I ordered a soft copy 2 person Picture To Art potrait using their website. The entire process was smooth as their websites checkout process was quite user friendly.Due to my request for express processing, they got back to me within 24 hours with a proof. I was quite impressed with their work and checked the size (A4), rendering etc. using ImageMagic tool.After my approval, they sent me the HD version of proof to my email and reassured me that work will not be shared online without my explicit consent.

Their art looks like a blown up version of a free effect one can create using a mobile app. It was a completely unprofessional experience for me where I had to get into repeated discussions with the team to rectify the artwork. Would definitely not recommend unless you really want to put your money and not expect anything fruitful!

They make beautiful portraits but the quality is too low that it didn’t withstand a rainy weather that the portrait I ordered lasted for 4 months only, wherein the frame caught fungus. I don’t know how they expect me to maintain a wall hanger quite frequently. They refused replacement stating it is a maintenance issue. I had an other portrait hanging right next the faulty one which didn’t catch fungus. Also to review their customer support, they claimed they didn’t sell diamonds in this order. Pros: very beautiful portrait that I couldn’t digest losing.
