Hi, I ordered schezwan chicken fried rice and chicken lollipop and they were not so good. There was hardly any chicken chunks in the fried rice and the quantity of rice was more and the lollipop was ok. They have few branches in Bangalore and one in outer ring road(kamanahalli) is really good.

I ordered chicken noodles on Zomato and I clearly mentioned not to add egg but theyre service is so bad they couldnt check the instructions at all 😡🤬and the noodles was pathetic 🤮🤮 I was like semiya mixed with chicken and egg a total money waste

Best Chinese and Thai food restaurant with lots and lots varieties compare to other restaurant, quantity and quality far better than well known restaurants, better you order one by one otherwise you need to take parcel to home we have ordered soup, momos, mee goreng and kway teow then we got one dish as complimentry for two people its heavy, thumbs up for their pocket friendly and quantity

The service at Delicacy Frazer Town was bad as we ordered for non veg szechwan noodles and received veg szechwan noodlees. When we contacted them the call was declined. Please work on it and improve your service.thank you.

Do try pan fried momos if its your first time here. Online order is better than dine in because ambience is not great.

Ordered as they are close by and assumed delivery would be quick. More than an hour has gone by and they tell me they have been waiting for the delivery person. Just told them to deliver through dunzo and I would bear the cost and they were only too happy. Not even a hint of an apology 😒

You can expect a decent Chinese cuisine. Noodles, fried rice, momos etc. Taste is good and price is within your budget. Chicken and pork combo cuisines you can expect here.

I love delicacy food but today I had ordered but people behind me had got their order in less than 20min but I had to wait for nearly 50min was not happy....

Very bad experience with Delicacy. We ordered for food and were promised 45 minutes for delivery. The food was delivered an hour later with the delivery boy saying that he fell down from his bike and all the food got wasted so he had go back and get fresh food for delivery. One big surprise was waiting after delivery. We had ordered for egg fried rice and were delivered chicken friend rice with egg mixed. Thankfully i noticed before starting to eat and as them for refund. The delivery boy who came to take it back was saying it is ok and happens sometimes. Ridiculous behavior. The restaurant did not even have the courtesy to call and apologize. Cannot give negative stars, so giving one

The food is great and the service is amazing. The staff are polite and courteous. The portions at this place are the best I have seen in any restaurant. The food is delicious and the best part is you actually get more than what you pay for, talk about keeping the customers need first. The quality of food has always been exceptionally good. I would recommend Delicacy to anyone who wants some good food.

The quality of Delicacy is going down as I couldnt get the taste they used to offer earlier and more of the waiting time has increased a lot due to their home delivery stuff.Small place ,polite staff but your hunger gets killed waiting if you are there on the peak Hours.Would definitely suggest them to rectify the management issues and better out there quality.

Go for it awesome taste and portion, try pepper prawn ( youll find in some other name in the menu) and xx shezwan fried rice/noodles. Order one it will be more than enough for two.Not a spicy food lover tell them to make as spicy or no spice as you like.A must try.Highly recommended.

We ordered Thai curry from delicacy via swiggy- they sent us what tasted like green chilly sauce mixed with corn flour. Then the restaurant has the audacity to say that it tastes the way it does because they don’t have a chef. Why cater to customers when you don’t have a chef. Absolute nonsense service by delicacy and swiggy who refused to take action.

This is a small Chinese restaurant with 18 seats. They will never fail you when it comes to taste and quantity. The service is very fast and friendly. They were earlier located in Wheeler Road Extension for many years. We got some complementary starters as we went as a group.

Food is really really really really good. Ambiance not so much. Take away or delivery from here is recommended more than sitting and eating here. Online Menus do not list Pork, but they serve pork and it is awesome.

Good variety and authentic taste. I usually frequent here whenever I feel to have Oriental food, even though I stay about 12kms away from the restaurant. Prawn preparations are recommend.

Ordered food through swiggy from this restaurant, the food was pungent smell. And taste was very bad. We had to throw away the entire food. Few of us who tasted, had to suffer from food poison.

I think recently the cook has changed, the taste has changed. Butter Garlic Noodles use to be one of my favorites. They can improve.

Used to be a good restaurant sometime back... now they compromise on hygiene, drinking water is not drinkable, food taste has come down, I remember ordering winglets chili, we used it get 8 pieces..what I have noticed is when we eat @ the restaurant we get 8 pieces of winglets and when you order home delivery you get only 6 pieces which is a rip off.
