Food is good but service sucks! many a times you will find the staff in their own world.parking is an issue here, almost always.best suggestion is to go here, pack up food and eat at home or elsewhere. and pack a lot of patience for you to be serviced.

This is the worst Empire that you can visit in Bangalore. They served cold rice , straight out of refrigerator. The dal was stale. They didnt have a menu because most of the things were not available. I would not recommend visiting this restaurant. I came here because the one in Indiranagar is so good. This one was utter disappointment.

Went to have a quick bite in the evening. The place was not at all crowded. Parking could be an issue due to ongoing work by bbmp. Sad to know they are not serving afgani tandoor. So had to order other items. Food was good. Option for bottled water and hot water. Place was nicely n nearly maintained. Happy with food.

Yesterday I have ordered the food in after noon and they accepted my order at 1 clock and waiting time was 45 minutes and later delivery guy reached after 3 hours and I was calling them nobody responded to call and this was very much disgusting and they dont care for they customer and it and empire restaurant was just 2 kilometres away from my home and he took so much of time to reach this kind of will not be expected from next time and tel your delivery guys to reach on time.Your restaurant is best and best but the delivery guy was very late and he was late almost 3 hours and this is unexpected and he has to reach on time and I waited 45 minutes n its your problem n you tel your delivery guys to reach on time and if we call them no response . and you are telling 24 / 7 you people are available

The hotel was kinda crowded ,Waiters are helpful they have a variety of food .dishes I felt the quantity of the food are very less compared to rates they charge . Tried the chicken bhuna masala and sadly was below par when I visited. Realized that franchise restaurant experience can differ from location to location and require luck on your side for better experience.

The food is nice here, the restaurant suites for casual meetings, no issues in take away orders and overall maintained and cleaned well..But they round up the bill usually.. If you order for Rs:198, you are billed Rs:200... Its not a nice way of billing as it was not even paid as cash.

Everytime I visit empire I have bad experiences.the taste is ok ok.it is expensive.also they try to play a trick with you .they dont provide you the menu.they ask you to scan and in the online menu you will get all the types of portions seperately you can order the quantity.but when you give the order directly they dont ask you about the portions so they get you the full portion and charge you for that .which is not worthy.
