just by the look, check with the waiter about the dishes..,Please don’t go to restaurants with narrow mind and then don’t complaint about the taste of the food..,

Beautiful place to have food of panasian cuisine

The Asian food was amazing here. The rainbow maki is a must try. We tried calamari and a Thai/Vietnamese dish. Ambiance is great and the waiters were very attentive. However, the do charge a premium for what they serve and on top they were out of the Japanese beers. Thats where they lost a star. But food is amazing in taste. A little bit on the sweeter side on the sushi, but thats the authentic way I guess. Enjoy your time here. They are as good as Shiroz.

Went for a formal dinner. Place is upscale and neet. Staff is courteous and helpful. Nice place to have pan Asian cuisine. But if you are not fan of pan Asian cusine which is more than normal fried rice and chilli chicken then u wont enjoy it. I enjoyed the authenticity of the food. Went there on a weekday so the place was not much crowded hence service was really great. Need to check the service on a weekend. Anyways place is pretty good and nice for family dinner and dates.

Of course you should not expect proper Japanese food in India. The spice and hurt s gets bit changed to appeal the Indian market. Yet, the food was the yummiest. Too yum. Its bit on the pricy side. Approx 1800 for 2person. But if you get coupons then you would be on the cheaper side. The food, ambience, service...AMAZING!!

Heard they have variety of Sushi, Dim Sum and Maki Rolls.Food and Price: As mentioned they have variety of food i.e. Thai, Japanese, Korean and etc. But did not find food at its best. Price is high. Quantity is also less. You should use your zomato gold deal.Ambiance: Both open and closed area. Interior of closed area is very catchy.Service: Table booking recommend over weekend. I felt service was slow. And when I asked for check, they took much time.

Chef Paul kinny is a culinary magician when it comes to oriental and Asian cuisine.Whether it’s dim sums , Satay , salads or soups , sushi or mains , this place never disappoints me.They are known for hosting various festivals periodically so just keep a watch on them

A great place for authentic Asian cuisine in Whitefield. Tried the salmon sushi and the sesame beef. Both the fish and the meat were succulent and delightful!

Good food and nice service.Definitely on the pricey side but the portions of fried rice are generous.The decoration is nice and the waiters make efforts to be helpful and to care about you. They tried their best to position the extra aircons around me to make my evening cooler in a very hot spring day.The cocktail list is fun too.

Excellent and affordable Japanese served in a beautiful ambience! Its a nice upscale restaurant whether you wanna have a cozy date lunch /dinner, or visit with a group. Amazing taste in everything we ate. Great options in starters, nigiri and sashimi are expertly cut and served well. Fresh Wasabi elevates the experience. A must visit! Great ambience.. Good seating inside as well as outside.. They offer great seating outside. . Service is good as well.. They have a wide range of dishes on offer.. However the food was not as tasty as expected.. The Sashimi unfortunately was not among the good ones I have tasted... The lobster especially was a big let down.. The Hatori Hanzo cocktail was quite good.. Mussels were cooked well.. However overall the food dint really justify the price point..

I wanted to try this place from so long and happen to try this for a dinner. So after waiting for a good 20 mins (which is ok for a weekend) we finally got in and seated. So we started with few drinks and ordered chilli garlic noodles. The drinks were only packed juices poured in glasses with drink. Next came in noodles which had no garlic flavor and full of chilli which is too much to eat. The portion size is barely enough for one. The service is exceptionally slow and servers anre not interested in ur requests at all. Noodles came after good 40 mins and i asked for vinegar thrice but it dint come at all. Such a shame!!!

Imo one of the best places to enjoy maki rolls. My personal favourites are Mud Crab Maki, Dragon Maki, & Rainbow Maki. The menu itself is very extensive. Its better if youre a non vegetarian, but I loved the vegetarian food there as well. The veg makis are surprisingly delicious. The salads and mains are unique and bring fresh flavour. Try the beef main, the Masaman curry with jasmine rice, the oysters in coconut cream, and the lobster in black pepper to just name a few. The staff is very friendly and will help you decide according to your palette as well. I have never had average food there, its always so consistent!

A good addition to Phoenix Marketcity’s list of restaurant. This pan asian restaurant have some delicious dishes. The best part of the menu is the Asian Tapas. The cocktails are quite decent. Loved the Sumatran Beef Rendang Curry with jasmine rice. Next time I will try out their sushis and sashimis.

Overall good food and an awesome ambience. Just that, I am disappointed with Jajangmyeon noodles. They are not the actual Jajangmyeon noodles as they are supposed to be. Way to oily and tangy cause of the sauces used.

A super busy restaurant I must say. Waiting was really long but I was determined to have my meal there that day.The menu is quite elaborate and lots of dishes that one doesnt get to eat at most Pan asian restaurant in Bangalore so full marks for that.We mostly ate starters and dessert. Dimsums, sushi, pork bao and satay. Loved the sushi and dimsums but dint love the bao as much. The dessert was great too. Tried some dish with three scoops of different ice cream.Will visit again for sure. Need to try main course

A delightful place with cuisines from Japan and China to Vietnam, Thailand and Malaysia based on a fictitious character called Shizu and his culinary travels around Asia. I absolutely loved the decor with beautiful wooden doors, Chinese culinary, bewitching paintings and a wall filled with amazing paintings. Coming to the food, I was a little hesitant after seeing the menu because I could figure out very little of it but the person in charge helped me with it and we ordered+Geisha(an amazing tea filled with different flavours and its aroma filled the air around me)+Mushroom Duo Sui Mai for the starters+Black Bean Yaki udon (noodles as we say here)+Shiitake and silken Tofu+Peanut Butter Pie for desertIt was all delicious! It was as awesome as it looks in the photos shared by me.They even taught me how to eat with the sticks, yayay!Must try!Happy eating :D

I have visited Shizusan atleast 4-5 times since it opened two years ago I guess. The quality of service has come down a bit, but the menu is unlike any other pan Asian restaurant that I have ever been to. The food is good and the ambience is worth experiencing. Their Milo milkshake and Thai curry with rice is what I prefer. If you visit Phoenix Marketcity and feel hungry, you may want to visit this place.Minus - Service has degraded a bit, food is costly, Zomato Gold is applicable on 2+2 for drinks (but 2 drinks should be the same. E.g. if you order a wine, a beer, a mocktail and a Milo milkshake; Zomato Gold wont be applicable).

Unfortunately, I finally had to share my first 1* review for a restaurant. This review is of the restaurants management and staff, and not the food itself.I had a reservation at Shizusan from Eatigo with a 50% discount. Upon arrival, Shizusan staff including the manager informed me that they are a member of NHAI, and hence they no longer honour any discounts from any app.I dont have a problem this per se, as long as they ensured this is clearly communicated. I made my reservation 1 week before, and the restaurant never bothered to inform that they wont be honouring the discount. Furthermore, the resturant claimed that they never received the reservation as they have logged out from Eatigo and all other apps providing discounts or offers. However, I find this very hard to believe, since after I showed up at the restaurant, my reservation on Eatigo changed to attended.In lieu of the 50% discount, the staff offered us a 10% discount and complimentary dessert. At this time, I decided to walk out of the restaurant. I did not wish to dine at an establishment that refuses to honour promises. #logout

I love Shizusan. It didnt disappoint me in Pune neither has it in Bangalore. Their rainbow maki is to die for.

Manchow soup was very good.Star Anise chicken was very good.Roast duck Bao was not bad.Special Ramon was average. Would not recommend.Service and ambience were good.A bit expensive for the quality of food.

Definitely on the expensive side a little more elaborate cocktail menu would be a bonus.Food is great, staff is courteous, if you going for the experience and a little off beat taste from what an indian pallet is used too, it is a must try.

Very good ambience. Service and staff are very good, quick and courteous. Sushi is made in a live sushi counter which is a delightful experience to watch and also offers a wide menu for rolls, shasimis, nigiris and dimsims. The food is very authentic and tastes very earthy with strong flavours. Be sure to try the pork ribs as they are juicy and will melt in your mouth. We ordered rainbow maki and lobster moneybags with tobiko.They also have various food festivals going on every month in which various limited edition items are available to try.

Nice infrastructure, not much crowded, service is also good, but food was just of average quality. Price was also high as compared to quality or taste. Otherwise everything was good.Its good to have some causal snakes or lunch. But you wont aspire to come here for special occasions. Thats what I felt.

This is one of the best Asian restaurants in the city. The bean noodles, vegetable kung pao, kimchi Jjigae and Nyonya Laksa were all excellent. However, the portions are small. They serve alcohol and mocktails, which are great too.

If you are craving authentic Japanese Korean food, this is the place. Slightly expensive but then its inside a mall. The duck bao is delicious. There is a limited Curry option. Lot of options for dumplings, baos and mains. Serves 🦆 and 🐄 and 🐖

Excellent food. We ordered Philadelphia and California sushi rolls along with vegetarian noodles (black bean yaki noodles). Everything was perrrrefect!!! Even mocktails were very good. Portion sizes were also fairly good.

We went there after a long time and the experience was quite bad. Our main course dish was Signature Ramen which showed as veg on the online menu but when served it was a non-veg one. There was no such non-veg listing for the dish, so it wasnt a ordering mistake. We were then told they will replace it with the veg signature ramen, it was a software problem and dish was tagged wrongly. The dish was okaish, not that good.Eventually we were charged 700 for the dish which I find hard to believe given the taste and vegetables in it. I also dont believe that there exists a veg namesake of the dish either.

Didnt like food taste and too pricey. Serving size is also very less. There were more mushrooms than lobster and very spicy. Calamari was very bitter and pork was sweet. Shrimp tasted good, but only 5 pieces for 800 bucks. Ambience and staff is good, hence 2 stars.

Quite literally the best place for Asian food in Bangalore!

We absolutely loved this place! The food was exceptional and the service was top notch. Its a little pricey, but worth every rupee. If we lived closer, wed probably be here quite frequently.We had a vegan with us and they worked very closely with us in order to ensure that their meal was exceptional as well

We dont have many Asian based restaurants around the place, but that doesnt mean that sub par restaurants such as this should get the spotlight. Worth the price? Definitely not. The food here isnt top class, fine dining, and the taste definitely does not keep up with the price. As for the setting, this place does well at that, the ambience does deserve credit.

Very beautiful decor and ambiance and the location near Whitefield. These are the 2 things which work for this restaurant but those are all. Very average tasting food, small portions, holier-than-thou attitude of the wait staff and very slow service, these were the points I felt when we visited this place on a weekday, when the occupancy was very less. Cant imagine what it would be like on a weekend.Not at all a value for money proposition. You would be better off going to Harrys bar & cafe just a few shops down.

Have visited Shizusan multiple times over the past one year, and the experience has been always great. The Pan-Asian varieties in the menu is great, and the choices of drinks and cocktails are also with the same theme. Highly recommend!

Some of the most authentic Japanese and Korean dishes cooked with great quality. They were unable to serve some of the unique options from their menu which was a bit disappointing. Yet the service of the staff and the taste of the amazing food soon let your mind into happiness.

Really good food and drink options! Experience was soured by the lack of attention and need to wait 5-10 minutes to get someone to take our order. It could have been exacerbated by our seating which was the first table on the left near the entrance.

It was good family dinner. Pan Asian cusien was very good. Atmosphere was good...we sat at balcony area. We ordered all veg option. We liked Dimsums.. we had unique dish of onion rings (it is not like normal onion rings). Little costly and felt Service was not to the mark.

I dont know about non vegetarian but vegetarian goof that we ordered was very very bad. The noodles had only onion in them n the paneer saute was awful
