Uncooked and hard to bite. Irony was that I returned the Mutton pothu varatiyadhe, requesting the staff to get it cooked, but the staff stated later while checking with him that he had cancelled the order and that it would not be billed. Trust me, I had just tasted on piece.The worst part is that the staff/ personnel are from North East parts of India, not that I have anything against anybody from any part of our country, because we all are Indians. But when it comes to the colloquial pronounciation of the names of the dishes from Kerala cuisine, it is definitely not easy for people from different parts of the country to understand.I had ordered for Mutton pepper dry and Mutton dry, but the dishes served was the above two, probably the staff who took the order was not familiar with the names of what I had ordered.Both the Mutton dishes were not cooked properly. Prawns pepper fry was not cooked too. Kanthari tawa fry was done high flame, the skin of the fish had turned black like soot, burnt and the fish had the taste of raw fish prominently.All these was brought to the notice of the Manager and staff, who served.Not at all a great experience.Flavours inn have billed me for a dish that was returned. Whereas it was the staff himself who had confirmed that it would not be billed.Food is bad, billed for a dish returned.Owners need to wake up.Chef needs to be given a refresher course in dishing out palatable dishes.Either the Chef is planning to quit or looking for a raise.I will not frequent this restaurant at all. Not only that they served me food that was distasteful and uncooked but was billed for dish not served.

This restaurant is famous for its beef curry. They serve only one beef dish and is the yummiest beef curry I have tasted so far in Bangalore. I have tasted both mutton and chicken biriyanies and were also very tasty. This hotel is situated a bit inside from the main road and can be easily reached though. The price is decent for the taste of the dishes.

Has the best Kerala food Ive had in Bangalore yet.You get non veg buffets on weekends(friday, saturday and sunday).The vegetarian meals at noon is OK for 80rs(I think its not available on sunday), its not as tasty as you get at some other places but feels healthier.My favourites here are the tapioca and curries that you get during weekends for 50rs which is a very reasonable rate considering the taste.The beef fry is reasonably good but a bit on the costliest side(120 or 140).Meen pollichathu is a good gamble you can go for, if it goes well, it would be very tasty for sure and if it doesnt, you might end up repenting the price you pay for it.I havent had the varutharacha kozhi/tharavu yet which it is famous for.Looking forward to have it later.Edit : had it and it was simply awesome.

Great place. Ive been here a lot. I love their special dishes - duck, crab, rabbit.Nice that they display all special dishes for the day out in common view.Very rarely hit or miss, I guess it happens on some week days.

The food was not special, we ordered Squid pepper fry where you could just see and taste pepper (so we couldnt taste squid). All the food we ordered arrived cold to the table.

Decent Kerala restaurant. We had the buffet meals and it was decent. Guess the fish here comes from Kerala or Mangalore and its evident as we could feel that its a few days old - as is usual in most restaurants in Kerala. See, The parcel Portion we received was way to less for the cost charged . Right price, Right quality, Right Quantity , Thats what we would look in to and for the Quality part as you say. Any business worth its salt provides it . As for my experience cutting down on portions is not VIABLE for us . Some customers may not elaborate They may just say food is expensive or slightly expensive etc and there are reviews below which say so.
