Head to this place to satiate you craving for Asian food. Their sushi and fried bun were the best, I even loved their kimchi. Hazelnut bubble tea was good but did not have the authentic taste. Must try their dumpling soups. Place is a bit cramped but their service is quick and hassle-free.

Such lovely, lovely Asian food that will satisfy all your cravings. There are so many interesting things to try, each one more delicious than the other. So glad I braved the crazy traffic for this wonderful treat.Just a word of caution, parking is a huge issue and with the road work going on, it’s quite difficult to get to.

Cozy little place with cute interiors. We ordered a classic hong kong bubble tea, spicy tuna roll, tofu katsu and shiitake, and boba cheese cake. Was majorly excited for the bubble tea as I am a fan of bubble teas, and love trying them out in different places, but sadly it turned out very very okay..The tofu katsu gimbap was also very okay. And the Bobba cheesecake was basically a fluffy cake with raspberry sauce drizzled all over. The dressing steals the show! Without it, its just a plain pancake. However, the tuna gimbap was great! Didnt disappoint me at all. Conclusion: I dont mind visiting here again to try out the other dishes :)

Dofu 3/5Was a appetizer kind of night for us so tried a bunch of them, the kimchee and cheese buns, the pork bun, both were good but I missed the floss buns and was hoping this was like that.Had two sets of dumplings, the parmesan and cheese mandu and the brothy pork dumplings, again both were good, not impressive, wrapping a little chewy and required a dipping sauce which they didnt give along with the dumplings.Split a tteok bokki which was actually great, expected it to be a little saucier but really good by Indian standards.Specially liked the drinks, had the calamansi one which was really good.May give them a try again but not anytime soon.

I’ll answer with one question: why are people always talks about food? The answer is easy. Food is universal. Everybody has to eat! It’s as simple as that. So people want to find tasty, healthy food, the best places to eat, etc. Yes you are in the right place to order some nice Korean food. All the dishes we ordered are cooked with love and its so tasty.Nice ambiance and little noisy due to chatter clubs/pubs around.Must try:1.chicken wonton soup2.Monsoon broth soup3. The only orientalfood I had ever tasted was Chinese, Japanese and some Korean! At Dofu I was treated to a whole gamut of tastes that tickled the palette!Try it! Its worth the experience. Cute place. Clean. Polite staff. I wont say anything about the food... Not because its bad but I dont know enough about this cuisine! But if you are a wee bit adventurous.... Then you must must give it a shot. And dont forget to try their desserts. If you plan to sit in the open patio... Be prepared for the dust and noise... Theres a lot of road repair happening and of course the noise of constant movement of vehicles.Still go, go, go!!

This was the worst Asian cuisine restaurant I have ever visited in Bangalore. The purpose of visit was to experience the authenticity of Japanese cuisine. However, the food served did not have any authenticity at all. The so called thin noodles were cooked in Maggi masala, the kimchi was nothing but chopped cabbage dipped in salt and ketchup, the bobba cheesecake was nothing but a blend cake with blueberry toppings. The mock meat was absolutely raw and uncooked. I suggest/advice everyone not to waste your hard earned money for such degraded quality and quantity of food.

(This was early 2020)A must visit for anyone who likes Asian, especially sushi lovers. Food - 5/5 (Delicious and light) Ambience - 5/5 (Interesting music covers) Service - 5/5 (Polite and helpful) Value - 5/5 (Reasonable; Zomato gave 20% on billing as well). They were really sweet in opening the place 30 minutes sooner than they were supposed to (7 pm) and were very courteous in sharing their recommendations for the food. Loved Avocado and crispy veg sushi. One of the best in Bangalore. Broccoli and mushroom dim sum were really soft and tasty. Didnt particularly like the clear soup (not our taste) but they were sweet enough to replace with kimchi one (which was delish). Absolutely loved the butter garlic noodles and they suggested trying their cheesecake (YUM!!). The cheesecake was so delicious and light, we didnt feel overwhelmed with the quantity at all. We had close to 6 dishes, wherein they provided us less quantity options too. Their interiors were very minimal and classy, fragrant and mellow. Music was very different and soothing. We left the place totally impressed. Thanks for the service!

We ordered Pork buns, Korean Fried chicken, salmon Avocado Cheese Gimbap. Pork buns and Fried chicken were amazing. The texture of the bun was very good, it had very less filling though. We also had the steamed Wontons in hot oil and Chiffon Cheese cake, which tasted decent. Would come here again for the buns and try out few other stuff. Cheers!

Nice cozy place. We wanted to try something different than regular Chinese and decided to try it and it turned out to be a good decision. We tried spicy Korean soup which was excellent. Even my 6-year-old daughter loved and we had to get one more portion. The flavors were balanced. Along with that, we had prawn fritters on a bed of salad which was again very good. The salad was fresh with a tangy taste. We tried mock crab roll and loved it. The chef/owner spoke to us and when we ordered for one more portion of prawn fritters was kind enough to change the salad. The seafood noodles made of sweet potato starch were good with a multitude of flavors. The only thing I felt was noodles were a little sticky and the portion felt a little less.I would definitely visit this again and must-visit for others!!!

I went there recently with my friends. I love how they are small and cozy. But at the same time, I’m not sure if I’d recommend it during times when social distancing is not an option, but a requirement. So, pick your time wisely to avoid exposure. The menu was widely non vegetarian, which was ok for me. But one of our friends who is a vegetarian was very dissatisfied and all she could have was soup. So, I’d recommend they update the menu with more vegetarian options. In terms of the food I ate. I absolutely loved the sushi. We ended up ordering a lot! I was craving milkshake and I didn’t see that on the menu. Perhaps you guys can include that ? There was a lot of hot drinks on the menu, but very few cold drinks such as milkshakes, ice cream shakes, cold coffee etc which I believe is quite popular...

I cant praise this place enough. Honestly, finding really authentic Asian cuisine at this price in Bangalore is pretty rare. So I feel it restricts so many people from adventuring into the unknown. BUT with Dofu I hope that it help people know and experience true tastes of South East Asia. As someone who was brought up Indonesia I wholly support this humble restaurant in their variety, researched detailing and flavour palates. Foods I would recommend : Azuki Bun, a warm bowl of Congee with tea egg, shrimp and crab Chuka Mushi, Bibimbap and of course their Bubble Teas! Go feed your soul

The food isn’t that great compared to other Asian/oriental restaurants in the city. The Garden Gimbab Roll was really good and the bubble tea was amazing as well. However, the Vegan Bibimbap was a total let down and when we asked the waiter to get this replaced to something else, the chef who seemed approachable at first turned out to be one of those chefs who takes offence to honest feedback. He was ridiculous in his approach and should stick to the kitchen if he doesn’t know how to speak to guests. Instead of acknowledging our feedback he stood there and argued with us and in return tried to “educate” me about the food and the cuisine. He tried to put the blame on us saying we don’t know how to have the dish (Classic Defensive technique by bad chefs). Nothing new to me.My only reason to give the two stars is because the starters, drinks and the service staff were very good. But would never return to this place nor would I recommend this place to my family/friends because of the chef and his behaviour. Maybe he was having one of those bad days but this one experience is enough for any guest to never return to this place.
