Got my first pair of Lenskart glasses today. The staff at the Yelahanka Main Rd branch (Karthik and Yogesh who helped me) are very helpful and will make sure you get the right fit for your face. Super fast delivery as well: ordered Aug 1 & picked up Aug 6th! No fuss and excellent quality at first use: hope they hold up over the years!

We came today to buy specs, by about 12.15. There were two staff and we were waiting to be attended. But both were busy and did not bother to ask us what we wanted. We waited for some time but they were just doing something. At last we asked them to attend to us and one of them pointed to the other to attend to us. Even after this we found that none of the two attended to us. We left the shop in disgust. The owner as I know is a good man and we have purchased specs many times but now I think they have grown big and do not want senior people. This will bring down there business due to the changed attitude.

One of the best place for eye checkup and lens. The staff working here are very polite and help you to their best to get the work done properly. The owner of the shop himself is very humble and helpful person.I got my scott goggles servicing done here. Wonderful experience.

Very bad hospitality, when we reached there to get the broken lens fixed we were not guided properly...they also mentioned that they dont have power backup to eye test even though it was possible at specsmakers which is in the same building and same power supply...We were just told that the price with frame and without frames... not even some samples were displayed to us..Overall not a good experience!Please choose specmakers who have good hospitality and customer oriented attitude..

If youre planning to get new shades or a pair of glasses its a great place to get started with. The employees are really helpful and happy to help kind of people. You can go check out new collection as well.

Yesterday I visited this shop I ordered spicy gray lens I was in hurry I took the box n left after coming function I opened the lens n weard It was look awarded after checking the box I got to know it was not spicy gray lens it is sincere gray lens I had very bad experience with yelahanka lenskart

Rahul and team were extremely helpful when i went in for a new pair of glasses. They were patient and listened to what I was looking for and showed me the ones Id most likely prefer. They were patient and helpful in clearing all doubts and issues ! Would definitely recommend to others and go back for the next pair of glasses !

Staff can be a little irritating at times. They have a good collection of spectacles and sunglasses. Costs are slightly on the higher side but there are usually offers at all times which makes it a good place to go to. The collection can be pretty redundant and the staff usually does not respond to queries very effectively. There can be a sense of communication gap at times. The sunglasses collections are pretty decent but the spectacle collection can disappoint as mentioned earlier.

Very Pathetic service, my wife ordered on 31st Dec.20 and she got one frame with glass within 5 days and for second glass 12 days over but still we are awaiting ,we called Rahul so many times but he always said still not came, he is unable to trace it were it is stuck.

There staffs are horrible, I got a problem in frame and its in warranty but still, there are making me Rome here and there I have visited 7 times in weeks still not fixed till today, they told me to go other area shop, such a horrible experience, I request shop head to keep things fix otherwise youll loose customers, I got fed up and left going there. I will never ever visit the shop.

Few months months back I booked my glasses and they made sure I get glasses quickly and when I took same glasses which got broke. They didnt offer me any help every possible reason to they were pushing was to buy again expensive glasses again. There is no service offered to there own customers. I took same lenses to local shop and got my glasses ready in 10 minutes. Now so called lenskart are waste of money. Earlier I suggested my family and friends lenskart now better to trust our local vendors. Much reliable customer friendly.

Been to multiple branches, but I have a really bad experience here, every visit. I had come to get my specs repaired and they were hardly interested in listening to me or addressing my concern , inspite of the specs being from their store.

Pathetic service! I ordered a frame from this store and there was a problem with the lens. I tried to seek help connecting to the customer care and they insisted on going to the same store I bought it from, to get it fixed. They took a month or more to just tell me that they cannot fix it. I did not wear this frame for even a day properly I guess! Horrible service, never trust them!

Quite a good selection of eyewear and the optometrist here was very helpful.I wanted new eyewear with the same prescription as my current glasses; they got the prescription using my glasses, no fuss.I got two sets (6 pieces each) of contact lenses (note: one set for astigmatism) and two frames with lenses (plus a membership card anyone I know can use to get a Lenskart discount all over India), all less than the price another shop was charging for just two sets of lenses.

The worst staff and worst service. This store is a disgrace to lenskart and its affecting the brand name. They took one day and failed to resolve the issue with my spectacles, but the lenskart store in Vidyaranyapura resolved the same issue in 3-5 minutes. I dont want give even star for the store in Yelahanka. I would request Lenskart to dissolve this shop in Yelahanka for the good will of the company.

They just assure that you will get your spects within a week, but actually it gets delayed by more than 10 days.. They get the order done from Delhi..

I cannot believe the services here they are terrible , I have returned my glasses once already but still they came with more defects. Im so disappointed with this store its beyond repair .

Here in this center they are collecting the orders and sending to Delhi for making and all, and assuring to Customer that you will get the spects within 3 days, but when you are asking after 3 days they will say, our executive doesnt know the policy and tentatively you will get your sepcts in 10 days. They are layer.
