So far my expectations and experience was good. Its an open and well lit store. I found the staff to be helpful and pleasant. Passport size pic for Visa was done in a jiffy with the photographer guiding us through. The editing of our family pic was done keeping our wants in mind. They came up with suggestions too.. they have a lot many articles for momento too. Parking is at ones own discretion.

Very polite customer service by person named Muni was helpful and guided me in selecting the right pics for my photo collage.

Gk vale offers quick service and I have visited when there is urgency. However while editing the pictures they over soften and make the pictures more unreal.

Very prompt, courteous service.. went for us visa photo, but now days it is not required as the photos are taken during biometric appointment..

Very very bad. Never go, a honest opinion. Such an unprofessional people and substandard clicks. Hell dam costly.

I had called them one week earlier to know if they were working and the gentleman was kind enough to give details and When I visited this Sunday, felt the person was bit rude and unprofessional. He said starting package was 5k for family photography and didnt tell me about the 1.5K option at all. When I confronted about the details, he said it is available but not usually suggested initially. He also wanted to know if we had an appointment which was weird as we had walked in after an enquiry previous week.The person who clicked the photo behaved sensible and professional, who helped to take the picture as per our satisfaction.They didnt have good backgrounds to choose which was surprising.

They have been in Bangalore for a long time now and are good at what they do. Highly recommended for any passport size photos for visa application purpose. They re well aware of the size specifications.

The staff is polite and friendly. My problem is on a personal level but it would apply to babies and pets. I would expect them to be sensitive. For babies, children and sensitive individuals, there has to be constant lighting. In this case the room was dull and dark as the photographer had set the lighting on dim. That being the case, my eyes got used to the dark, only to be flashed a good number of times, so much that I couldnt focus as I was seeing colourful spots and my head began to ache. It was difficult for me and I couldnt help but be a difficult subject for them. 😕 So parents, and whoever is has a similar condition as mine, please ask them for suitable lighting. They should be able to work out something for you, as the professional photographers that they are.

Good service from staff who are very professional. Drawback is that the quantity of photos you have to take is fixed to 8 of the same type. I wouldve preferred to take 4 of each type as that was what I needed but youll have to take 8 minimum for passport size pictures.

Visited this shop yesterday for a photo print out and was told the minimum i need to buy was for 100rs even though my print out was only 50 for a photo, was advised to take another copy for the remaining 50. I needed the photo to be framed. I did not want another copy. Left the shop immediately and went to another place, they gladly took a print out for 50. If you have a policy that 100 is the minimum PLEASE DISPLAY IT!

I have been here to take UK visa photo size 35x45mm specification and explained clearly need it with light cream or light grey back ground. The photoshoot editor took all most 1hr and finally gave me a white color background photo. He is impatient to listen customer advise and showing arrogance behavior.1. Unprofessional attitude towards customer.2. Lack of knowledge and very rude attitudeI definitely dont recommend to visit this place better to avoid

Went in by 8:45PM (15 minutes before closing) and they were extremely accommodating and ensured that I walked out with all the prints (about 20) I required!

Its been 3 weeks since I got my wedding portfolio done and they have not contacted me till date. Theyre laid back and super lazy. Visited the store one week later and the editing was so bad that I couldnt see the strips of my shirt. They had promised that Ill get my pictures on Monday and 2 weeks later they havent done anything and are saying the same thing. Horrible service, no value for time! I need a refund asap!!

Good place to take photos for your id and other needs. The photo is developed in 10 to 15 min. They do provide coat/blazer and tie if required. They also have option to customise t-shirts. For general needs cost is reasonable.

They got 5D Canon to click Ultra HD Pics, however Editing is worst. When you request for suggestion in editing, they hesitate to do and by EOD, you get the compressed pic and not the Ultra HD. You will see difference viewing in bigger screen.Even if the management is ready, staffs are not ready for the re-edit.
