Good collection of books. But I dont prefer to buy books in this store I always go Avenue road Bangalore. But I love the collections of gifts here they have amazing greeting cards and customised gifts. Gifts for kids, husband, wife, sis, bro.. Amazing. I always visit here to buy gifts especially during Raksha Bandhan. But Rakhi will be little costly dont prefer to buy Rakhi . But you can go for Rakshabandhan Card and Rakhi combo pack. Valentine gifts are available here its good.. one can buy on there budget.. Overall Nice place

The staff were very courteous and professional. I was able to get required Kannada books querying the staff. I was very happy with the service and offers provided. Staff at Kannada book section are very good and knowledgeable. Got very good discounts on Kannada books with an offer running currently.

Sapna Book House is a Bangalore house hold name with multiple outlets. This one is located in RMZ Galleria mall. I visit it mainly for stationary items. They have a wide variery of books, fancy items, branded pens like Cross are also available. Friendly staff who are ready to help. Do visit and browse through thier offerings if you are in the mall.

Would give zero star if possible. I have bought kids books this morning and when my kid opened them with excitement, the books were totally spoilt with fungus!. They were packed in a box so neatly that we couldnt even notice what has happened to the books inside!Also, without your knowledge Sapna team happily enrolls you to their loyalty program and doesnt even bother to ask you if you are interested to get enrolled! Customers are taken for granted here! Avoid Sapna if possible!

Very good place for buying books especially for college students. But they always complain about stock being sold out. Even after regular enquiry they wont re-stock books.But its a very good place for buying gifts, novels etc. Cant rely on it for textbook.

Whenever I visit them...the only thing they say is..sir book is out of stock!! Dude...u are supposed to keep an extra set of stock...rather than storing books like other small shops.

Recently i visited to Sapna Book Store RMZ Gallery Mall for buying few books for my son and for myself... The store is equipped with varities of books from renowned publishers. They also have stationaries, Gifts, Greetings, toys and Multimedia.Also staff showed professional behavior.. they helped me to find books and they answered all my queries with patience. Under the guidance of the Store Manager Vishwanath the store is growing every day with new & regular customers. I would love to visit this store once again for the best experience...

Very unpleasant experience I had with the Book Store Manager. I brought an adapter from the store with a company warranty and it blew off within a day, I went back to exchange it within 48 hrs and he totally refused to change it and on top trying to explain the shop policy. It’s a shame that such big stores doesn’t have any courtesy or decency for customers. The whole matter wasn’t about the money but the experience. I would request to learn some work ethics and try to deal only in books rather than selling goods which you are not aware off. Stop been greedy to sell everything which you are not specialist about. And to other future customers please insist to check any electrical goods prior to buying.

Uneducated helpers with rude behavior. Very High Prices. No refund facility, Amazon gives 10 days returns, at least. These people are thieves and liars = a total waste of money spent here. Cannot believe such places exist in 2018. Its avoided by most people because of these reasons only.
