Premium product collection and a hidden liquor shop with decent collection. Its not Natures Basket anymore as Spencer has acquired it. Inside the shop, nothing has changed. Employees may be getting paid poorly as they ask customers for a job lead. Hope Spencer pays them well.

Excellent store for all things gourmet and exotic. My favourite is their fresh cheeses range..Good wines, meats too. They do have a range of sauces for far Eastern cuisine not found in other stores. Weekly visit to this store inspires me to try very different recipes as I get to see very different ingredients here. As for fresh vegetables and local.fruits, NB is definitely pricier than stores across the road so I skip that.

The reason I went to this Natures Basket outlet was because it had a lot of options - be it chocolates to tea to cereal to cheese.But ever since the acquisition by the Goenkas, the quality - both in stock and in operations - has dropped. For example, recently I went and asked for a cart and that wasnt available. The stock on the top floor are just dumped, instead of placed on the counters. This isnt a Covid thing, this was happening even before Covid hit.As a customer who has gone to their outlets for four years now, I hope things improve because an outlet like Food Hall - which has an even better selection - is completely trumping Natures Basket in terms of operations.

They have got a variety of products and ingredients. As a person who loves food, this place was definitely a paradise. They have got gluten free banana chips which was a big surprise for me. They have a wide range of healthy food too. They also have many international products too that we don’t get normally in stores here.

This is an upmarket shop selling produce like Avacado imported ones for Rs 1200 per kg. They have fresh herbs, mushroom and the likes which normally not found in other vegetable shops. Beyond my own means, so, didnt find a point in browsing the shop.

Obviously great place to get gourmet food in Bangalore.. They have a large place in their Indiranagar store, very good spread of exotic veggies, breads, cakes, drinks, cheese, etc. You can find all the renowned brands of condiments, chocolates, coffee, etc.The only problem is, their were some items which were quite old from the date of packaging and about to expire. Although, that can be a one off case.

While they have a good variety of products, Ive never seen as many expired (or within a few days of expiration date) products being offered on the shelves.I constantly bring back expired products home.Now I have to check every single product (especially long shelf products).

This outlet being the closest to my workplace is easy for me to access during my lunchtime so I head there during lunch hour! 😆 The place is generally not very crowded and one can find the usual daily needs stuff along with other more exotic ingredients one needs for one’s culinary experiments. The place is clean, well-maintained and the staff is very helpful and friendly.

This place has been a favourite when I want to buy something a bit exotic, they always have in store a good blend of food products which are manufactured in India and some sourced from other countries, this is one of their USP. The price is on the higer side, as well as the quality of the products. Sometimes they also run promotional offers and discounts storewide.** Keeping up with the current situation,to maintain social distancing the store allows a max of 5 people at any given time, which actually is required along with all staffs wearing masks and gloves, and with increased cleaning.I hope you find my review helpful, give me a thumbs up if you like. Nice store with some interesting items to purchase, expensive but some of these items/brands u dont get generally. The banana bread was really good.

This place has a very good selection of expat oriented stuff and the staff is generally quite knowledgeable and helpful....BUT on one of my visits, they refused to accept a currency note saying it was “an old note” I.e. replaced by new graphics!!! I checked with my bank and was informed that the RBI had not recalled any notes!!! I wrote to he customer service guys and have not received any acknowledgement or response for 3 weeks!!!!

Best store for all your needs

My last two purchase of seer fish has been really dissapointing. The stock has been sold stale. Even upon complaining at the store, they do not seem to be customer centric and have no interest towards resolving my complaint. I have been their customer for the last almost 5 years and Im totally unhappy with the way they respond to a complaint.After two days of follow-up, the fish was finally replaced with fresh stock. Thanks for that !

One of the most exotic supermarkets in the wider area to Banasawadi. This place has things that the elite class of people use. Its having stuffs that are even hard for common man to understand their use and names. This is a gentle reminder to supermarkets in developed countries like USA and Europe etc. You got exotic veggies and fruits that are very much authentic and truly imported. Despite all this you still wont find everything you want. Its a small place with lots of stuff inside.

Godrej Natures Basket has to be just about one of the best gourmet stores in town!A lovely collection of the choicest food and beverages from fresh meats of all varieties to frozen. Definitely the freshest fish in town. A great choice of the best fruits and vegetables too.Add to this, dry fruits, exotic teas and coffees, cheeses and chocolates! Truly, a foodie paradise.And not to forget, it has one of the best wine collections in towns from around the world.

I went to buy cold cuts and there was a product that was being sold for Rs. 225/100 grams that is basically 2250/1 kgThey packed it and put the tagWhen I was at the counter I saw the price was way too high. And saw that Instead of 2250/kg it was written 2650/kg. When I went to enquire, they said that that was the price that was entered in the bar code machine and they were aware it was wrong and if I want it I have to buy it at that even though they knew there was a mistake in the price. They knew it was wrong but said it cannot be changed to the correct price. Basically they expected me to pay a higher price than change it to the correct price.Please get this checked. Anyone ever buying anything from natures basket make sure the right price is entered.

Pricey but good n unique. At times some of the vegetables get spoiled quickly after buying here because they keep in refrigated environment whilst I dont. Overall good place to shop once in a while. I like their fruits quality.

I am supposed to receive a refund for onion since they delivered wrong item, but no response at all after 8 days. I called and emailed to natures busket many times but no response at all. Very regrettable.

A good place for some premium products. Heavy on the pockets though. You can find everything for a household there, from fruits & vegetables to meat and dairy products and spices and everything in between. They do have an app which gives free home delivery but time slots might not be favorable of you want things urgently. Place is neat and clean and staff is well behaved too.

Most anything an (mostly western) expat living here misses from their country can be found. But a box of cereal for 950 is a crime. I get it is imported from far away but thats ungodly. Theres always a looot of employees around. The deli counter is slow but it has great stuff.

Also has a counter for fresh artisan coffee. Complete with a meats and fish section as well as baked goods.

Seriously, spend some time speaking with the staff and learn about their imported cheeses. Sample them. Love the taste of Europe! I get my everyday groceries, chicken and frozen salmon. The highlight is the meat section! Im very happy with options of varieties available. Happy with the quality and service. The pricing is a bit high on the veggies and fruits when compared to the local vendors with same quality.

I visit here every Sunday to refill my nutrition supply. One of the best store in neighborhood to pick seeds, nuts, fruits and cheese.

Chaotic, like visiting a fish market. It is impossible to walk around this store to do ones shopping, without being relentlessly assaulted with sales pitches/samples/special offers. Good selection of cheese and dairy products, and greens. Poor selection of fresh breads. Not inclined to visit again

What I like the most is that you can bank on them to have fruits like blackberries, avacado, etc. Also really like their range of roasted dry fruits, seeds like chia.
